The 221 Series (221系) is a major type of rolling stock operated by JR West (JR西日本) in the Kansai region. A total of 474 cars were built in varying configurations, from 2-car trainsets to 8-car trainsets. They were manufactured either by JR West themselves, Hitachi, Kawasaki or Kinki Sharyo.

i will never understand why japanese railway operators choose to romanize ん as "m" when there is another letter after the ん 😂
in this case tenma becomes temma
the most hideous one is still kaihin makuhari's romanization
