今回の旅先は京都府宇治市にある『白山神社(はくさんじんしゃ)』です。
自然豊かな里山の風景が残る京都府宇治市白川にある小さな神社ですが、1146年（平安時代末期）に藤原頼通の娘・寛子が、七間四面に金をちりばめた金色院を建立しその鎮守社として長い歴史があります。

Our destination this time is Hakusan Shrine in Uji City, Kyoto Prefecture.
This small shrine is located in Shirakawa, Uji City, Kyoto Prefecture, where the natural scenery of rural areas remains. In 1146 (at the end of the Heian period), Fujiwara no Yorimichi’s daughter, Hiroshi, built the Konjikiin temple, a seven-ken, four-by-four-bay building inlaid with gold on all sides. It has a long history as the shrine’s guardian deity.
