⭕️エサヌカライン（猿払→南方向）｜果てしなく続く直線の道⭕️
北海道・猿払村にあるエサヌカラインは、約16kmにわたって真っすぐに伸びる海沿いの一本道です。まわりには建物がほとんどなく、地平線まで続く空と大地だけが広がります。
道沿いには草原と湿地帯が続き、ときどき牛の放牧地が見えます。この動画は北から南へ向かう方向で撮影していますが、反対の南から北へ向かうと、進行方向の正面にオホーツク海が見え、より「果てへ向かう」ような開放感があります。
おすすめの時間帯は早朝か夕方。風が穏やかで、空の色がゆっくり変わっていく時間帯には、北海道らしい静けさと広がりを感じられます。
⭕️Esanuka Line (Sarufutsu → South direction)⭕️
The Esanuka Line in Sarufutsu, Hokkaido, is a straight road that runs about 16 kilometers along the coast.There are almost no buildings around—just open sky and land stretching to the horizon.
Grasslands and wetlands spread along the road, and you may see grazing cows from time to time.
This video was filmed driving from north to south, but if you go in the opposite direction—from south to north—you can see the Sea of Okhotsk ahead, giving a stronger sense of driving toward the far end of the land.
The best time to visit is early morning or late afternoon.When the wind is calm and the colors of the sky slowly change, you can feel the quiet and openness that are unique to Hokkaido.
