This time, I’m at Kyukamura Nachikatsuura in Nachikatsuura Town, Wakayama Prefecture. The nearest station is Ugui Station, the third station from JR Nachikatsuura. Let’s go! I checked in. My toothbrush was in my room. There was a small cafe in the lobby. I could see the ocean view from the calm lobby. I’m sure I could see the sunrise from here . Now, let’s head to my room. My room this time is on the fourth floor, the same floor as the front desk. It’s a corner room! So happy! I’m looking forward to it! There was a key lock in the entrance! Convenient! 。 This is a calm, spacious Japanese-style room. What do you think of the view outside the window? An ocean view . I check the evacuation route. This is the keybox from earlier. This is the first time I’ve seen it, it’s great. Let’s take another look at the room. It’s spacious enough for four people to sleep comfortably. The blue and green of the ocean are very soothing. I can relax in this chair. Let’s take a look at the amenities . There’s an extension cord, which is great. The refrigerator seems to have a freezer as well. Towel rack . Air purifier. Trash can. A full-length mirror is here. On the TV there’s an Instagram introduction. A phone. Tissues . An electric kettle. There was also a fan. A light that turns on at night (great atmosphere, forgot to take a photo). A safe for valuables. A spare cushion. In the closet there’s a tanzen and a bag. A yukata, towels, and a bath bag. This bag is for storing used towels for those staying multiple nights. There’s a futon in the closet , and a mattress too. You can request a futon to be laid out for you, but I told them I’d lay it out myself. On the table next to the TV remote there’s a flashlight and information about Wi-Fi, etc. There ‘s one tea snack . These are the contents of the tea set. There was a bath towel rack right at the entrance. One, two, three, four . The toilet. A calm, clean toilet. There’s also a washlet . Slippers. It’s a bit old-fashioned in the bathroom. There’s a foot mat in the basket, and hand towels too! The toothbrush holder is nice. It’s nice to have hand towels provided. There are also towels provided in the bathroom. Next to it is the indoor bath with a window . It’s spacious. There is a large public bath, so I didn’t use it. They took a cup from the tea set and prepared cold water for me. It’s nice in the summer. I prefer hot tea to cold water now. Gulp, gulp , cold and delicious . There was a variety of information, so let’s take a look around the building a bit. My room was on the same floor as the front desk, so it was comfortable. There are a variety of yukatas for women here. I went out to the observation terrace outside the lobby. The observation terrace is nice. This exit path is also nice. It feels like you’re getting closer and closer. There are stargazing events here at night, and I could see lots of stars. The sea and greenery are pleasant. There are also sofas. I went out to the entrance side . The front desk is on the fourth floor, so it feels a little elevated. The nearest station is JR Ukui Station, and there seems to be a minibus shuttle service, so it’s a bit far to walk. Let’s take a look at the shop. There is also a tuna buoy on the ceiling. I was intrigued by the plum persimmon pi. Looks delicious . There are many beauty corners here for beautiful skin. Cypress shampoo? Honey? One pack of pickled plums. The liquor corner is famous for Taiheiyo. This canned plum juice brings back memories. There are various types of beer too . I was also interested in the peach juice. Bottled drinks are nice. There are so many key chains in the corner, I ‘m tempted. I think it would be a good souvenir. This is the alcohol section . Is this plum jelly? I walked through the lobby and noticed a picture of a sunrise directly in front of me! It’s a calm lobby. A guide to walking around the area. It looks like a small peninsula. If it’s cool, hiking would be nice. I’ve returned to my room. It’s time to head to the large public bath . Oh, here’s the remote control for the air conditioner. To get to the large public bath, I take the elevator down to the second floor and put my bath bag in it. I’ll put my bath bag in it. There are slipper marker clips (with room numbers) provided which are very convenient as I don’t want people to get the wrong slippers. There’s also an ice machine room where you can get lots of ice. This is the large public bath. After you enter the Awakening Bath , to the left is the coin laundry room. It’s great that the detergent is liquid. It’s open now. I’ll take off my slippers here and put this clip in. There’s a juice vending machine here. They also have ice cream and alcohol. This is the post-bath area, with massage machines and cold water. You can relax while looking at this green scenery. The approach to the large public bath is nice. I wasn’t able to take a photo (why not?!) but the night lighting was lovely. I’ve finished my bath. Post- bath area, Post-bath Senryu There is also a photo exhibition in the tanzaku corner . It was also nice at night , though I didn’t take any photos (why?!). It was a wonderful place to have the place all to yourself after a bath. I returned to my room and laid out the futon. It’s a bit rough, but how do you like it? The mattress was from Nishikawa. I made some Japanese tea and it was relaxing. I had some rice crackers as tea and sweets. It was delicious. Kyuka Mura seems to be a nationwide chain. There was a lot of information on other stores. I’d like to visit Kyuka Mura in other areas too. This is the information on the opening hours and other information in the building. I relaxed a bit until dinner. The view from this chair is nice. You can see the sunset on the west side. It’s hot today, so it’s a hot sunset. I head to the dinner venue. It’s time for dinner! There are some drinks in front of the venue. There are various aperitifs, each one for one person. I’ll have some plum wine. It says to enjoy it slowly, but I drank it all in one go . Now, let’s enter the room. The menu is a combination of Nachi’s Hometown Kaiseki and half buffet. I didn’t know there was such a combination. We also ordered whale tatsuta-age separately . We also ordered draft beer. We drank some water to cleanse our palate . Let’s eat again. The sashimi has arrived. Fresh tuna, delicious. Kirin beer, draft beer. I’m so happy. The whale tatsuta-age has arrived . I used to get this for school lunches when I was a child. It’s softer and tastier than ever before. I warmed my stomach with miso soup and squeezed some lemon on it. Maybe a little too much. Adding citrus fruits changes the flavor. Delicious tuna tatsuta-age? Is that it ? A delicious chawanmushi has arrived. It’s so luxurious that they bring you both hot and cold food. It’s exciting when there’s a buffet. Now let’s make the salad. I’ll try that again this time. There are a variety of dressings available . I’ll go with a light one . It’s been a while since I’ve had mizuna . Munch, munch, it ‘s delicious . There’s also a small pot of chicken . Is it cooked yet? What was it? I’ll have it with salt , but I’ll also add some grated daikon radish. The sake I ordered has arrived. It’s a local sake that represents the Pacific region. It’s so delicious. It goes well with tempura. Eating it with salt is the best. There will also be lots of sake. Delicious buffet corner. Pickles . Pickles are a great accompaniment to sake. A delicious taste that goes well with sake. I’ll wash it down with sake. It’s delicious with sake. The perfect combination. I also like sake , so it was really good. Speaking of buffets, there’s curry. They also had curry here . Kumano beef curry. Served in moderation so as not to eat too much. There didn’t seem to be any chunks of meat. They were small, but delicious. Curry is the best. On to dessert. There were three kinds of ice cream. I served vanilla and cookies & cream. I had hot coffee even though it was late at night. I don’t want to take in too much caffeine at night , so I neutralized it with hot water, probably for shochu. I had the ice cream. It felt luxurious. This was also delicious. It went well with coffee. I also brought some dessert cake. Mini cake. Sweets. It’s delicious! Thank you for the meal! Any additional orders will be paid for at check-out. We now come to the lobby. There is an experience program here starting at 8pm. The experience program is “Starry Sky and Late Night Night.” There is a talk about the stars and then we go out to the observation terrace for a stargazing session . I sit wherever I like, take what I like, and eat. First, I make a salad, then I have whitebait, grated daikon radish, and maybe sea bream sashimi. It feels luxurious to start the morning with a lot of hot dishes. There are also scrambled eggs, wieners, sausages, bacon, and whitebait pasta. It says hot spring eggs. This is the pickled food section, and of course umeboshi are the best. This is the tuna bowl section . The staff will serve you. I ordered light rice, and they serve it for you. You can add green onions and sesame seeds to taste. I didn’t realize there was sauce there too. There’s also wasabi, which I didn’t notice. There was also a raw egg . This is how I started my breakfast. Slurp slurp ! Now, a tuna bowl is a luxury for breakfast. I also wanted to eat rice, so I made it light! Starting with delicious vegetables is good for the body . How about some dried fish ? Sea bream sashimi is so luxurious Delicious whitebait to start the morning Speaking of Kishu, it’s umeboshi ( pickled plums) Eat one umeboshi a day to get a healthy amount of salt Is this a fish product? I’m sure it was delicious I’ll have the hot spring egg. The soup and egg were both delicious and slurping, so I ate it with a slurping sound Wow ! It was delicious! 食べましたか？ English: I’ll have curry for breakfast too. Whenever there’s curry, I just can’t help but crave it, and it’s Kumano beef curry. I’m full from the tuna bowl, so I’ll have something light! I’ll have a second salad and have curry for breakfast. I’m full. Morning curry is delicious . It ‘s hot and delicious . Curry goes really well with raw vegetables. I wonder if I put on salad dressing this time to cleanse the palate. Now it’s dessert time. A platter full of fruit , mini cream puffs , and lychees. I don’t usually eat a lot of fruit, so I’ll have some morning coffee and ice cream for breakfast . I usually avoid bread, but I saw something that looked delicious, so I picked up a bagel and then another piece of bread next to it . And so, the third plate is ready. Let’s eat . I ‘m slurping .
