【札幌グルメ 2025決定版!】話題沸騰の札幌駅近郊 大人気店 最新グルメ🍣スイーツ🍰一挙大公開!(完全保存版)

Hello everyone. Thank you for watching my videos. In this video, we, travelers from outside Hokkaido, will be revealing delicious gourmet food within walking distance of Sapporo Station, which we chose over three days of exploring. We’ve given some of the restaurants perfect ratings, so please watch until the end. Around Sapporo Station: Nemuro Hanamaru, a conveyor belt sushi restaurant . Located a six-minute walk from Sapporo Station , we arrived at the well-known Nemuro Hanamaru, located in the miredo restaurant. There were 51 groups waiting. They told us it would be about a two-hour wait. (After that, we checked into our hotel and made the most of our time!) It was our turn. We wrote our order on a card and handed it to the chef at the counter, and we were treated to freshly made sushi! The sushi we ordered arrived one after the other! Let’s eat! First, the octopus. The two-story raw scallops were huge! Delicious. The flesh was plump! The ginger was amazing. The ginger was amazing. Let’s eat the conger eel! The mackerel and shiso rolls felt like they were topped with the plump, lean tuna fat! Grilled salmon with salt sauce! I’ll have the “sujiko”! It’s already coated in sauce, so no soy sauce is needed. It melted in my mouth! It was so delicious I had seconds! Thank you for the meal! Niseko Maple Butter is a two-minute walk from Sapporo Station (B1F, Daimaru Sapporo) . There was a line outside the store! I’d like to try three types of Niseko Maple Butter sweets I bought at Daimaru Sapporo. The first one is a box of eight Niseko Maple Butter for 1,317 yen. This one is “Walnut and Butter,” a box of five for 1,134 yen. This one is a sweet called “This is Mine,” and this one is 885 yen (50g). Let’s start with these. This is Niseko Maple Butter, named after the shop. Nikomepurubutter is a branch of Snow Cheese. I didn’t know that. There was a shop nearby in the Daimaru Sapporo store. Let’s eat. Yes. Delicious! The crispy outer pie has a great texture, but the slight sweetness of the maple butter inside is delicious. Yes. The thing in the middle is a macadamia nut. The texture adds a nice touch! Next up is this dessert called “Walnut and Butter.” If you look at the cross section, you can see a “walnut.” Surrounding that is maple butter and almond cream, I think. Then around that is pie crust, and underneath is pie tart. Let’s eat. The slightly fragrant flavor is probably the “walnut” and then the “almond cream.” I think this dark, light brown layer is almond cream, and it has a fragrant flavor and is delicious. It has a texture that is actually moister than it looks. It’s delicious. Now, the third dessert is called “This is Mine”! What an interesting name. Let’s eat. Mmm! Delicious! This snack also has macadamia nuts on top, and the slightly oily texture of the nuts, unique to macadamia nuts, is delicious! Let’s bite into it in half and take a look at the cross section! Yes. It’s a snack with whole macadamia nuts inside, coated in white chocolate! It’s delicious! It’s a two-minute walk from Sapporo Station (inside Daimaru Sapporo) . Okay, so let’s start with some of Snow Cheese’s snacks. First, I’ll try this Snow White Cheese. It ‘s a crispy snack with a fresh chocolate texture and a fragrant cheese. It looks like a cute baked pastry with a tiny piece of chocolate cheese on top. Okay, let’s eat. Is that white chocolate inside? It’s wrapped in this crispy dough. It has a very rich cheese aroma and is delicious. Next up! I’ll try the Snow Gold Cheese in the middle! This is a crunchy sable topped with cheese chocolate. So, is that the cheese chocolate on top? The base is a crunchy sable cookie. It’s also heavier than the Snow White Cheese. Let’s eat. Unlike the cookie dough, this dough is a sable cookie, so it has a slightly firmer texture than white cheese. The cheese chocolate on top is quite sweet, and the combination of the two is delicious. The crunchy texture is also delicious. Now, onto the third type. This is a product called Cream & Edam. It looks like a diced cheesecake, with a small block of cheese on top. It’s topped with diced cheese, so it’s like cubes of cheese are sprinkled on top. Let’s eat. Yes. Of the three, this one has the strongest cheesiness. I think it’s because the diced cheese itself is sprinkled on top. It might taste better if you warm it up a little. The cheese melts a little, which I’m sure enhances the flavor. It’s very delicious. Kinotoya Sapporo Store , 2 minutes walk from Sapporo Station (Daimaru Sapporo Store) . Okay, so I’d like to try this Croquant Choux Zaku Zaku. Let’s break it open first. Here we go. There’s a generous amount of cream inside the crunchy choux pastry. It looks like this. The color is kind of like a light milk cream. Let’s have some! Yeah. The crust is crunchy, and it has a fragrant flavor, and the cream is really smooth, melt-in-your-mouth. Are those nuts? These crunchy nuts are stuck to the outside, so the choux pastry itself is baked quite crunchy, but the crunchiness of the nuts adds to that, making it exactly what the name suggests: Croquant Choux Zaku Zaku. Okay, I’d like to try Kinotoya’s exquisite dorayaki. There was an ice pack inside. When I took it out, it looked like this: fresh cream and… it peeled off a little. Fresh cream, bean paste, and two mochi pieces. It’s attached like this. Now, since this will hold half of the bride boat, let’s split it right in the middle. Now we have half the bean paste, fresh cream, and gyuhi (rice cake)! It looks like this. Let’s eat. Is this outer layer sponge cake? It’s quite yellow in color, and looks like a cake sponge. Excuse me for being rude. The bean paste feels like a grainy bean paste that’s closer to smooth bean paste. It still has a bit of a grainy texture. The fresh cream is also delicious. I finished it in two bites! Maruyama Area Patisserie Shiya 34 minutes walk from Sapporo Station The shop I was looking for, Patisserie Shiya! Oh, thank goodness. It wasn’t crumbling. It looks like this. Patisserie Shiya’s Marquise Chocolat. This shiny chocolate. Because it’s chocolate, it melts quickly. Yes. This is what the cross section looks like. It feels like rich chocolate, let’s eat. Yes. It feels like rich, sticky raw chocolate, I guess. Yes. This is what the cross section looks like. It feels like a very rich chocolate cake. It’s delicious. Next up is Marie Therese, also from Patisserie Sija, 650 yen . It’s a mousse made with Dominican cacao and topped with raspberries. The cross section looks like this. Oh! It fell off. Let’s eat. This is delicious. The tartness of the raspberries is effective, and the cake is well-balanced overall. There’s a thin layer of chocolate on top. It’s as rich as the chocolate cake, but the tartness of the berries on top creates a delicious harmony. This is my third cake from Patisserie Shiya. M. ce Beille (650 yen) It feels like a very elaborately crafted cheesecake. It’s incredibly soft! The knife slid right in. Here’s a cross-section: Blueberry compote inside, crispy ginger-flavored almond sable on the bottom . First, I’ll try a bite. It melts in your mouth the moment you put it in, like a melt-in-your-mouth cheesecake. There’s blueberries on top. Then, the knife slid right in. There’s a generous amount of blueberry compote inside, and a ginger-flavored almond sable as the base. Yes. It has a crispy texture and is delicious. Maruyama Saryo 43 minutes walk from Sapporo Station, 4 minutes from Nishi 28-chome Station Here we go! The sweets I ordered have arrived! This is the strawberry shiratama zenzai, and this is the cherry blossom parfait! Unfortunately, this will end in the spring of 2025. Apparently it was only available during this season (until around May), but I’ll start with the strawberry shiratama zenzai! It’s so gooey! There’s a fair amount of red beans in it. Looks delicious. Let’s eat. Hmm. The red beans are so amazing that they even drew them inside! There are so many red beans packed in. Is it ice cream? Delicious. It tastes like sweet condensed milk, too. Yes. This is delicious! I’ll exchange this for a “Yomebou”. This is a cherry blossom parfait. Apparently this cherry blossom ice cream is no longer available, so I won’t be able to eat it next year. Yes. Delicious. This is delicious. It’s a strong cherry blossom flavored ice cream. It goes well with the red beans, so it’s delicious. Masabou: Have you tried the shiratama? Yomebou: Yes. Yes. It was delicious. I’m glad I came. I recommend Maruyama Saryo! It was delicious! Thank you for the meal! Rokkatei ( 60-minute walk from Sapporo Station, 12-minute walk from Maruyama Koen Station) Hokkaido Shrine (Hokkaido Shrine) It’s a big, impressive shrine. As expected. Pork buns! Good zooch? It looks like good zooch! A cheese dog! Speaking of which, it smells good! Rokkatei Jingu Chaya Branch I’d like two Hangan-sama, please. Yes. Thank you. It’s 280 yen. I wonder if this is a product you can only buy at Rokkatei. It’s like a grilled rice cake. I’ll have a piping hot Hangan-sama. Masabou: Bangan. Yomebou: Ha! Masabou: Hangan. Ah! It says it here. Hangan-sama. The correct spelling is “Hangan-sama,” not “Bankan-sama. ” Delicious. Simple rice cakes. Warm and delicious! “Hangan-sama” was delicious! Susukino Area Boulangerie Colomb Boulangerie Colomb Marui Imai Sapporo Branch 14-minute walk from Sapporo Station I’d like to try the bread at “Boulangerie Colomb.” Let’s start with this Hokkaido corn rustic bread! It’s warm! It’s chewy! It’s filled with lots of corn. Yes. Let’s have this. It looks delicious. Yes. I could really tell how chewy it was when I broke it in my hands, but when I ate it, the chewiness of this bread was even more amazing! I think it’s a high-hydration bread. It’s delicious. Next up is the cinnamon raisin (officially called a cinnamon roll)! I have a knife and fork, so I’ll cut this one up. Yes. It looks like this. It’s layered with cinnamon, with raisins on top! It’s coated with sugar on top. Yes. This bread has quite a sweet punch! The cinnamon flavor is strong. It feels like a lot of cinnamon has been worked into it. This is the cherry blossom part of the mochi anpan. I’ll cut it. Was it poppy seeds? These little grains are stuck to it. It looks like this. When you cut it open, you’ll see a layer of mochi underneath, and cherry blossom bean paste on top. Let’s eat. Yes. I think this would be delicious even if re-baked. I re-baked the rest (heated it in the microwave). Let’s eat this. This is an anpan made with a dough made from mochi flour and filled with cherry blossom bean paste, and the poppy seeds matched it perfectly, and all three of Colon’s breads were delicious! Boulangerie Colon Stellar Place Store 2 minutes walk from Sapporo Station All the breads were so delicious that I immediately bought them again the next day! This is the corn rustic and the sweet potato. It’s a potato! I’d like one of these “sweet potato rustic”, one with rum raisin, and one with salted butter, please! I’ll have the sweet potato rustic bread. Yes. It looks like this! Ah! You can see it. There’s one sticking out, and that’s a potato. The description said that they use sweet potatoes aged in icehouses, with a sugar content of up to 12% and a very sweet taste. Yes. Let’s eat. Yes. I see. They apply truffle oil as a finishing touch, giving it a rather refined saltiness. Yes. This is also delicious. Colon’s bread itself is really delicious. The corn has its own natural sweetness. This sweet potato is a really good combination of the potato’s natural sweetness and the saltiness of the truffle oil. This is Colon’s. The flagship store seems to be located in Kita 2-jo Higashi 3-chome, Chuo-ku, Sapporo. (Sapporo trip) On the second day, I bought bread from Marui Imai Sapporo. The selection at Marui Imai was larger than at Stella Place. The bread I’m eating today is from Stella Place. It’s spilled corn with salted butter.も食べています。 English: There was a sign on this bread that said it was meant to be eaten with a spoon, and it was said to be a hearty corn bread filled with so much corn that it almost spilled out. The flavor of the salted butter was said to bring out the sweetness of the corn. If I were to tear this with my hands, the corn would fall apart and spill out, so I decided to cut it with a knife and eat it. Now, let’s take a look at the cross section . Here we go. It’s already spilled out. Yes. It looks like this. Yes. I’m going to share half of this with my wife and eat it together! Wow, this is amazing! It’s packed with corn! I’m going to share the spilled corn with her so that we don’t start fighting. Let’s eat. First, the corn. Yes. It’s sweet. The corn is so good! Hokkaido corn is delicious, as you’d expect. I want to take a big bite. Wow, it’s amazing! Can you see this? If you open it a little, you’ll see that it’s really packed with corn! Should I eat it like this? You can tell just by looking at the cross section of the bread, but can you really get the chewy, squishy feeling? Well, let’s take a bite. Mmm! (Personally, I think it might even surpass Biei Senka’s corn bread!) This is delicious! Unlike that rustic bread, this is a slightly softer bread . I hope Colon will expand nationwide. Every single one is delicious. Seriously. And finally, there’s the rum raisin. I’d like to take a look at the cross section of this one too. Even though it’s called a cross section, it looks like this. I think it’s the same as when viewed from above. Let’s eat! This bread has a nice sweetness! The dough is mini-French, so it has the chewiest texture. I love these hard breads, so this is delicious. If you visit this online shop, you can probably order hard breads, and I think you can also order rustic bread. (For details, please check the store’s website.) Morimoto, a 14-minute walk from Sapporo Station , I came across a delicious-looking cake that I just couldn’t pass up, so I bought it! It’s haskap berry, 531 yen. It’s described as a sweet and sour haskap mousse layered with chocolate and decorated with berries. Okay, let’s eat. It’s cute. It’s decorated with all sorts of things. I think this is chocolate. It’s stuck in there. Let’s eat from here. Yes. Delicious. Let’s take a fork. Can I remove this blueberry properly? I wonder if I can show the cross section . But the fork slides out smoothly, revealing a beautiful cross section. Yes. It’s mousse. It’s layered, with a chocolate layer in the middle and what appears to be haskap mousse on top. Is this jelly on top also haskap? Okay, let’s eat. Yes. This is delicious. It has quite a bit of sourness, so the tartness of the berry, or rather the haskap, and the sweetness of the chocolate are just right. What is this mousse underneath? I don’t know, but I tried a little . Yes. It tastes like caramel. Maybe it’s caramel mousse. Yes. This is delicious! It’s crumbled a little, but this is the chocolate layer at the bottom, the base. It’s caramel mousse, with chocolate in the middle, so I guess it’s haskap mousse. It said this cake is exclusive to the Marui Imai Sapporo store. I think you can only get this cake at the Marui Imai Sapporo store. It’s delicious. Donut and Bagel Specialty Shop Fuwamochitei Fuwamochitei is located in Mitsukoshi, a 15-minute walk from Sapporo Station ! It’s very popular! There’s quite a line. I’d like to buy some delicious donuts here. So, these donuts and bagels from Fuwamochitei! They look delicious. Let’s try these. Let’s start with this bagel. I heated it up in the microwave. This one is a walnut fig bagel for 281 yen. First, let’s cut it open and look inside. It’s fluffy. It’s chewy, isn’t it? It’s filled with figs and walnuts, and the dough is chewy! Can you see that? This chewy texture! Let’s eat. Here we go. Let ‘s eat! Looking at the ingredients, it’s listed in order: wheat, figs, red wine, sugar, so maybe this is figs stewed in red wine? The sweetness is just right. And the crunchy texture of the fig seeds adds a nice touch. Also, there are quite a few walnuts in it. You can see the walnuts just by looking at it. It’s delicious! This is a sweet potato and apple bagel! Let’s cut this one open as well. This one supposedly contains soy milk cream, so I warmed it up in the microwave, but it might have melted a little. What do you think? It’s good. Looks delicious. Can you see the small cubes of apple and sweet potato underneath ? The soy milk cream is underneath. There’s a generous amount of sesame seeds on top . This one will spill, so you have to hold the plate while eating. Now, let’s eat. Mmm! This is delicious! I was debating between these two, but in the end I decided this bagel was good, so I switched to this one, and I’m so glad I bought it! It’s delicious. This bagel is really chewy and delicious. I had two bagels, and both were delicious. I especially recommend the sweet potato and apple bagel. They were delicious. Now, let’s try the donuts. This one is cinnamon. 184 yen including tax, and this one is matcha milk. 238 yen including tax. I warmed both in the microwave for about 30 seconds. They’re fluffy. I’ll start with the cinnamon one. Let’s eat. Let’s tear it off. Look. It’s fluffy. Just like a bagel, it has a really fluffy and pleasantly chewy texture. Mmmm. Delicious. This is a bagel and donut shop called Fuwamochi-tei, and it lives up to its name – it’s really fluffy and chewy! Let’s cut into the matcha milk. This is the milk dough. It’s milk dough with matcha chocolate on top, so it’s a little overheated and melted a little, but it still looks delicious. It’s coated with chocolate and has a fluffy, fizzy dough. Wow, it looks delicious. Let’s eat. Hmm. It’s quite bitter. It’s sweet, but as you eat it, you can really taste the bitterness of the matcha. Mmmm. Delicious! Crispy Lemon Yogurt. 270 yen including tax. This is a donut wrapped in lemon cream, which goes perfectly with the refreshing yogurt cream, and topped with crispy flakes. This is what a cross section looks like. The flakes spill out, but inside, they’re filled with a mixture of lemon cream and yogurt cream. These crispy flakes are the topping, and the things you’ve been seeing falling apart are flakes. Let’s start with this. My first impression is a refreshing sweetness. The lemon yogurt flavor is strong and refreshing. It’s filled with a thick, two-colored cream. The lemon and yogurt go incredibly well together, and it’s delicious. You can really taste the refreshing cream, and it’s quite sweet, but the freshness wins out in this donut. I recommend this one too. It was delicious. This is kinako tiramisu. It’s 270 yen including tax. You can already feel the fluffy texture of Fuwachi’s donuts even when you cut them. The cross section looks like this. The instructions say that this is filled with soy milk cream and cream cheese. It’s topped with kinako sugar, giving it a Japanese-style tiramisu. Okay. Let’s eat. Let’s eat. Yes. This kinako definitely has a Japanese feel to it and is delicious. The cream cheese really brings out the flavor! The sweetness of the soy milk cream and the cheesy texture of the cream cheese make this a truly delicious donut. Okay. Now, one last bite. I thought I might have bought a little too much, but I should have bought more. If it’s this delicious… Sandwich Factory Sandria. A 38-minute walk from Sapporo Station, there’s Ichigen, famous for its shrimp soba. If you go straight, you’ll find Sandria. This is a ramen shop that also has one at New Chitose Airport. It was just a short walk from Ichigen! There it is. Cream croquette and egg! I bought some delicious-looking sandwiches at Sandria, the Matcha Azuki Basil Tomato Sandwich Factory. I’ll start with the egg! The double egg sandwich for 280 yen is apparently the most popular, but I went with the egg this time. Let’s eat. Just to show you what it looks like inside. Pop! It’s chock-full of eggs. Egg salad! Looks delicious. I’ll enjoy having this. Yes. For this amount, it costs around 200 yen. It doesn’t have a heavy mayonnaise taste, so it’s quite easy to eat. For people who don’t like heavy mayonnaise, the Ex-Sandwich is a great choice! The basil sandwich contains lettuce, tomato, cheese, and basil spread on bread. Let’s eat. Yes. This is refreshing. Tomato, lettuce, cheese, and basil. This is the perfect combination. A little cream croquette . It’s a thin cream croquette with lettuce and maybe ketchup on the outside? I wonder. Is it ketchup or mixed with sauce? There’s corn inside the cream croquette. This is a heavy sandwich. Let’s eat. Mmm. This is a creamy croquette. The crunchy texture of the corn inside the croquette gives it a ketchup sauce flavor, which is delicious. Mmm. Delicious! This junky feel is great. Croquette. This croquette is quite thick. It’s satisfying! I bought a sweet sandwich. Matcha and azuki bean. It has matcha, azuki beans, and three slices of bread! It’s quite thickly spread with bean paste. Delicious bean paste! This one is creamy, also thickly spread. It’s sandwiched between three slices of bread. Okay, let’s eat. It’s more of a sweet matcha cream. But it’s not too sweet, it’s just the right amount of sweet. The not-too-sweet bean paste goes really well with it . This is delicious! Yes. It goes really well with coffee. There’s a sandwich vending machine at Sapporo Station. If you’re interested, check out this one! It’s rare! I think you can buy them there too. What’s more, this flagship store is open 24 hours a day. It seems to be a popular store that is always full of customers. What did you think? Were there any gourmet foods that caught your eye?
