Our purpose this time was to hear that there is a ramen restaurant in Minamiizu Town that specializes in shrimp, so we headed over right away . Here is the restaurant! The restaurant is located in Shimogamo, Minamiizu Town. The counter is painted a vibrant red, and there are five seats at the counter, as well as two-person tables that can seat four to five people. Let’s take a look at the menu. From top to bottom, there’s shrimp ramen, spiny lobster ramen , shrimp dumplings, shrimp-covered fried rice, and more. The shrimp ramen is 1,000 yen, plus Set A is 300 yen. First, you’ll be surprised by the rich aroma of shrimp when it comes out. The texture of the seared shrimp is excellent, and the Izu beef char siu is also excellent. The soup has an even stronger impact with one sip. Set A comes with fried chicken and rice. The fried chicken is crispy and juicy, and I dipped the rice in the soup and drank and ate it all. Other dishes include shrimp-covered fried rice for 1,100 yen, limited-time shrimp-flavored dandan noodles for 1,000 yen, and summer-only shrimp chilled Chinese noodles.
