It looks incredibly succulent, like high-grade Wagyu beef ! It looks so delicious ! I ‘ll definitely come back to eat here whenever I’m in Fukuoka . I think the atmosphere here is great; it feels like a seaside park in America or Hawaii. I really like the shape of the “Fukuoka Tower,” which looks like a knife. I know why it was designed that way ! Oh, I was shocked ! It broke our window! You can go down one floor to the rooftop cafe for a coffee and dessert. It ‘s great! The view is amazing too! The entire water show is accompanied by music, and at the climax, it sprays out and cuts through the sky. It’s so well-designed! It’s all wood-toned and has a very high-quality feel. It feels so luxurious ! Yes, it’s super luxurious. Is this really a beef intestine hot pot? I love the oil in it, it’s so fragrant and goes so well with the miso soup base. We really made the right choice in picking this place ! Hi, I’m Paul. Hi, I’m LU. We’re “Travel First”. Hmm, let’s relax today. Today’s video is more like a VLOG. Yes, yes, yes, just some random shots. No, we’re still serious! But some of the places we’re visiting today are must-sees for first-time visitors to Fukuoka. We did some research and preparation. We’re the first-time visitors to Fukuoka I just mentioned. So, early this morning, we’re going to have breakfast. We ‘ve skipped the hotel’s lavish breakfast, so where are we going to eat? Tokyo’s kitchens are Tsukiji Market and Toyosu Market. Osaka’s kitchens are Kuromon Market and Kizu Market. And what about Hakata’s kitchen? Of course, it’s the “Yanagibashi Rengoku Market”! So, we’re going to have breakfast at the “Yanagibashi Rengoku Market” now. If you like our video, please like, subscribe, and turn on notifications. Also, share it with your friends who like traveling to Japan! If you think our video is good , you can give us a “super thank you” as a token of our appreciation! Let ‘s hurry up and have breakfast! The weather is so nice today . Although it’s only 1 degree Celsius , it feels very comfortable. Hey, what do you think of Fukuoka? It’s a more relaxed city, not as crowded or tense as Tokyo. Tokyo’s pace is faster, but the atmosphere of the streets is similar . I think most Japanese people wear black, either top or bottom , or earth tones . There aren’t many Japanese people wearing earth tones. I think the difference between Japanese people and tourists here is that they all wear all black, and their outerwear is also black. People like LU wearing bright red, haha, you can tell they’re from out of town. We’re coming from the “Watanabe-dori” station. We ‘ll enter the “Yanagibashi Rengoku Market” from the west entrance. The breakfast shop we’re going to eat at, just walk straight ahead and you’ll see it. “Shokudo Hikari” is a breakfast place that serves sashimi donburi. It only opens at 10 AM, so if you arrive before 10 AM, you need to register quickly. It’s 9:25 now, and there are already 4 groups ahead of us . That’s good , so we should be able to go in on the first round . Remember to come back here at 10 AM and wait at the entrance. We’re waiting to go to “Shokudo Hikari” for breakfast at 10 AM . Let’s take a walk around “Liuqiao Lianhe Market” first. Hey, I think this place has a really retro and nostalgic atmosphere, kind of like the Dongsanshui Street Market or Xinfu Market in Taipei. You can see those nostalgic traditional markets in Taiwan , so it feels especially familiar. Let’s go for a stroll! Hey, look at this, this is so cute! Japanese… Sushi rice cracker , oh, this is rice cracker. Does the packaging use a picture of nigiri sushi as the outer packaging ? If you buy this pack and tell your friend , “Hey, I’m treating you to sushi today, and it’s high-end nigiri sushi,” you’ll probably get a beating. When they see it, they’ll be happy, but when they open it, inside is a Want Want Rice Cracker. I just passed by and saw these dried scallops. My mom said she likes them. She said you can use them in soups, stewed loofah, or loofah soup— basically, you can put them in any kind of soup. Two packs are 6,000 yen ( 1,200 NT dollars), which is a great deal. She told me to buy four packs , but I told her I’d just buy two to see how it goes. Let’s finish my mom’s task and go! Hey, what’s this? It’s long and thick , the kind that squirts water. This is a geoduck, right? There was that mukbang video from some country where she ate it raw… yeah, they just eat it raw ! Oh , that’s scary! After writing down your number, you still have to queue, but they’ll arrange the queue according to the number you wrote . Remember to find the lady with the registration board and tell her your number; she’ll arrange your queue order. We’re already in the cafeteria now . Actually, we didn’t wait long. We registered around 9:20, and around 10:00, we waited about 5 minutes before we were seated. Also, please note that they don’t accept cards here; you have to pay in cash. I was quite worried… This is a tourist-oriented restaurant, surrounded by Hong Kongers and Chinese. Luckily, when we were researching, we found that this place is usually frequented by groups of young travelers visiting Fukuoka, so we decided to check it out and see if it was any good. The Hong Kongers next to us ordered the deluxe sea urchin as soon as they sat down. Our Hong Kong travel companions were very kind and lent us their sea urchin for taking pictures. Since we’re on a budget, we probably couldn’t afford a whole box of sea urchin . I ordered the “Zetaku Tuna Donburi,” a luxurious and generous tuna donburi. Paul ordered a set meal with tempura and sashimi because he doesn’t like raw seafood or fried food. He was okay with it, so the sashimi was mine. You got a good deal! I ate everything raw. I can’t handle eating too much at once , so the two dishes we ordered are today’s menu items , not the regular menu. The menu might be different when you come. Wow , it looks great! It looks really good, visually appealing and delicious . This restaurant has rather polarized reviews; some say it’s fantastic, while others say it’s overrated. The tuna donburi comes with an egg yolk, green onions, mashed yam , shredded seaweed , a bowl of miso soup , and a steamed egg. First, the egg is placed on top . This part looks a bit like tuna belly; it looks very fatty. The rice looks like high-quality Wagyu beef, and the sashimi-like texture is almost like cherry blossoms, so vibrant and tempting you to put it in your mouth. I didn’t want to add the soy sauce directly to the rice bowl because I was afraid it would be too salty , so I used a separate small dish to start eating . It ‘s so beautiful , I don’t know where to begin. Let’s try the rice first. Hmm, the rice is regular white rice, and it ‘s hot. It’s not vinegared rice, but I think it would be even better if it were. I like vinegared rice. But as soon as I took one bite, I could feel the tuna oil already clinging to the rice. So delicious! This bowl costs 3,600 yen. Oh my god, this doesn’t look like tuna belly, but more like sashimi. This piece is so smooth, and the sweetness of the fish just spreads in your mouth. It ‘s so smooth, fresh, and sweet . You don’t even need to bite it ; just use your palate and tongue to squeeze it. The deliciousness is revealed in your mouth. Dipping it in soy sauce enhances the sweetness of the tuna even more. Oh my god, it’s so delicious! If the rice underneath were vinegared rice, it would be even better. Next, I’m going to eat this piece with egg yolk . It’s so smooth and tender! I don’t know about the other items, but for this bowl, I will definitely come back to eat it again whenever I come to Fukuoka . Because right now, I want to eat it in big, satisfying bites , so I just add soy sauce. This soy sauce isn’t salty. I ‘m eating it like I’m eating rice. This bowl of tuna donburi is so delicious ! It’s quite thick too. I’m going to add some wasabi. Honestly , I’ve eaten tuna donburi many times, but I can say that none of them are as delicious as this one. Is it because we were among the first few customers to come in? Is all the best parts cut into this bowl? I wonder what Paul, who doesn’t like sashimi , thinks about trying this high-class tuna sashimi ? Hmm, it’s quite delicious! Very delicious, right? Yes, it’s very delicious. Since Paul doesn’t like sashimi , he gave me the sashimi portion of his tempura and sashimi set meal. This is the tuna in the set meal. Doesn’t it look a bit less fatty? But it should still be quite delicious because the sashimi here is very fresh. Let’s try some other kinds of fish. Hmm, what kind of fish is this? Actually, I don’t know much about fish, but I think it’s sea bream. It’s delicious! Its flesh is firmer than tuna’s. Tuna’s flesh is smoother and oilier, while this is firmer and more elastic. The sweetness is also excellent; it’s fresh and very sweet. This is delicious! Yes, delicious! Although it’s a bit chewy, it doesn’t affect its flavor. Next, I’ll try this one. This one is even more elastic and smoother. It has the advantages of both tuna and the previous fish . It’s delicious! The sashimi here is quite good . Who said this place isn’t good? Who said this place is overrated? Travel priority is guaranteed, at least for the two meals we had. Now, let me eat my tempura , it’s delicious! The fried shrimp is quite sweet. I was worried about what to eat here, but thankfully there’s something for you . Oh yeah, Paul just let me try this fried fish fillet. The batter is light and thin, and the oil is very fragrant. Plus, the fresh, delicate, and sweet meat is delicious, really great! The tempura is also delicious . I almost forgot they also have pudding. This small cup is only 100 yen and 20 NT dollars. They could make a souvenir like this pudding. It’s so delicious, smooth and melts in your mouth. The key point is that the syrup on top is very fragrant, which goes well with the rich egg flavor of the pudding. You must order it! Why are there still so many people after we’ve finished eating? The queue was ridiculously long ! I think it’s definitely worth it. If you like sashimi and seafood rice bowls, you should definitely come here. The price is quite reasonable too. Okay , let’s head to the next attraction. We took the W1 bus and got off at its final stop, “Fukuoka Tower. ” If you want to go to “Fukuoka Tower” first, just turn right . If you want to go to “Momochi Seaside Park” first like we did, turn left, cross the road , and walk towards the sea . You’ll see this sign. It says to walk 360 meters to reach “Momochi Seaside Park.” Turn left and follow this path. What’s the first thing to do when you arrive at the seaside park ? Feeding the seagulls isn’t because they need to pee; they’re taking a bath ! It’s so cold, aren’t they afraid of the cold? Oh, they’re soaking in a nude bath , haha! Even Winnie the Pooh wears pants ! He’s wearing clothes, but no pants , hahaha! Look at that castle-shaped building! It looks a bit like… what? Like something from Game of Thrones, doesn’t it? They built the castle on a cliff by the sea; it just looks small. But the buildings and shops are quite unique and fit the theme of a seaside park. I think the atmosphere here is great. It creates a feeling similar to a seaside park in America or Hawaii. Isn’t Hawaii the same as America? Really? Wasn’t Hawaii occupied by the Japanese? Hahaha. Wow, this place is so comfortable! And it’s a weekday, so there aren’t many people . And it’s not like many shops are closed just because it’s a weekday . Almost all of them are open . What are you doing? Are there any bikini girls here? It ‘s so cold, who would wear a bikini? Let’s go for a walk on the beach. Look at this beach, and with those international brand hotels in the back, it really feels like Waikiki Beach in Hawaii. There are also many open-air bars next to the beach. It should be nice to come at night. It ‘s broad daylight now, so no one is drinking at this time, and it’s not open. This seaside park is right in front of Fukuoka Tower, so you can walk to Fukuoka Tower and then cross the road. Fukuoka Tower looks even bigger than it appears on the internet or TV. And the pole at the very top of the building that transmits radio waves ? Haha, those pillars and bars are so thick and big! They look magnificent! I love the shape of Fukuoka Tower ; it looks like a knife. I know why it was designed this way— because the wind is strong by the sea, so a wind cutter can cut through the wind. I don’t know, I’m just guessing. What’s your favorite thing to do when you come to Fukuoka Tower ? Take selfies! Want to take a selfie with Fukuoka Tower ? But what if you can’t take a good selfie? Here’s a selfie stick ! It’s so thoughtful! Look! We were a little skeptical at first, but after trying it, look! Wow, you can easily take a selfie with Fukuoka Tower now! And this is what it looks like from the top angle , and this is what it looks like from the bottom angle. Wow, isn’t it amazing? Only a professional photographer could take such a picture ! It’s so amazing! So amazing! So amazing! I want to take more pictures ! Now I’m friends with Fukuoka Tower. It’s quite comfortable to hug , haha. Look at its round shape. There’s no toilet on it, okay? It’s okay. Before the elevator, three groups of staff already said there were no restrooms upstairs or downstairs. As soon as you exit the elevator, there’s one here… There’s a small card you can take. It has six circles on it, representing six scenes on this floor. You need to find each of the six scenes and stamp their corresponding souvenirs to take home as a souvenir. This card can also be used to offset 50 yen in food and beverage charges. Collect all six stamps to get a 50 yen discount! Now that you’ve collected all six stamps , you can exchange them for baby stickers! What do I need those for? Prove you’re a good baby! So, little travel companions, after you’ve had your fill of walking around that 123-meter-high observation deck and enjoying the beautiful scenery, you can walk down one floor to this rooftop café for a coffee and dessert. It’s great! The view is amazing! And the drinks here aren’t expensive either. Like that floating soda and this floating iced coffee, they ‘re only 660 yen. Our apple pie was only 880 yen! Oh , this is the Happening Window. It plays a video that simulates the view we’re looking at now , adding special effects to make you feel like these things are happening outside the window right now. Wow, so many balls ! Oh my god ! It broke our window! Look, our window is broken! Hey, what are you looking at? Don’t peek at me while I’m showering! It wants to play rock-paper-scissors… Hey haha, why am I so unlucky? I always lose! Oh no, bye-bye-bye-bye! We were attacked by a UFO! It’s gone! It peeked at me while I was showering and then left ! Why are so many strange things trying to peek at me while I ‘m showering ? Ah, what’s this? Oh, Gundam (?) Gundam is peeking at me while I’m taking a shower. Hey , what’s it doing? Oh, you ‘re leaving already? Why are there lover ‘s spots everywhere in Japan …? Every observation deck has one, and every lover’s spot has a heart lock . Yeah, you know how good the Japanese are at making money? It means that wherever you go, you should find a girlfriend , bring her to the lover’s spot, and leave a heart lock. So I have girlfriends in Fukuoka and Osaka. So having heart locks is okay, just don’t leave behind any love tokens. They’re so thoughtful. There’s a shelf here where you can put your phone for a selfie . This is the Sky Pinball machine. For just 100 yen ( 20 NT dollars), you can find out your fortune. It’s a lottery machine. I’m going to put in 100 yen . Okay, press this to launch . There it is. Did you get a picture ? Oh, number 6, the last number! Yeah, there’s Chinese . That’s it . It’s Suekichi , or at least guitar . There’s a list of Hakata delicacies here, and I drew ramen. It says it has a hint that troubles linger. To improve your luck, Hakata local cuisine is your lucky food. That means if you want to upgrade from Suekichi to Daikichi, you should eat more Fukuoka ramen. Okay, will eating more make me fatter? There’s also that gashapon machine over there. If you put in 500 yen, you can get a gashapon capsule. The little items inside are these six different kinds. Now we ‘ve finished exploring the three floors of Fukuoka Tower, so let’s go downstairs . Next, we’re going to a shopping mall next to Kushida Shrine Station called Canal City Hakata. It’s a bit like Miramar Shopping Mall in Taipei and also a bit like Dream Mall in Kaohsiung. You could say it’s the largest shopping mall in Hakata. Let’s go shopping at Canal City Hakata, one of the malls! Besides shopping, another highlight is the water show . They have regular water shows , and recently, there’s a collaboration with Gundam. The Gundam collaboration water show only has two evening shows at 7 PM and 9 PM. The regular water show is on the hour and 30 minutes past the hour. It also has morning and evening shows, and the content is different . We initially thought it was the same, but the morning show was actually quite good . The entire water show is accompanied by music , and the music is a kind of rousing classical music, which is quite nice. The key point is that it sprays water incredibly high, and at the climax, it just sprays everything out, piercing the sky ! The evening show doesn’t seem to spray as much, right? The evening show is relatively short and does n’t last long , but it’s truly spectacular because the lighting effects are absolutely amazing and incredibly varied . It’s not just simple spraying and spraying; it involves random spraying , fan-shaped effects, peacock-like displays, taking the visual and sensory experience to another level . If you have time, I suggest coming around 4 PM to see the morning water show and stroll around . Then, around 6 PM, you can watch the evening show, preferably at 6:30 PM. After that, it goes straight to the 7 PM Gundam show. The Gundam performance is quite different; it doesn’t focus on the water show itself . Behind the water show, a four-story building has curtains descending on each floor, somewhat like a giant screen in a Miramar IMAX theater . After that, there ‘s a special Gundam animation created specifically for this performance . The most amazing thing about the animation is that it combines 3D Gundam with real-world Fukuoka scenery. It’s so exciting, it feels like it’s happening right outside Canal Castle . What ‘s even more amazing is the interactive element! When you get to the final battle, you can take out your phone and tap the Gundam icon on their official website to access a specially designed webpage. It’s really impressive and immersive. Then it interacts with the live performance, asking you to choose a faction. After choosing, you can cheer on your team by tapping a button on your phone screen. The audience helps the Gundams gather energy. In the end, the winner is displayed on your screen, showing your contribution and ranking in the performance. Did you just choose the red one? I just chose the unicorn one , it ‘s so cool! Gundam fans will love it! Anyway, it’s quite exciting. Besides shopping, there ‘s an extra layer of fun – a show, a performance concept, which is fantastic. So I think Canal City Hakata is definitely worth visiting as a tourist attraction. No wonder everyone wants to come. Before, people said it was similar to Miramar or Dream Mall, but it’s actually quite different, even more exciting and amazing. Now, let’s go to the next place. Let’s go to our second hotel in Fukuoka. Now, Paul, it’s time to show you to your room! We’re staying in room 1107. Excuse me, what an exquisite and lovely room! It’s so well-designed, all wood tones paired with earth-toned traditional Japanese patterns, very textured. We booked a “Japanese-Western style room,” so the floor is tatami, but it also has a mattress . It’s the kind of room with a made-up bed , but the room is quite small. It’s a bit bigger compared to Tokyo, though. At least it can fit a sofa and a small table. Because it’s a Japanese-Western style , the sofa and mattress are on the lower side, which doesn’t seem suitable for people with long legs. There’s also a traditional Japanese lamp, which looks quite nice. There ‘s also an air purifier. The TV is quite big and has YouTube and Netflix, so you won’t be bored at night. The toilet is a TOTO. Although the toilet isn’t a separate room , it’s separate from the bathroom . Since this hotel has a large public bath, whether there’s a bathtub or not isn’t important. You probably won’t even use the shower. Having a large public bath is fantastic ! Yes, that’s exactly what I want to do – stay at a hotel with a large public bath ! Yes, you can relax at night. After a long day of shopping, coming back to the hotel with a large public bath is truly a salvation! Really? You’re exaggerating ! Redemption, huh? Well , that’s pretty much it for the room unboxing. Since it’s a city-style hotel , it’s not very big. Next, we’re going to eat… well, you guys who come to Fukuoka will definitely try this! It ‘s called “Moji- no-Ya” (beef offal hot pot) , and it’s incredibly famous here. You absolutely have to try it! I’m sure you ‘ve seen tons of Moji-no-Ya ads when you come to Fukuoka, right? Like that “Ya-Raku” place … we haven’t eaten there, but they advertise it a lot . Of course, if you’ve eaten at that “Ya-Raku” place and thought it was good, feel free to leave a comment below ! As for Hakata Moji-no-Ya, there are so many, but we carefully selected this one, “Hakata Moji-no-Yamanaka” (Hakata Beef Offal Hot Pot Yamanaka). It’s the originator of miso Moji-no-Ya. I hadn’t seen its ads , but it has a high score on Tabelog and is very famous, especially among Japanese people. So we came here specifically to eat at this restaurant. Today we’re going to the Akasaka branch. We ‘ve arrived, and we have a reservation, so we ‘re worried about not being able to get a table . Let’s make a reservation first . It feels so high-class! Oh yes, super high-class! Is this really a beef intestine hot pot? It seems like we’re going for a high-class kaiseki meal . Paul said it doesn’t seem like a beef intestine hot pot restaurant because the one he ate at in his solo travel episode was a small izakaya with a retro feel. Paul thinks it should be like this, so he was impressed by the grand setting. It offers a high-class and pampered experience, but the price isn’t particularly expensive , just average. And it’s already past 9 pm, and it’s still packed! This whole floor— not just this seating area, but also other private rooms— is fully booked. When we came in, the waiter asked if we had a reservation. If we hadn’t, I think we probably wouldn’t have been able to eat this delicious beef intestine hot pot tonight. So, little travel companions, if you have a reservation… If you’re coming to eat, remember to make a reservation! We’ll put the reservation information in the section below the video. Besides the Japanese menu, there are also Chinese and Korean menus. It’s 2,380 yen per person. There will also be some instructions written in various languages to teach you how to operate the induction cooker. It’s very thoughtful . Don’t worry if you don’t know Japanese. The food looks very high-end when it’s served. The plating and the tableware all look quite high-quality. The seasoning is like French cuisine… It really, really, really looks like French cuisine. It has chili, garlic, and yuzu pepper. Why do people in Kyushu like yuzu pepper so much? However, yuzu pepper is actually a very famous specialty of Oita Prefecture. What we ordered was “Sweet Stewed Beef Cheek”. The ” sweet” part is the sweet part . This cost 1490 yen, which is about 300 NT dollars. It’s a limited quantity , as they say. It’s 9 pm now , and it’s stewed until it’s very tender and flavorful . Even people without teeth can eat it , haha. It’s delicious, really delicious. It goes well with rice, and it’s super delicious with rice. Just like its name, it’s very sweet and savory. There’s a strong ginger flavor inside, like ginger beef. It ‘s very well braised. The meat has a meaty texture and a mixed aroma of fat . It’s delicious. People from southern Taiwan should really like it. And this is another specialty of Hakata, Mentaiko . Why did we order this? When we first walked in, we noticed that every Japanese table had ordered this , and we’d heard that their mentaiko (spicy cod roe) was delicious, so we ordered it too. It cost 1,290 yen, which is about 250 NT dollars. To go with the mentaiko, we ordered a bowl of white rice, which was salty and spicy, and full of the aroma of mentaiko . Oh, it’s spicy ! It’s so delicious that I even started speaking Taiwanese . It goes really well with rice! The mentaiko is quite salty, not just salty but also spicy , but it’s very fragrant . It really needs to be eaten with rice. The sweetness of the rice’s starch balances out the flavors. It’s amazing! So delicious! I feel like one bowl of rice isn’t enough. I haven’t even had the beef intestine hot pot yet, but I already think I ‘ll definitely come back to this restaurant again . Let’s start with the main dish! First, let ‘s try the soup. Honestly, this beef intestine hot pot smells incredibly delicious ! Oh my god, it ‘s so good! The soup is amazing! It’s so sweet , and the flavor is so rich and intense . What do you mean by “extremely”? There are many kinds of miso , but this one is specially blended, giving it its own unique flavor. This must be a trade secret. It’s incredibly sweet, mellow, and smooth, not too salty. We really made the right choice choosing this place! My fellow travelers, you absolutely must try it! If you like beef intestine hot pot, you should definitely come. And if you don’t really like it, you might change your mind after eating here. The soup is truly fantastic! This pot is a minimum charge for two people. Okay , now it’s time to eat the main dish! The soup was also a main dish , the beef intestine miso soup was a main dish too. Now let’s eat another main dish , this beef intestine and offal soup. Mmm , it’s delicious! The white part that looks a bit like a cotton ball is the internal structure of the beef intestine. It sticks to the intestinal wall. The intestinal wall is chewy and requires chewing, but the snow-white part melts in your mouth. The whole oil spreads in your mouth. The intestinal wall is really chewy and has a good texture, but it’s not hard . It gets more and more fragrant the more you chew. This Yamanaka uses beef intestines that are said to be made in Japan . They don’t use New Zealand or American beef. They use Japanese beef, and they have all been… We carefully selected beef intestines with a moderate amount of fat and cut them into bite-sized pieces. We paid attention to detail to make them delicious. Here are some seasonings : chili, minced garlic , yuzu pepper, and more. We can use these seasonings to enhance the flavor of the beef intestines, making them even tastier. I’ll start with my favorite, the minced garlic. I love the beef intestines with garlic! The fatty parts are so fragrant and rich, and they pair incredibly well with the miso broth. The miso broth is truly amazing ! I think this miso broth really brings out the freshness of the beef intestines. It’s so delicious ! Now we can see… This beef intestine hot pot includes a generous amount of chives and vegetables to balance the rather strong flavor of the miso beef intestine hot pot. Why are Japanese chives so delicious? Are they different ? The chives I eat in Taiwan are always tough to chew. Japanese chives, besides their fragrant aroma, melt in your mouth so easily. And they’re sweet! Yes ,
very sweet. So the main ingredients aren’t just the miso soup and beef intestines; the chives and vegetables are also essential . They’re a perfect combination. I ‘m not exaggerating; this is truly my feeling. The soup tends to get a bit saltier towards the end, so you might need to add more vegetables or something to make it smoother. We can also add some white rice , mixed noodles , or udon noodles for a perfect ending. Since we’ve already had white rice with mentaiko , we won’t order white rice for the sashimi. We ordered mixed noodles, and the portion is quite generous. Wow, so delicious! The noodles absorb the delicious broth, bringing out the best flavor. So fragrant! Okay, let’s enjoy today’s hot pot! We were so full from the beef intestine hot pot ! So satisfying! It was our first time here, so we weren’t really sure what to order. I think we ordered a bit too much . For example, the mentaiko (spicy cod roe) dish – we saw everyone at every table ordering it , so we ordered it too. But the mentaiko was really strong-flavored and needed to be eaten with rice, so we ordered two bowls of rice. The braised beef cheek was also quite strong-flavored , so I think we ordered too much. Little travelers, please be mindful of your appetite! We’re already quite big eaters, but we still felt very full. The main dish here was still the beef intestine hot pot, and the last dish was simmered rice. Anyway, if you like strong-flavored hot pot dishes, the beef intestine hot pot is highly recommended ! That’s our unboxing video of the Yamanaka Akasaka branch of Mozu Hot Pot. That’s all for today’s video. Okay, I’m going back to rest now. I’m going to soak in the hot spring. If you liked our video, please like, subscribe, and turn on notifications. Don’t forget to share it with your friends who like traveling in Japan!
