The owner opened the store with the desire to bring back to Japan the world of third-wave coffee he experienced during his stay in the United States ! Third-wave coffee? Third wave coffee is a coffee trend that emerged after the 2000s that emphasizes the inherent quality of the beans and the experience of each cup.
