Today we are in Ikaho, Gunma Prefecture, near the famous hot spring town of Ikaho Onsen. Yes, I say nearby, or rather, right there. Well, the famous ones are Sanuki udon from Kagawa, Inaniwa udon from Akita , and the third is Mizusawa udon, here in Gunma Prefecture. I came here to eat Mizusawa udon. There are so many udon restaurants here, there are streets that seem to be nothing but udon restaurants.
