【宮崎観光】絶品グルメと穴場スポット!宮崎のグルメと観光を堪能するドライブ旅が最高すぎた!宮崎旅行vlog
My destination this time is Miyazaki Prefecture in Kyushu . It’s my first solo trip to Miyazaki Prefecture in nine months, and I’m going to enjoy some gourmet food and sightseeing while I’m driving for three days and two nights. Miyazaki Prefecture is located in the southeast of Kyushu, and is a great prefecture for a road trip, blessed with both mountains and the sea. By the way, the data is a little old, but it ranks third in average temperature, third in hours of sunshine, and second in number of sunny days. *Average values from 1981 to 2010. And as an aside, the average commute time to work or school in Miyazaki Prefecture is about 19 minutes, which is said to be the shortest in Japan (according to the Statistics Bureau of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications). 🙂 (2016 Basic Survey on Social Life) This time I am going to enjoy a solo trip to Miyazaki PrefecturePlease be sure to watch until the endI am flying from Haneda Airport to Miyazaki Airport using Solaseed Air , and while I was fast asleep I entered Miyazaki Prefecture, and then I arrived in Miyazaki Prefecture after a long time. This time it is my third time, so I am going to areas I have never been to beforeKobayashi City and Ebino CityI am going to enjoy having lunch and sightseeing in these two areas as I set off, but it is raining, it feels like a squallIt is the kind of rain that you can only get in this warm climate, or something.Today I was thinking of going to the mountains and to a hidden spot , but it might be dangerous from the first dayIt is very worrying weather, the outside temperature is 28 degreesThis week it was cold in Tokyo, but it is hot in MiyazakiThe atmosphere is still completely differentIt is still hotIt has been a while since I have been to Miyazaki , so I thought I might go to the same places again, but isn’t it weird to go to the same places over and over again ? : So, this time I made a schedule since it was my first time in this area and it was in the mountains, but the weather wasn’t good , so sadly, this road is amazing , Miyazaki is full of palm trees, I guess, they’re really amazing, they ‘re lined up in rows and the scenery is really unique, and my first destination today is Kobayashi Station in Kobayashi City . There’s a market? Restaurant? nearby, so I thought I’d go there. Apparently it would be quicker to take the highway , but I think taking the local roads will help you get a feel for the area, and since this is my first time in this area, I’ll take the local roads instead of the highway. Also, if I take the local roads, it’s easier to make detours if I find a nice place, so since this is a road trip and my goal isn’t to get as fast as possible, I’ll just take a leisurely road trip, so I’ll take the local roads. It’s about 40km from here , but 40km on roads like this is a bit tough to drive lol There’s quite a lot of traffic, so it’s dangerous! The rain is bad, sightseeing is in danger, what should I do ? Is this National Route 10? 帰りましたら、東北本線・陸羽東線を乗り継いで 旅をしてきました! English: It feels like we’ve gone from Route 9 to Route 10, and it seems like we’ll be fine even without the expressway. These kanji characters are impossible to read at first sight, right ? Is that what it’s called? (Miyakonojo-shi) I thought it might be Tojoshi, and I wanted to buy a hot coffee to stave off drowsiness, but there were no convenience stores. Since I’m going along the main road this time , I thought there would be some here and there, but surprisingly there weren’t any . There’s a roadside station sign, Takaoka Roadside Station, 1km away , Lawson. It’s already the heart of anyone on a road trip. I wonder if I should buy a mega-sized cafe latte? We’re passing Hanami Bridge . It feels like the rain has let up a little , but not yet. It’s only 9:50, so we can’t give up! So, I still have 27km to go. After about 10km, the scenery has changed quite a bit, and the weather has changed too. It might even stop for a moment when I arrive around 10:30 or 11am. I don’t mind it raining while I’m eating, but if it’s sunny when I get to the tourist spots and walk around , that’ll be enough for me. I wonder if there will be a gap in the clouds. And my final goal for today is Ebino City, which is pretty close to Kagoshima Prefecture. If you’re traveling to Ebino City from Tokyo, it ‘s closer to Kagoshima Airport and the Ebino Highlands area. If you’re traveling from Miyazaki Airport, sightseeing in Ebino City is quite far, so this time I’m based at Dormy Inn Miyazaki in Miyazaki city for a 2-night, 3-day trip. Today I’ll be sightseeing in Kobayashi City and Ebino City, and then I’ll have to return to Miyazaki city, so it’s a boomerang journey of going and coming back. Today I’ll probably cover about 100km round trip. It’s not that far, but it’s not a one-way trip. I still have 20km to go until my destination . I’ve been following this , how can I put it, main road, or rather, national highway, in a straight line . I don’t think I’ve taken any narrow roads. I’ve been following the wide road and found a ramen shop. I wonder what Sumi-chan Ramen is like. They’re closed today . I saw a Kasumi-chan Ramen sign. It ‘s 52km to Ebino Plateau . And I’m still on national highway? I’m on Route 268. I wonder if I’ll enter Kobayashi City soon . The atmosphere of the road is changing a bit, it feels like I’m climbing a mountain. I’ve entered Kobayashi City. This is a mountain road. I wonder if I’ll reach the city once I get through it ? Deciding where to have lunch was really difficult. I thought about going to downtown Ebino for lunch, but that would mean it would be 11:30 or 12 o’clock, and there was a restaurant I was interested in for lunch in Kobayashi city, and I had found a place a little north of Kobayashi city that was like an otherworldly dungeon and a hidden spot, so I decided to visit a few places in Kobayashi city first . I heard there was a roadside station about 10km further, so I took a little detour there and took a short break. Oh, there’s Sumichan Ramen here too. Sumichan Ramen is famous , I wonder if it ‘s a chain restaurant. There were some lanterns hanging out, Sansho Chaya, soba and udon, it had a nice atmosphere, it was huge, what’s this square, is this a parking lot, there was a huge frog , it was 4km to my destination, and this is the Nojiri Ohashi Bridge. We’re crossing the Nojiri Ohashi Bridge, amazing ! We’re pretty high up , but really, since I’m renting a Yaris Cross this time, it ‘s easy up the slopes . I’ve left the mountain road and the town is spreading out before me, Higashinaka -cho? 帰りました。 English: Yuparuno Jiri Roadside Station It’s 2km away From here we’ve arrived at Yuparuno Jiri Roadside Station Let’s take a short break here This is a pretty big roadside station Wow Yuparuno Jiri is big The parking lot is big too We ‘ve arrived so let’s go It’s raining a little and it’s hot The mountains and the scenery are amazing I’ve traveled about 40km so I’ll take a short break at the roadside station There’s a restaurant here but it’s closed on Wednesdays So I arrived at Yuparuno Jiri Roadside Station They were selling sweets and what do you call local seasonings? The kind of things you usually see at roadside stations, vegetables and all sorts of things but today the restaurant was closed and probably because there was a restaurant they didn’t have any prepared foods Some roadside stations sell sandwiches and rice balls but they didn’t have any here I get the feeling that if you want to eat you’ll have to go to a restaurant It’s closed on Wednesdays That’s right Huh? I wonder if the sun is shining a little. There’s something here too. A ramen shop. A set meal shop . Ramen/Chanpon. I didn’t know the name of the shop. I wonder if it’s called a set meal shop . I can see the mountains in the background. Ikoma Plateau is 18km away and Ebino Plateau is 34km away. There was quite a lot of traffic on the road from Miyazaki Airport to the entrance of Kobayashi City, but as we got closer to here, the number of cars started to decrease. Also , the rain has stopped a little , so I bought a takeout bento and decided to go to that hidden spot right away before the rain got stronger. I recently went on a solo trip to Nagasaki Prefecture, sightseeing around Sasebo, Hirado, and Saikai City , and I found an amazing place in Saikai City . I found a place that had a similar atmosphere to a dungeon . I’m pretty excited about this trip , and I’ve found a restaurant that looks delicious. The rain has stopped, the sun is shining , and the greenery is shining in a completely different light. It’s because I’ve experienced torrential rain that I’m able to be so moved by this view. It’s just an ordinary road, but I was debating whether to give up and change my schedule, but I’m glad I didn’t. I’ll go even in the rain, even with an umbrella, and I’m so glad my passion reached the sky god! And then suddenly, there’s this traffic jam . Why is it so crowded? It’s a zone with Nitori, Workman, Shimamura, K’s Denki, and major chains , and there’s Uniqlo too. There’s everything, food, and a supermarket, so I’m curious about that Fresh Market. I wonder what Fresh Market is like. There’s Sumi-chan Ramen nearby too. What is Sumi-chan Ramen? Is it a ramen shop that operates in Kobayashi City? 帰りました。 English: I’m also curious about Tonpu Tonpu Ramen , and there’s a restaurant 1.2km away called Ichiba Shokudo. There’s a place called Ichiba Shokudo, and their chicken nanban has apparently been on TV or something. I wonder how it’s like. Is it really delicious? Oh, there it is. Oh, there it is . Oh , there it is. I’ve arrived. They’re opening in 5 minutes, so I wonder what time it is and where I should park my car. I wait,
there’s a huge line. There are already a few people lined up at the entrance . The rain has stopped, so I’m really lucky. I came to Ichiba Shokudo looking for lunch and bought their famous chicken nanban bento for takeout. I successfully got my bento. However , I had made a reservation, but to my surprise, it had been forgotten lol. Since I had made a reservation in advance, they gave it priority, so I didn’t have to wait too long and got a freshly made one , so I guess it all worked out in the end. I want to eat it while it’s still hot, but the rain radar says it’s going to rain in 30 to 40 minutes. If it’s raining like it just now, it’ll be difficult to sightsee, so I think I’ll go to the next tourist spot first , and if it doesn’t look like it’ll rain, I’ll just take some photos of the entrance and eat it. Our next destination is a hidden spot, 4.5km from here. Along the way, I read that the road is extremely narrow, and it had been raining heavily until just now so I don’t think there will be any tourists around. I don’t think we’ll pass any cars, but I wonder how narrow it is. I want to eat the chicken nanban bento while it’s still hot, but it’ll be difficult if it rains a little, so it’s quite a dilemma. Oh! There’s something written there, road collapse, road closed, I wonder where it is, it said something like road collapse near the pass , there’s a sign, there’s a Sannomiya Gorge sign, the signs are clearly written, but I think it’s better to follow the signs rather than this navigation system , if you go right or left you’ll find Yin Yang Stones , what are Yin Yang Stones, I wonder, so
it seems like this is the road to a hidden spot, there’s no road on the navigation system so I guess I have to rely on the signs and my intuition , it doesn’t seem like it’s that narrow, but this is the entrance, you can go further in by car from here , so do
I have to turn right, oh there’s a map, oh
so this is narrow , this road is narrow, well, there’s good visibility and no oncoming cars, oh oh, it would be tough if there was an oncoming car, you can only pray that there is no oncoming car, you should be able to pass each other, if it’s a light truck, it would be here, but it’s a really narrow road, oh, but the view is insane , I can see a river in the distance, the view was amazing, I wonder how far it goes, the road is narrow, scary, scary, a little scary , a little scary I wonder how far this goes? Where is this? The parking lot is here. It’s not a parking lot. Amazing, are there horseflies or anything ? We’ve arrived. It’s amazing. There are 11 tunnels, from the first to the 8th tunnel. Due to fallen trees , entry beyond the 8th tunnel is prohibited. We weren’t planning on going as far as the 8th tunnel, so we brought an umbrella just in case . It’s not raining that much right now. On the contrary, the rain has stopped, so insects are flying around and it seems like some kind of animal might appear, creating a very eerie atmosphere. It’s Kyushu, so it’s fine as there are no bears, but I wonder if there will be wild boars or something. The scenery is amazing . We’ve arrived in an amazing place. Wow , we have to be careful of landslides. It’s really scary. This area seems strong, but there are tree branches and things
falling. We found a tunnel . It has a Niyodo River -like atmosphere in Kochi Prefecture. Surprisingly, there isn’t much mud under our feet . Wow, it’s scary . : This is really dark It’s even creepier than I thought It’s scary Scary Scary but let’s take a commemorative photo Wow really scary Honestly it’s creepy and scary but since we’ve come all this way we ‘ll go through the tunnel It’s so scary It’s apparently 50m long (it’s short so we’ll go through with determination) Is the first tunnel really okay ? There’s some water falling Wow I think there might be bats This is kind of scary The cavern juice fell on my face Oh it’s so scary If there was someone here, there couldn’t be anyone Ah but the view is really nice This is the second tunnel
Apparently it’s closed from the eighth tunnel onwards But maybe the first tunnel is enough Oh no It’s starting to rain It’s starting to rain so I’ll stop here Nice with the wonderful view Please subscribe and like the channel Amazing It’s starting to rain a little 帰りました。 English: What an amazing view Wow Amazing The view is so beautiful It makes me want to go a little further I want to go further but it’s starting to rain Amazing view There were no bats here It’s raining and it’s a little scary So it’s scary unless you’re with two people It’s a little scary if you’re alone Well , I managed to get as far as the first tunnel But I managed to muster up the courage to come So I made it back to the parking lot safely The sightseeing was quick and in the blink of an eye But it started to rain and the rain cloud radar was right The rain got stronger so it was a good decision to go sightseeing first without eating lunch But I was glad we were able to take a commemorative photo at the entrance It’s an amazing road It’s kind of scary but it was a really mysterious place I wanted to go a little further but the rain It’s really tough when it’s raining That was great I’d like to go again on a sunny day for the photo shoot So it’s time for the long-awaited lunch box Amazing
It even came with miso soup It was still warm It’s still warm, which is a relief. I just passed through the first tunnel and it wasn’t raining at all, but it started pouring down suddenly just as we started taking commemorative photos, so it was pretty dangerous. I’m glad I went ahead. Or, I could have gone sightseeing and then eaten at a restaurant, but that ‘s what I was saying. Well, it will be before 12 o’clock so I don’t know how busy it will be, so I ordered the Chicken Nanban Bento . There is quite a lot of rice . It’s been a while since I’ve had Miyazaki Chicken Nanban. The tartar sauce is quite good, it’s kind of white and looks delicious! It’s gotten a little lukewarm, but it’s cheap, isn’t it, only 870 yen? 食べましたか、大倉孝二です。 English : It’s under 850 or 900 yen, so if you’re on a road trip, it’s nice to get a takeout bento like this and eat it in a place with a nice view. Eating the chicken nanban bento after sightseeing on a rainy day really touched my heart. It was easy to eat in the car and very delicious. Thank you for the meal. The miso soup really hits home with the rain. This miso soup is delicious. Next I’m going to another view spot, but here I am, Sannomiya Valley, and this is Kobayashi City. From here I’ll go through the city and head further west, then head to Ebino City. It’s crazy, only the chicken nanban is gone first, so I’ll have a lot of rice left over . I’ll definitely come back on a sunny day. From Kobayashi City I’ll enter the neighboring city of Ebino. However , it’s not like the valley I went to earlier, so I wo n’t be walking around that much, so I don’t think it will be affected by the weather. It’s a bit weird around here, there are huge puddles and the truck in front is in a terrible state, it’s like a sprinkler , it’s like a sprinkler , but when you consider the weight of the truck it’s incredible, like a typhoon , wow, amazing heavy rain, flooding , I wonder if there will be any warnings or anything, this side is really amazing , only 1km left to arrive , only 1km left but it’s started raining really hard, the view is nice but the rain is terrible , isn’t this place flooded now? The puddles are quite deep, so if you don’t drive in the middle of the road your tires will sink in. The rain is so strong I’m so scared I can’t go any faster. Wow, this is bad. There’s no way to avoid the trees. Apparently this is a parking lot. Where are you talking about? Is this it? Will I have time to get out of the car and enjoy the view? Should I walk from here ? Hey, this is Megane Bridge . I came to see Megane Bridge and thought this arch was really impressive, but I have to walk through it. It’s hard to walk. Should I wait a bit, hoping that the rain will let up? The rain is so intense, it won’t stop. The rain won’t stop, so I’ll just push through. Oh wait, this is impossible. I can’t do this without my boots. Wow, this puddle is so deep, wow, I’m crying ! I should have brought sandals , it’s turned into a river. See, this is bad, this is bad , this is bad, this is bad, this is bad,
this is bad, this is bad. It looks like this is off-limits, so cars can’t go in? Is it OK to walk? The rain is heavy but this is still very emotional. I was able to see Megane Bridge . From the parking lot earlier , it felt like I was walking on the bridge . I may be forcing myself to justify this, but the view on a rainy day is quite emotional, or rather mystical, and it was good in its own way . As I was looking at Megane Bridge, thunder started to rumble and the weather looked really dangerous so although the next spot was also a view spot, we decided to take shelter at a roadside station. About 10km from here there is the Ebino Roadside Station, so we made that our destination and took shelter for the time being. Wow, the background is completely white and I can’t see anything. Well, this is a somewhat mystical road in its own way, but it feels like you’re going to travel back in time. Visibility is terrible . Very poor visibility. The ramen shop is crowded ! 帰りました 。 English: It’s Sumichan Ramen. Sumichan Ramen is so popular, why is it so crowded ? I’m curious about the taste. I was also curious about the view of Ebino Plateau, but I went there last year . And this rain is a bit dangerous, even if I go up the mountain, so I think I’ll head back to Miyazaki early. There are a lot of cars parked at the Ebino Roadside Station. This roadside station, Ebino, sells fresh locally grown vegetables and fruits, Miyazaki beef, and various souvenirs. There is also a buffet restaurant where you can enjoy fresh and delicious agricultural products. It is close to the Ebino Interchange, so it is easy to access and the parking lot is large. There was also a statue of Shimazu Yoshihiro here. So, at the Ebino Roadside Station, I bought Takachiho Farm’s drinking yogurt and handmade Maruboro . It’s cheap , it’s 140 yen, just right for a snack. Shall I drink the local drinking yogurt for now? Let’s have the drinking yogurt. It’s delicious. It’s smooth and light. It has a sour taste, but also a sweetness . It’s like a sweet followed by a sour taste, so it’s smooth and easy to drink. It goes down smoothly and is very good. It’s kind of like an egg bun, yeah , it’s 140 yen , which is great. The sightseeing spot for the second half of today is climbing up the mountain path to an observation deck that overlooks this area. I thought I’d go to a high altitude and see the view from the observation deck, but it’s not good to go in this weather. I gave up for a bit and headed towards Miyazaki city where my hotel was. I guess I’ll just do some sightseeing on the way back and see what’s going on. I wanted to do a bit more sightseeing in Ebino City, but it was over in a flash. I’m pretty disappointed. I’d like to go again on a sunny day. On the right is Ebino City Hall. If you go straight, you’ll reach Ebino Station. Where is Ebino Station? I gave up on touring the observation deck, so I had some time to spare, so I’ll take a look around the station. A cute-looking station came into view. I wonder if there are any ticket gates at Ebino Station. It’s kind of emotional. I wonder if I should take a commemorative photo of my arrival at Ebino Station. Is this just a parking lot ? Amazing . This is a really nice station. I’ll take a commemorative photo while there’s no one around. Tourist map . I got a map of the area around Ebino Station. If you’re able to come on a sunny day , please try sightseeing around this area . I think I’ll I give up. It’s really sad when it rains when you’re traveling alone. It’s sad, frustrating and heartbreaking. The next place is that again. I went back to Kobayashi city and just inside the city there was a nice long open space nearby and it didn’t look like I was going to be climbing a mountain so I took a detour there to see what the scenery was like before heading towards Miyazaki city. I entered Miyayama Kirishima Road and it suddenly felt like a hidden place . Amazing! There are plants growing beside this road that I’ve never seen before, they’re really tall, it looks like a road to heaven, the road we were on earlier was a bit creepy, wow this is bad the puddles are too deep here I’m going to the waterfall tomorrow so please spare me the heavy rain it’s fine if it rains a lot today but please don’t rain tomorrow I wonder if this is a place at a fairly high altitude At the next place my ears are crackling, from here to Kobayashi City what is this there’s some kind of huge, huge thing what is that giant there ‘s something that looks like a giant object what is this what on earth is this what is this what is this what is this seriously what is this is quite big it’s really huge only 2.7km to the destination there’s something written there! Ebino Plateau is only accessible on weekends during the daytime and closed at other times So you couldn’t go to Ebino Plateau on a sunny day? There is a Miyazaki curve on Prefectural Highway 1. I climbed up this curve and the fog was worse than I expected when I got here. There are lots of parking lots at Ikoma Plateau Apple Orchard . There are about four parking lots. Let’s park in the most spectacular place for now. Flower Station Ikoma Plateau. Wow , it’s spectacular, so I’m happy just to have been able to take a photo here. I’ve arrived at the first checkpoint. Next I’m heading back to Miyazaki Station, or rather, going back, but I’m sleepy so it might be a bit dangerous. I’ll buy some coffee. The weather is unfortunate, but the park is open to the public for free, so I’ll take a walk. By the way, the Cosmos Festival is being held here at Ikoma Plateau from September 27th to October 26th . During the day , I can’t see anything because of the fog , but
it looks like it’s going to be nice in spring, but what’s this further back ? Oh , there’s an observation deck. Which month is the most beautiful? Maybe May or June? The fog clears a bit and you can see all around. It would be incredibly beautiful if all the flowers were in bloom, I wonder if you can walk all the way to the back. It was raining so we didn’t walk all the way to the back, but it looks like the view would be spectacular if we came on a sunny day. So that was Ikoma Plateau. And it’s 75km to our next destination. Isn’t that weird ? ちゃってますね English: I think I just walked 50km . I’m really sleepy on the first day of a trip. I have to wake up early, or rather, I feel like I haven’t slept much, so I’m not getting enough sleep. It’s really scary. It ‘s 70km from here to Miyazaki Station, which is quite a journey. This is bad . I’ve been talking nonstop for a while. I have no choice but to go. I have no choice but to go. I have no choice but to go. This is really bad. If I get sleepy even once , I’ll have to take a break and take a nap. This is bad. When there’s a curve or G-forces , my body senses a bit of danger and I don’t fall asleep, but when the road becomes straight, it’s bad. My dinner reservation is at 8pm, so I’ll check in, go to the sauna, take a nap, then go to the sauna and have dinner. Oh , is this the road I was on earlier? No matter how many times I look at it, it’s amazing . Seriously, it’s super huge . This view is like a rare sight. What is this ? Is this a geopark ? Is this a place I just skipped? Is this something inside Kirishima Geopark? ETC responded after a long time. Great! I can go through . I’m heading towards Miyakonojo. If I go left, I’ll head towards Kumamoto and Kagoshima, so I got on the highway. Wow, it’s so easy to drive. It’s been a while since I’ve driven on the highway , it’s so easy to drive. The scenery is surprisingly good. This road also has a nice view. You can’t see it, but from the outside it looks very open. I’ve driven 20km since then and entered Miyakonojo City, so there are 53km left. : By the way, tomorrow I will be sightseeing mainly in Miyakonojo city so please subscribe to my channel If you haven’t already , please subscribe and click the like button Tomorrow I will be eating sushi in the Miyakonojo area and visiting hidden spots I entered the tunnel and it felt like it hadn’t rained in a while and the view through the windshield was completely different I think I was about 70km away I made it to Miyazaki Interchange I wonder how much it cost It’s quite expensive, 1,910 yen That was not Miyazaki Interchange, or rather the toll booth 600m ahead is the Miyazaki Interchange exit Wow I feel like I’m back Miyazaki city the palm trees are amazing It’s been raining all day as usual today But whatever, I was able to eat chicken nanban and visit hidden spots My stay was short but the scenery was burned into my memory It was an amazing sight so it will be a fond memory I have made it to the city centre Look here, this If you go to the right Minami Miyazaki Station 2.5km more and you will see Miyazaki Station on your right It’s a first class river lined with chain stores It’s huge Is this a river ? It’s huge How do you pronounce this river ? Is it the Oyodo River? 帰りました。 English : Um, from around here it is the tourist business hotel zone or resort hotel zone After a long drive we have arrived at Miyazaki Station I was wondering what to do at Miyazaki Station but I have never seen the front of Miyazaki Station This is actually my third time traveling to Miyazaki so I will take a look around to see what it is like in front of the station Apparently there is a parking lot Well , this is difficult It was a bit of a killer the first time I saw it Wait Is it full? Is it full? Should I give up? Miyazaki Station looks like this I wonder if there is a parking lot If there is a parking lot nearby I would like to stop by but this is a taxi route I guess I will give up But it is raining Miyazaki Station looked like this It must have been captured on camera so I wonder if this is the main street There are karaoke and other things There is an Omotesando-style Dormy Inn Tonight’s hotel is Dormy Inn but it is on the right side It is on the opposite side of the road so I guess I will have to turn right somewhere and go around There was a Dormy Inn. There was a Dormy Inn there, but I wondered how to get there. I had to go around in circles. This was the road. It was a Dormy Inn, and U-turns were prohibited here, so I had to turn right and go around, or turn right and turn around somewhere. If I parked in the parking lot next to the Dormy Inn, I could carry my luggage without getting wet in the rain. If you were staying at the hotel, please park on the second to fourth floors. Yes, the parking lot here is a little narrow . We arrived safely . After a long drive, we arrived at Hotel Dormy Inn Miyazaki in downtown Miyazaki. Tonight’s hotel is a Dormy Inn, which I haven’t stayed at in a while . It looks like this. There are three vertical power outlets here. There are two types. You can put your equipment and computer here , and the bed is spacious (semi-double). You can also put your luggage over here. There are outlets and USB ports here, which is pretty good. The sauna, cold bath, outdoor bathing space, and free services are all great. I’m tired . It started raining heavily, so I couldn’t see the view very well, but dinner is at 8pm, so I have three hours. I think I’ll take a short nap. I’ll take a one-hour nap, then go into the sauna to refresh myself before having dinner. I took a short nap, so I’m going to the sauna. I came back from the sauna. The hot spring was slippery, so it was nice. I feel like my skin has gotten so much better! I ate the free ice cream and decided to go for dinner. It was time for dinner . The restaurant is a 7-8 minute walk from the hotel. Around here is Miyazaki’s largest entertainment district, called Nishitachi. According to Google Maps, it’s Ichibangai [Nishitachi area]. There are many business hotels in the area, so if you use this as your base for sightseeing, you can walk to dinner, which I think is convenient for people who drink alcohol. Finally , I arrived at the restaurant. Even though I was alone, they showed me to a private room. Thank you! They have a great menu, and they even have half-size portions, so even a solo traveler like me can easily come. I think I’ll have chicken nanban for now. The drinks are like this. My order is complete. This is the appetizer. It’s a healthy but flavorful stew. It was delicious. Amazing . It’s quite spacious. They showed me to a spacious private room, which is great. Thank you for your hard work! Cheers ! Well, I can’t drink alcohol so I’ll have oolong tea (allergies). I ordered quite a lot but I wonder if I’ll be able to eat it. The sashimi platter has arrived. It looks so delicious! I wonder if this is sashimi soy sauce. The sashimi was fresh and the best. And this soy sauce is delicious ! The sashimi soy sauce is the best! Grilled local chicken thighs and grilled rice balls have arrived. It’s really big, and this charcoal grill is actually half-sized! It’s quite a size. The grilled rice balls arrived, bigger than I expected. I ordered too many, so I was worried I’d be able to finish them all. This is a luxurious lineup that chicken lovers will love. Everything is delicious. The quality of the dishes, which make the most of the ingredients, is really high. The grilled rice balls were also great. Next, I had a tempura platter, and I still have a lot to eat. I’m super full! I found a great restaurant on this trip, thank you for the meal. Miyazaki at night was sparkling! It was delicious! It was the best dinner ever! Lemon charcoal I drank some acid and fell asleep. I’m so glad I chose that restaurant. Even though I was alone , it was great that I had a private room. My satisfaction level doubled. The service was good, the food was delicious, and the value for money was great. I ate that much and it cost less than 5,000 yen. If you’re alone, the waiter will probably ask if you’d like a half-size, even if you don’t ask . That amount for a half-size is pretty good, isn’t it? Tomorrow , like today, I’ll head west, a little to the southwest, to Miyakonojo City, an area I’ve never been to before, and I’d like to take a road trip around that area . So, I’m fast asleep now. Please take this opportunity to subscribe to my channel and watch tomorrow’s video. Thank you for watching.
