渋谷区長に知恵があれば、楽しく儲かるハロウィンに出来たのに残念。自然に人が楽しみに集まってくるのは、最高の条件なんだよ。冷や水を毎年浴びせ続けているから、ピークは完全に過ぎた。代々木公園があるのに勿体なかった。
