Have you had pork intestines? Don’t yuck my yum

it’s Korean barbecue time but not just for any barbecue intestine barbecue which is tricky to find outside of Korea as per usual the table is filled with side dishes like pickled radish marinated seaweed soy and vinegar onions lettuce herbs and all sorts of sauces for the main event the intestines we got two varieties the classic plain one and the seasoned spicy ones this particular intestine cut is called machang and it was prepared very well soft and crispy when rendered out on the grill and was properly cleaned it also came with rice cakes peppers and garlic to grill most of us prefer the seasoned machang but if sweet and spicy isn’t your thing the plain one will still be a solid choice if there’s someone really picky in your group you could always just get pork belly they have combo sets for 2 to three people for 38 to 40,000 W and you can order extra fried rice or Ramen on the side gather up folks
