実際に走行した場合、車やバイクでおおよそ２０分程度かかるかと思います。狭い道、勾配が急な山道も多いので、大きい車両での通行はなかなか厳しい道のりになるかと思います。スピードはできるだけ抑えて走るのが良いかと思います。映画のロケで使用されたり、釣りスポットであったり、島の中央にある手彫りのトンネルなど、岩子島ならではの見どころも。
