⁴ᴷ Shizuoka: Shizuoka Station (静岡県: 静岡駅) – Japan Walking Tour (September, 2025)

I set out on a journey to Kansai to visit my family home in Kobe. Along the way, I plan to pass through various towns, and on the return trip I’ll also stop by places that catch my interest as I make my way back to the Tokyo area.

There are several routes from the Tokyo metropolitan area to Kansai, but the most common one is through Shizuoka Prefecture. This time, I took a walk around Shizuoka Station for the first time in a while.

Since it was a Saturday, the streets were lively with many people out and about. Drawn by the stylish atmosphere, I wandered a bit further to the Hitojyuku-chō area, which had a trendy vibe and made for an enjoyable stroll.
