【地元観光特化型マリオット!】フェアフィールドバイマリオット京都みなみやましろスタンダードツイン宿泊記

We’ve arrived at Fairfield by Marriott Kyoto Minami Yamashiro! This hotel is a Marriott hotel specializing in accommodation, located right next to the roadside station that’s part of the well-known “Roadside Station Project. ” It’s a super beautiful hotel, a collaboration with Sekisui House! However, there’s no restaurant or bath (lol). You eat at the roadside station, and you can enjoy the hot springs in the neighborhood. This is the third video, following our previous stays in Utsunomiya and Nikko! If you watch the previous videos, you’ll see… (lol) The hotel layout is pretty much the same at all Fairfields! There’s a kitchen area like this next to the lobby plaza, and the coffee they serve is… the same…? ? (I don’t know though…) They even offer free welcome juice! A nostalgic, stylish ice bucket . As you’d expect from a tea-producing region, they also have local teas, microwaves, Balmuda, and ice! I can have a lively night out drinking with foreign tourists here♪ Looking up, I see a super stylish hanging electric table with a neighborhood guidebook on top, and on the other side of the check-in table is a huge living room. There’s a lazy sofa… and a lazy chair, and mismatched lazy chairs, and the lazy sofa is sunk into the wall . It’s not just the sofa that’s sunk into the wall. Fairfi, as always, has black-and-white photos, and while I was immersed in those memories, I checked in! I walked down the third floor hallway to room 304, Fairfi, tapped my card key … and there it was! ♪ Ooooo !! After passing through the super nostalgic entrance, there it was! A standard 2-twin room (25㎡). All the rooms are basically the same size and are built exactly the same as other Fairfis♪ What about the view from this nostalgic room…? No tea fields🍵 Huh? It’s next to a roadside station famous for its tea and coffee shops… well, even if there’s no view, there’s a drink stand on the lazy sofa, so it’s okay… and you can throw cushions as much as you want♪ There’s a power outlet and USB next to the lazy sofa! Thank goodness… where’s the minibar corner everyone loves? It’s a hyper-mini minibar (lol) . Two 400ml bottles of Fairfi water, and the tea and coffee from Ito En (lol). The electric kettle is dretec… who…? (I’m clueless) There are fancy letters on the bottom of the cups! (I can’t read them) Beneath them is a safe and a refrigerator. The refrigerator is empty, as expected , and has no temperature control… what a shame… The twin beds are a presence, but where’s the bedside stand…? Fairfi memo memo set φ (`д´) Memo memo… with a Fairfi pen and a Fairfi phone ☎ . The centralized electrical control system has power and USB! Yay, a pillow for pillow fights… 2. The bedside lamp is super stylish, seriously stylish! The art on the wall is… Ku kuu? ? Here too, there’s a huge TV that sinks into the wall… Next to it is a chair (for luggage) and slippers are placed in places that make effective use of space , so the usual slipper check is done, and yes, they look flimsy… and of course there is no Fairfi mark… ★2 Next, let’s take a look at the entrance side! There is no storage space, and it’s an exposed hook style, but there are Emon hangers… there are plenty of them hanging underneath, and they just keep hanging! And in the usual space right next to the futon , there is one bathroom sink, but there is a huge space next to it, this thing… it moves! ? There are various things hidden under that adjustable mirror, and what about the hand towels hidden there… FF (Final Fantasy)… make sure to fold them properly♪ The cups are glass, so be careful! And behind them are Fairfi coasters!! And the usual wooden toothbrush challenge! Come on, wooden! Just as I could see, it was blue plastic… and underneath were fluffy towels and a mysterious wooden box. The mystery was solved! Grandpa’s name was TESCOM. I turned around and there was a shower room. The shower was a handheld type… and a waterfall type . The water pressure was a bit off-putting, and the liquid soap was attached to the wall . When I closed the door, what a surprise! Luxury = see-through = sexy ♡ Looking to the right, there was a mysterious space. Of course, there was nothing mysterious about the toilet. And thankfully, it was equipped with a washlet ♪ This thing… closes?! Next to the entrance was a giant full-length mirror . There was also a type that hung up a “Don’t wake me up” sign. Our rooms were all really the same size… Next, let’s go for a walk around the hotel ♪ First up was the laundry shop . Even though it was a high-tech hotel, the washing machines had a slightly ancient feel to them, but then I realized they were cashless payment methods? That’s too high-tech! Next was the souvenir shop in the lobby plaza. Perfect for a late-night snack. Speaking of Kansai, they have a wide selection of curling irons and fairy goods?! And as you’d expect from a tea-producing region, there are tea goods, and seriously, a whole lot of tea goods! Fairy shirts…?! And a ton of gasoline in the fridge ♪ Village tea craft beer?! There’s also 8.8 million yen of local beer, 7.7 million yen, local monchuhai, about 4 million yen, Kyoto beer 3.55 million yen, Kakuhai 2.39 million yen, and soft drinks. In addition to the ones mentioned above, they also seem to have frozen bagels, too ! Since we’re here, we head outside! Going through the winding road , we arrive at the roadside station “Ocha no Kyoto Minamiyamashiro Village.” You can’t see the tea fields, but there’s a fairy right next to it ! It’s the southernmost village in Kyoto Prefecture, and apparently the only village in Kyoto. Let’s go and see the village’s specialties! The inside is huge, as you’d expect from a village! (Just kidding) Of course, there’s a whole lot of tea goods, and there’s tea here too. The tea beer from earlier is the same price as in the hotel, and there ‘s green onions next to it… What about tea…?? (lol) Of course, there are plenty of souvenirs other than Ochacha on display, and there’s also a local vegetable section, and there’s only a little bit of new rice left . Aiko? (Beetle) Are they doing a stamp rally?! (I love this sort of thing) Meals for the Ryuo Tournament!? And some serious Ochacha merchandise. In the back, there’s a wider selection than a gas station hotel, at convenience store prices , and a whole range of village teas… Whew, I’m tired, so let’s go to the hot springs! Yabutcha no Yu is a 10-minute drive from the hotel! Actually, this hot spring is already in Iga City, Mie Prefecture , so Hakkori-kun greets us . I guess they’re really into ninjas? By the way , in addition to the hot springs, there’s a complex where you can do things like camping, and the hotel offers the great service of giving out discount coupons, and the hot spring facilities are pretty huge… The bathing fee is 9 million yen for adults… but it’s okay! With the discount coupon, I got a whopping 1 million yen off! The water quality was a little slimy and lukewarm. There was also an open-air bath and a sauna, so it was absolutely amazing! Wow… the water was great… The Ohamoni fully manual curtains were open! How’s the weather today…? My phone was reflected in the picture. It was sunny. There was no breakfast at the hotel, so I went to the roadside station! It was heavenly that they prepared a proper breakfast for me. Starting at 8am on weekdays, 6 million yen…isn’t that cheap?! The inside is quite spacious, as you’d expect from a village restaurant♪ Anyway, we pushed through the village (lol) Water and tea are self-service , and yes, breakfast was a winner! The leaves (salad) are important, and the menu is a nostalgic one: shiroku naira meshi (rice cooked with roasted green tea). For such a low price, we were very satisfied with the quality♪ Fairfield by Marriott Kyoto Minami Yamashiro… a hotel specializing in accommodation attached to a roadside station! To be honest, there isn’t much there, but it’s spacious, clean, and a pretty good hotel! Highly recommended!
