Delicious tofu ♪ Apparently it’s from a tofu shop called Moriyoshi. It seems to be a very famous shop. When you sprinkle salt on it… This is also delicious ♪ Hassun-mori (8-inch serving) Ganmodoki with pickled ginger on top? Bamboo shoots are soft because it’s this season. The flavor of the broth is thoroughly infused You really cook it well~ The sauce is light and A duck loin with an elegant taste Omi specialty red konjac Unlike the oden I had in Himeji, It’s just konnyaku The flavor is soaked in and it’s delicious ♪ That’s a pretty big shrimp This is also delicious with a rich flavor. It has dried mullet roe on top. The vinegared food is quite sweet. I couldn’t really tell what the bottarga tasted like lol I looked it up later and it seems to be a specialty of Wakasa Obama. Cream cheese, pickles, and eggs wrapped in yuba It’s beautiful~ Japanese and Western…what do you call it? Mariaju? lol That lol Spinach with Shiraae It comes with pickled shibazuke on top. Beef simmered in soy sauce It has green peppers on it. The taste is very strong I want rice lol Overall the flavor is sweet A creative dish: Udo wrapped in prosciutto As it was a collaboration, I also received a postcard. It’s spring-like and cute ♪ The yellow petals are eggs The red petals are pickled radish It’s covered in vinegar and miso sauce. Raw Yuba It was cold yuba. I want to try the warm ones too. The tofu flavor isn’t that strong. It’s a refined yuba. boiled tofu The tofu is cooked! And then the soup arrived! The boiled tofu trembling is so cute lol There is shichimi with lots of sansho pepper in it. Add green onions or shichimi pepper to the soup stock as you like. If you pour the hot water from the tofu into the soup stock using a lotus flower, This will be a soup, so please enjoy it. It’s smooth ♪ Huh? It’s not hot at all lol It’s amazing how the soup stock is warm too! The broth itself is delicious, but it pairs perfectly with tofu. Shichimi with a lot of sansho pepper is not that spicy. The wonderful aroma of Japanese pepper wafts through your nose. The more you eat, the more delicious the tofu becomes. It’s strange. If you pour about ten cups of hot water into the lotus flower Just the right feeling I guess Kyoto is saltier than it looks. Deep-fried tofu and rice Enjoy it with our homemade chirimen sansho pepper and pickles. The rice is soft I wonder if softer ones are the norm in Kyoto? This deep-fried tofu also has a delicious broth. This chirimen sansho pepper isn’t spicy. Is that pickle bowl made of bamboo? So cute! Tofu ice cream and fresh yatsuhashi Topped with brown sugar syrup It’s more like frozen tofu than ice cream lol Tofu with great taste and aroma That’s pretty bold lol I noticed it on the way home. There was such a lovely waiting room.

20年前の湯豆腐の美味しさが忘れられず
また来てしまいました。

湯豆腐って何でこんなに美味しいんですかね~。
お豆腐が美味しい?
お出汁が美味しい?
その組み合わせ?

今回は湯豆腐懐石とのことで
他にも手の込んだ美味しいものがいっぱい♪

また近衛文麿別邸ということで
建物や景観まで楽しむことができ
お腹も心もいっぱいです。
