Although it seemed that the number of customers had calmed down, on this day, customers continued to come one after another without interruption, and we were full again. The competition for this food stall was more than 10 times. It takes about an hour to prepare for business opening, but it took two and a half hours to prepare on the first day of opening. Their firm Sanuki udon noodles, sourced from Kagawa, are flavored with dashi broth and are available in Kake Udon, Wakame (seaweed) Udon, Yamakake Udon, and Bukkake Udon. You can choose from 20 varieties of their specialty meatballs, including mentaiko cheese mayo (from left), yam wasabi, and honey mustard. The grilled pork innards can be enjoyed with two different sauces, but is also delicious just as is. A customer from Korea who visited said it was delicious and gave them a Korean charm as a gift.
