2025年新規屋台!福岡で一番お洒落で女性人気が高い屋台|進化系デザイナーズ屋台「LEF」に潜入!ワンオペレーションでの絶品おばんざいとお酒に感動|japanese street food

Today’s Digest: Today, I visited the newly opened “Hakata Yatai LEF-yatai” in Tenjin, Fukuoka. The assembly and preparation of the stall can begin at 5 PM. LEF is one of six new stalls opening in 2025. Owner Aya handles everything from assembly to cooking all by herself. Next, the heavy items are unloaded from the truck, which is quite hard work. The main part of the stall has been safely lowered. This street is called Yatai Street. Assembly takes about an hour and a half to two hours. The roof and walls are up. Naturally, the stall has electricity and running water. Beautiful flowers are on display. This stall, LEF, focuses on obanzai cuisine. All of the obanzai, made with seasonal Kyushu ingredients, are handmade by the owner. The menu and tableware are all stylish, including the beautiful flower vases. The stall opens around 7 PM. Customers started coming soon after opening. Each dish is very stylish. There are also fried and stir-fried dishes on the menu. LEF Yatai also has a wide selection of sake and shochu. Owner: I’m from Kawasaki, Kanagawa. Customer: Did you design this yourself? Owner: Yes. Customer: It’s stylish. Owner : I’ve always loved food and drink, and I’ve always loved creating spaces. Owner: But opening a restaurant can be quite difficult. Owner: I thought a food stall would be a more casual start. Owner: I didn’t know anyone, so I came to Fukuoka. Wood ear mushrooms as an appetizer . Owner: Did you get a good photo? On this day, there were many women drinking sake and shochu. We went to eat on a different day from the photo shoot. I ordered Sapporo Black Label beer and white wine. It’s still hot, so cold beer is delicious. The wood ear mushrooms as an appetizer were absolutely delicious. The white wine had a very sweet taste. The appetizer, salted mapo tofu with wood ear mushrooms, was delicious and stylish in every dish. I ordered the mushroom and yam sauteed with blue cheese. It’s popular with foreign tourists. The moment the blue cheese was added, the aroma of cheese spread. The blue cheese saute is ready. More and more customers are coming. The chicken stewed in garlic and miso had a wonderful aroma of garlic and miso, and it was delicious. The place was fully booked, with many customers waiting. Thank you for the meal.   2. I admire Hakata san style and innovation with his food. I also love the design of his Yatai and can see him gaining more popularity in the future. Can’t wait to see more videos featuring him.

  3. I like that he separates the oden into their own covered containers. I don’t like to see the oden in the center of the cart/table uncovered and everyone can sneeze on it. Just a personal preference.
