Hi, my name is Philippa. This is Darren and our children. We’ve come from Sydney, Australia, and we’ve booked with Vivu Travel. We were picked up in our own private van from Hanoi Airport. Uh we have our private tour guide and a private driver. They’ve been available for us anytime that we’ve needed. They took us straight to Hanoi where we got to enjoy uh looking around the town, a puppet show and we went on the rickshaw. Um ate some great food. We then went to Halong Bay where we stayed overnight on the cruise. Um we had amazing food. Um five course meal at nighttime, great seafood. Uh staff were all very welcoming as well. Um rooms were comfy. It was great. Um, so everyone at Vivu booked everything for us. We didn’t have to worry about any food, any accommodation, transport. Uh, after that we then went over to Nimin where we got to go on the rowing boats. Um, we got to eat lots of great food including the um, goat meat. Um then we have come to the incense village and everything’s always been taken care of us. Nothing to worry about. Um thank you so much Vivu Travu. We really appreciate everything. Amazing.
