Last minute booking of hotel in Tokyo always more expensive comparing book in advance But I found it is not true for this time The hotel price which I checked a day earlier prior check-in is very cheap I have stayed in this hotel in 2024 and you can check the video in above link I concluded it as the rumour of 5-July-2025 devastating earthquake in Japan Less tourists visiting Japan in 2025 because of the rumour I checked around 15 hours before check-in time and found this discounted price It’s Friday check-in and Saturday checkout I did ask AI about the average hotel room price of that hotel AI answer on the weekend room price is around 3x of what I saw in Agoda This is a 3.5-star hotel. Stomach was fine after drinking the water Amenities obtained from the 1/F Let’s walk more in the hotel Microwave in the lobby also in every floor Each floor also offer some amenities to guests That’s my breakfast bought from Lawson convenient store inside the hotel Lawson food are more expensive than supermarket but it’s more tasty There’s nothing much around the hotel There’s a university and some sport arena nearby It’s quite quiet and less crowd here Hotel bedding and pillow is average quality I didn’t sleep too well because of it The amenities bar probably the largest I ever seen The staff is very helpful and professional The shower is quite comfy The room also bigger than usual business hotels in Japan The room price is USD43.9 (no breakfast) I stay during Friday and Saturday, such price is unprecedented for the weekend price
