青森弘前界隈 8軒☆314 SEASON5 best food in Hokkaido Japan(Subtitles:English,Thai,Korean,Chinese)

Meshitabi Season 5This time, Meshitabi features 8 restaurants in the Hirosaki area of Aomori.Let ‘s get started! 1. Hirosaki ” Imoya” This time, we visited Imoya in Hirosaki. This restaurant is a branch of Imoya, a famous tempura restaurant in Jimbocho, Tokyo, known to those in the know.Yes , it’s connected to the famous Imoya, which was founded in Jimbocho in 1959 … That’s right! Unfortunately, the Jimbocho main store sadly closed in 2018 , but Imoya in Hirosaki has inherited that flavor and spirit.I wonder if sweet potato tempura was their main product?Maybe it was because they were doing sweet potato tempura? It’s delicious! I always buy sweet potato tempura!Ah, you can’t miss the half-price potato tempura and sweet red rice with azuki beans! I have a sweet tooth! Yes I am. The shop is small, with just a counter, and it’s great that they fry the tempura right in front of you! The tempura set meal features shrimp, whiting, squid, pumpkin, eggplant, carrot, and seaweed, with both seafood and vegetables taking center stage! The batter is neither too thin nor too thick, and the deep-fried crispy batter is exquisitely sharp, leaving a light aftertaste. The ingredients are fresh, and you can enjoy it with either salt or tempura sauce ! Honestly , isn’t 1,100 yen for all this just a bargain? Hey, this is the potato spirit! It seems they’re still serving delicious food at low prices without pretense since they first opened. The chef said with a smile, “I don’t know how long I can keep doing this…” but that smile really touched me. It’s so sad that so many good restaurants are disappearing … This kind of Japanese food culture should be passed down… That’s true… Speaking of which, Katsuse in Sendai has disappeared without a trace… Ah, what a shame… I’m so glad I had a chance to try it in the spring♪ 2. Hirosaki ” Tsugaru Gelato” Tsugaru Gelato, located at Hirosaki Roadside Station Sun Fes Ishikawa‼ Yes, it’s a popular shop known for its handmade gelato made with local ingredients ♪ When you think of Aomori, you really have to try the Ringo Gokko Gelato ‼ So this time, I’ll be trying the undisputed two top choices‼ Takekimi and Apple double‼ Takekimi is… just for you~♬ Oh, you know a lot about the Tigers, don’t you⁉ fufufu I don’t know much about it, but… Takekimi is a brand of corn that grows only on the Take Plateau at the foot of Mt. Iwaki. It’s grown in a harsh environment with a temperature difference of more than 10 degrees between day and night, and is characterized by its extremely sweet taste ! Only in Aomori can Takekimi be made into gelato ! Takekimi is delicious as tempura, but the gelato is also exceptional! It’s as rich as a cold compote, and apparently it’s kneaded slowly at a low temperature so as not to destroy the flavor of the ingredients. For corn lovers, this is irresistible! The depth of sweetness! It really tastes like you, Kimitake~♬ Kimitake~♬ Pair it with Aomori apple gelato and it’s like tasting the whole of Aomori in autumn ! Also, it’s great that you can get a double for only 400 yen ♬ It’s cheap, right? This is something I’ll definitely eat every time I come to Hirosaki‼ Right, 3 Hirosaki “Three Bridge” Next up, I came to Three Bridge, about a 6-minute walk from Hirosaki Station, to once again check out the deliciousness of their Chausson aux Pommes ‼ Yes , they say it’s one of the best apple pies in Hirosaki, so you can’t miss out on their Chausson aux Pommes ‼ I couldn’t forget this apple pie, so I returned… and I was amazed‼ This is it‼ Takekimi Quiche♬ Apparently it’s a popular seasonal menu item♬ The sweetness of Takekimi and the salty cheese are exquisite‼ So I grabbed it right away‼ With one bite, the aroma of corn wafted across my face♬ The balance of sweetness and saltiness was amazing‼ The crust was crispy and the inside was moist, so it would go perfectly with wine , and the eggs and fresh cream were cooked perfectly‼ And finally, the long-awaited apple pie , Chosson aux Pommes . It ‘s an amazing apple pie, as always ! Chausson is French for slippers , and it’s a baked apple pie. It’s filled with plenty of sweet and sour apples, which is great! The softly stewed apples are sweet, but the balance with the fragrant dough is just right! Hirosaki is truly the city of apple pie! The apple pies are top-notch! But I was also happy to find the Takekimi quiche this time ! It seems like it ‘s only available seasonally, so you have to be careful! Most people visit Hirosaki during the cherry blossom season in the spring, so I haven’t had much chance to eat Takekimi until now… The cherry blossoms are nice, but Takekimi is worth a try! It’s so worth it, isn’t it? 4. We’ve arrived at Aomori ‘s “Menya Zetton” ! Even though there’s a Menya Zetton in Aomori City, this Zetton doesn’t seem to be related to the Zetton in Nagoya. Yeah, maybe… I don’t think the concept of “Zettons” exists in the Zetton Group in Nagoya… The interior of the restaurant is filled with retro lighting and American goods ♬ It has a unique atmosphere that’s like a mix of Showa and modern , which is nice ♬ Hey, there’s Dixieland jazz-like music playing ♬ Ah, that kind of music? It’s not Showa pop music, is it? That’s right!! I ordered Death Niboshi!! Death Niboshi?! Sounds kind of scary… right? I wonder what kind of scary thing is coming? And then I found a delicious dish… with thick, firm noodles that go perfectly with the rich soup made with five types of dried sardines, including grilled dried fish from Hiradate, Hirako Katakuchi Iwashi, white sardines, and Pacific saury ♬ It tones down the bitterness of the sardines while bringing out their aroma… and besides, sardines and pork bone broth are a perfect match♬ Yes, it’s irresistible♬ I’m also curious about the thick sardines‼ Deep-roasted sardines or rose butter, oh, the rose butter looks delicious‼ Right‼ This is a wonderful evolution of sardine culture, a bowl of ramen that combines playfulness and seriousness‼ Menya Zetton, which is written as “serious” but pronounced “maji” ‼ Seriously exquisite pork… Zetsuton‼ [Music] 5 New ♨ York Hirosaki “Yasuragi Onsen” This time’s relaxation time is at Yasuragi Onsen♬ in Tsuruta Town, a hot spring facility beloved by the local people. Nejii- chan, Grandma , Dad, Mom , me, and my daughter have all been there♨ They ‘ve all been there‼ It’s nice – a little retro, to put it in a positive way? To be honest, it feels a bit old-fashioned, but the contents are solid. Yes, the sauna is around 90°C and large enough to fit 14-15 people! You can really sweat! The cold bath is about 18°C? It’s a bit disappointing, but… it ‘s already autumn 🍂 and the outside air is just right. And contrary to the retro feel of the facility, the open-air bath is even equipped with Adirondack chairs! There are only two… but bathing in the open air is the best ♨ The view here was incredible! Right there, right in front of you! The sun setting over the bonsai-like pine trees from Mt. Iwaki, bathed in the sunlight … what a Japanese elegance… It was a moment of relaxation that made me truly glad to be Japanese ♨ This hot spring has been around since the Showa era, but it’s well-maintained, which is great! It feels good ♨ It’s not luxurious, but it’s warm and cozy… Truly relaxing… Just as the name suggests ♨ It really did tone my body down to the core ♨ But considering that, my body is a bit sloppy. I see… 6 “Today’s Cutlet Curry” Hirosaki “Apple House” This is Apple House, located in Apple Park. Why cutlet curry? Yes, on a vast site of about 9.7 hectares overlooking Mt. Iwaki, 2,300 apple trees of 80 varieties are planted. They are located in this park , this restaurant. A rare find… This is it!! 123 Yes, apple cutlet curry!! What?! Seriously?! Apples in curry too!! And what’s more!! It’s apple cutlet curry with mochi in the cutlet . Apples in a cutlet?! You’re probably thinking, “What?!” Mr. Green, who doesn’t want pineapple in sweet and sour pork, is here. He doesn’t even know the meaning of pineapple hamburger at all… but it’s surprisingly delicious, isn’t it? Really? Do n’t underestimate this curry! This is also a pretty good apple cutlet curry! What a surprise! Apples are sandwiched between pork, like a mille-feuille cutlet! It’s slightly sweet and sour, and goes perfectly with the curry! The curry is a little sweet, though… It seems to emphasize fruitiness over the comforting Japanese-style curry spices… It was great to enjoy this apple cutlet curry while looking out over the apple orchards as far as the eye can see ♬ Yes, this is a cutlet curry that you should definitely add to your cutlet curry collection! ! 7. Hirosaki “Taisho Romantic Cafe” Located right next to Hirosaki Park, this Taisho Romantic Cafe is a cafe renovated from the former residence of the 8th Division Commander. You can experience the Western -style atmosphere of the Meiji and Taisho periods. The high ceilings and classical lighting are great… They also have great apple pie ♬ That ‘s right, you can actually try and compare all of Hirosaki City’s popular apple pies at once ! There are always about nine varieties available, so it’s great for people who don’t have time to go around to different places ♬ Yes. It ‘s fun to compare the different types of apples and pie crusts to find your favorite apple pie ♬ This time, I tried four, and each one was delicious in its own way ♬ Right? After all, it’s apple pie!! Right!! 8. Aomori “Asari” Yes. To finish off my introduction, I’ll introduce a favorite dish of Meshitabees! It’s an Aomori classic ♬ Yes. We’ve featured this ramen many times here at Meshitabi ! This ramen is a must-try when talking about spicy ramen in Japan. You can’t miss it! You can’t miss it! In fact, is this the pinnacle? For now, at least… Well, Masumoto and Nakamoto are both delicious, but… Asari has to be it! That’s right! It’s rare to see ramen that you dream about ! Ah, that’s right! Green-san, you said you ate this No. 1 ramen in your dream ! That’s right… So, today, let’s make that dream come true! Let’s try it! It’s amazing, this ramen is pretty spicy ! There are levels of spiciness, from 1 to 5… 5 is normal and 1 is the spiciest , but… I’ve never tried No. 5, so I’m not sure if it’s spicy or not. Even No. 4 is pretty spicy! Yeah, if you don’t like spicy food, you should definitely skip it! That’s the kind of thing they say, but the spicier ones are tastier, aren’t they? That’s right! But it’s scary… Look! Just looking at this dark red soup makes my armpits sweat💨, but… there’s a delicious flavor behind the spiciness!! The aroma of chili peppers, the richness of miso , and the sweetness of pork and green onions all combine to make these thin noodles delicious♬ If the noodles were thick, the spiciness could be toned down a little , but with thin noodles… hey, don’t slurp the noodles, it’s dangerous! You’ll end up snorting! But it’s so addictive you can’t stop! That’s right, it’s super spicy, but the deliciousness lingers in your mouth ♬ One of its features is that the soup isn’t heavy. Ramen YouTuber Susuru slurped down the first bowl with all his might … Amazing! I can’t imagine it 💦 hey, it’s amazing! Founded in the 1970s, this long- established ramen shop has long been loved by the people of Aomori. Now it’s like soul food ramen ♬ It’s so spicy it makes you cry… but also makes you laugh ♪ This is it! Asari! The pinnacle of spiciness and deliciousness! Once you’re hooked, you can’t get enough! It’s truly Aomori’s drug-like ramen syndicate. I think this might be my favorite ramen of all time ♬ What? Seriously?! Even though you do that?! When I find myself in trouble ♪ Let it be Let it be ~ ♬ And then it turns out like this?! I guess it does, right? Next time I go for a meal, I’ll be in the Kiyota area of Sapporo, where I really want to eat again. Look forward to it ♬ SEE YOU SOON What a surprise!! Yes. The Beatles… yeah, it was a pun on the name!! What? Are you kidding me?! Is this name a kabutomushi ( rhinoceros beetle)? I thought… The Beatles . Yeah , it’s actually a play on the word “beat” in that music . Beat and Beatle Beatles!! Seriously?! (laughs) John… That’s amazing!! I didn’t know that… You know? Paul switched from guitar to bass because he thought John was a genius. So honest… I wanted to play with him. Amazing, right? That’s all… I’m hungry!! Hahaha (lol) It’s amazing today… [music]

  5. 名古屋のゼットンも弘前の絶豚も、なぜ「ぜっとん」という語感を選んだのか、について推測すると、初代ウルトラマンを倒した怪獣ゼットンからなんだろうと。
