Breakfast is served at the restaurant “Garden Kitchen Richetta” on the first floor. It is served buffet style and uses local ingredients. They have Mito’s specialty natto, pickled plums, and kinako yogurt. They also have kenchinjiru soup, which makes the most of the ingredients. This is the breakfast we had. “Hotel The West Hills Mito” is a city hotel that represents Mito. Their breakfast, which uses local ingredients, is very popular.
