最上川三難所の一つです。最上川や三ケ瀬橋をゆったり眺める事が出来ます。
Mikase Observation Plaza is located along the Mogami River in Murayama City. It is one of the three most difficult spots along the Mogami River. You can enjoy a leisurely view of the Mogami River and Mikase Bridge.
