【函館格安ホテル】1泊2名総額4860円のホテルに泊まってみた

I stayed at the cheapest hotel in Hakodate, just a one-minute walk from Goryokaku. Choosing a hotel can be incredibly difficult, right? Recently, room rates have been rising, making it really tricky. “I want a cheap hotel, but I don’t want it to be an old building.” “I want a hotel close to the tourist spots, but I don’t want it to be too expensive.” I understand. Just looking at travel sites can leave you with endless worries, right? Don’t worry! I discovered a new, affordable hotel right in the middle of the tourist area, so I decided to stay there and write a report. Today’s menu: 1. One-minute walk from Goryokaku. Basic information about this hotel and Hakodate. 2. About the hotel’s facilities, including breakfast and whether it has a large public bath. 3. Is it really that nice just because it’s a new hotel? An introduction to the hotel room. 4. 3 classic Hakodate gourmet foods near this hotel. 5. How to climb Goryokaku Tower on a budget . 6. Photogenic spots I don’t really want to tell you about . This comprehensive report covers everything from hotel information to must-try gourmet food in the area, so please read to the end. You’re probably thinking, “There’s no way a new, affordable hotel in the heart of a popular tourist spot could be that good?” Don’t worry! This time, I’ll answer your questions with an honest report, including the good and bad points. Let’s get started! Part 1: A one-minute walk from Goryokaku! Basic information about the hotel and Hakodate. Hakodate is now one of the most popular tourist destinations in Hokkaido, and even Japan! It’s a city everyone wants to visit at least once. Among the attractions in Hakodate, Mt. Hakodate offers a million-dollar night view , while Hakodate Morning Market boasts fresh seafood. Goryokaku Tower surpasses its rivals to become the most popular tourist destination (according to Yahoo!). Climbing the tower and enjoying the beautiful view is a staple of Hakodate sightseeing . Despite being only a one-minute walk from Goryokaku, it’s surprisingly the cheapest! I heard about this hotel, so I decided to stay there. This video is about that . First, let me reveal the name of the hotel I stayed at : Hotel BLS. This hotel opened in March 2021 as the closest hotel to Goryokaku Fort . Not only is it close to Goryokaku, but it’s also conveniently located near many of Hakodate’s famous gourmet restaurants, which I’ll introduce later. To see if this is truly the cheapest hotel, let’s search the Yahoo! Travel website . It searches hotels in Hakodate City in order of price, and it came up at the top of the list. That’s amazing! Let’s also check out the hotel’s reviews on Yahoo! Travel. There are many positive reviews, such as “It’s very clean for such a low price,” “I was worried about the low price, but I was very satisfied!” and “There’s no curfew, and the parking is easy to use .” I certainly sympathize with the worry of whether a low price is really okay. I felt the same way . Additionally, while many hotels in Hakodate City have check-in times until 10:00 PM , this hotel allows check-in until 2:00 AM, which is a nice touch. Access from Hakodate Station is about 10 minutes by tram, bus, or car . Part 2: Regarding breakfast, whether or not there’s a public bath, and the hotel’s facilities. Next, I’ll cover the hotel’s facilities, dividing them into good and bad points. Here’s what’s great about it! The hotel’s popular features include its Hakodate breakfast, made with 100% Hokkaido ingredients, and its free parking. On the day we visited, we enjoyed delicious toast made with Hakodate’s famous Carl Raymond sausage, Hakodate milk, and Hokkaido wheat. Since you’re in Hakodate, it’s a great place to enjoy a meal that truly captures the essence of Hokkaido . While they offer a breakfast-included plan, you can also enjoy breakfast with a room-only plan for an additional 940 yen. The website claims the parking lot is popular, so we’ll check it out. Wow , the parking lot is really spacious! And there’s plenty of space. Even though it’s located in the downtown area, the parking lot is spacious and easy to use, and the free parking is a major plus. Another exciting feature is the view of Goryokaku Tower right from the parking lot . Another notable feature is the coin laundry on the top floor (10th floor) . It’s a new type of drum-type washing machine. It costs 600 yen to wash and dry, including detergent. This is very convenient. Some hotels have old washing machines that never get cleaned. Bruss is a convenient hotel for multiple-night stays. I did my laundry, too, of course. Here are some points to keep in mind when staying at this hotel. 1. Breakfast isn’t a buffet. Many hotels in Hakodate City are famous for their breakfast buffets. Many people prioritize their breakfast buffets when choosing a hotel. This hotel serves a one-plate breakfast, so those who want a hearty breakfast buffet first thing in the morning may need to be cautious. Incidentally , this channel also has a comparison video comparing the three most popular breakfast hotels in Hakodate. It’s been viewed over 50,000 times , so if you’re interested, please check it out after watching this video. Point 2: No public bath. As with the breakfast buffet, many people come to Hakodate for the hot springs. However, Hotel Bleus doesn’t have a public bath or hot springs . Personally, I have no complaints considering such a cheap stay , but hot spring lovers should be cautious. By the way, I recommend hotels with hot springs in Hakodate that I recommend , so please check that out too. This video has been viewed over 100,000 times. Point 3: Is it really clean because it’s a new hotel? Room introduction. I’ll explain this in two parts: “Good points” and “Points to note .” This time, I stayed in a double room, and before entering the room, I noticed the beautiful view of Goryokaku from the hotel hallway. As expected, this is the closest hotel to Goryokaku. I asked the staff on my way back and they told me that some of the twin rooms have views of Goryokaku Tower . If you’re interested, inquire about this when you make your reservation. Let’s take a look inside the room. It’s so clean, it’s hard to believe it’s Hakodate’s cheapest hotel. The desk is spacious and convenient. Of course , all the necessary amenities, including a TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, are included . If you were worried the room might not have air conditioning because of the low price, don’t worry! It’s equipped with a new , clean Mitsubishi air conditioner. Be careful, though, as some hotels don’t have air conditioning. Hakodate is hot in the summer and cold in the winter, but with Blues, you’ll have no worries . Older hotels often don’t have outlets by the pillow, making charging your smartphone a challenge, but they’ve got all the essentials, so that’s great! Don’t forget to check out the bathroom. It’s clean. While amenities are provided from the lobby, shampoo and body soap are provided in the room. The HAJIMARI series is a plant-based, hypoallergenic, and gentle shampoo, which may be a concern for some people. (Rooms) It is said that this hotel opened in 2021, but upon closer inspection, it appears that it is not a new building, but rather a rebranded version of an existing accommodation facility called “Rich Hotel.” Perhaps because of this, some It seems to have remained the same as it was in the past, and although I expected it to be a new hotel , there were some parts that felt a little old. Well, for this price, I have no complaints, but if you imagine it as a state-of-the-art hotel, there may be some parts that are a little questionable. I’m also planning to make a comparison video limited to newly opened hotels , so if you want to see it, subscribe to my channel now. Part 4. Delicious gourmet food near the hotel. Another big benefit of staying at this hotel is that there are delicious restaurants within walking distance. Here , we will introduce three of Hakodate’s classic gourmet dishes. And we will also reveal some hidden dishes that are often forgotten even among the classic gourmet dishes.1 . Lucky Pierrot Goryokaku Branch.Hakodate ‘s famous local hamburger shop. When you come to Hakodate, there is no way you can avoid Lucky Pierrot. It is truly a classic gourmet restaurant that has all three of the following: delicious, cheap, and fast. And what’s more , it uses ingredients from the Hakodate area as much as possible. If you go to XXX, a famous tourist spot, the prices will be so high that you will go bankrupt. It ‘s fine if you have money to spare, but that’s rare.In that respect, Lucky Pierrot is cheap but has great portions. And here is some great information for those who have read this far.Did you know?In fact, there are 17 Lucky Pierrot stores in the Hakodate area, but the food menu is not the same. The hamburgers are the same, right? That ‘s right! Of course, there are hamburgers on the common menu, but there are also beer, ramen, yakisoba, and other items that are only available at this store. These are also super delicious, so be sure to try them when you go to a limited-time store. Have you been to Lucky Pierrot before, but didn’t know about this?! This channel will also post information that you would be missing out on, so if you don’t want to be the one to say, ” I wish I had known about this before I went,” then subscribe to the channel now so you don’t miss any videos . So, this Lucky Pierrot Goryokaku store has a rare menu item, teppan meat spaghetti. Let ‘s try it right away ! This is a mythical dish that is only available in three stores, including the Goryokaku store. This is the menu. This time I ordered teppan tonkatsu spaghetti. The exquisitely seasoned meat sauce and powdered cheese smell wonderful. As you can see, the cutlet is big and very satisfying. Of course, the hamburger is also delicious, but since this is a video about a hotel, I will introduce Lucky Pierrot in another video. Ajisai Honten is the epitome of Hakodate Shio Ramen . The clear soup is typical of Hakodate ramen. It is a popular ramen that is light yet has depth. Established 90 years ago, this is a long-established restaurant loved by the people of Hakodate. Hasegawa Store Goryokaku Branch This is also a very popular restaurant in Hakodate! The restaurant is famous for its open kitchen, where you can watch your yakitori bento being cooked. It’s a masterpiece of grilled meat on rice covered in seaweed, and it’s said that if you visit Hakodate, you can’t leave without trying it. Not only is it cheap and delicious, but it ‘s also open until midnight , which is a great way to enjoy it even after a late sightseeing trip or a late return to the hotel after a business trip . I also got some takeout to eat at my hotel that day, and highly recommend it. A word of caution: Ajisai Honten, mentioned earlier, serves Hakodate’s classic shio ramen, but they also have locations in Sapporo, New Chitose Airport, and Okinawa. If you’re looking for gourmet food that’s only available in the Hakodate area, you might also want to try Lucky Pierrot or the Hasegawa Store. Here’s a summary of Hotel Bruss’s good points : First of all, the accommodations are cheap! It’s close to Goryokaku, within walking distance of Hakodate’s classic gourmet restaurants, and it has a new and clean coin laundry. The parking lot is spacious, easy to access, and flexible! Some people may need to be a little careful. Although it is scheduled to open in 2021, it is not a completely renovated hotel and some parts may feel a little old. Also, there is no large public bath. The breakfast is an excellent one-plate meal of Hokkaido produce, but even though it is not a buffet , this is only a little extravagant, so most people will not need to worry. This is a great hotel that is cheap and has good value for money. Number 5. How to Climb Goryokaku Tower on a Cheap: Sorry to keep you waiting ! We’ll tell you how to climb Goryokaku Tower on a budget . The answer is 7-Eleven!? That’s right. It ‘s not just 7-Eleven, but if you buy your Goryokaku Tower ticket at a convenience store , you can climb for 1,080 yen per adult, instead of the usual 1,200 yen. Junior high, high school, and elementary school students also get a 10% discount . What’s more, you don’t need to specify a date for climbing the tower; tickets are valid for one month from the date of purchase, which is a nice bonus. It’s a good idea to stop by a convenience store once you arrive in Hakodate. Also, the ticket booth at Goryokaku Tower can get crowded, which can lead to lost time, so buying your ticket at a convenience store in advance is another benefit. Time is money, after all. Again, we’ll continue to share these kinds of great deals, so if you don’t want to miss out, subscribe to our channel now. Part 6. Photo spot we don’t really want to tell you about. Now, it’s time for the final sprint! Please stick with me until the end! I’ll also share some points about Goryokaku that you won’t regret. Of course, you can enjoy the beautiful view from the top of Goryokaku Tower, but since you’ve come all the way up here, I recommend buying some souvenirs exclusive to Goryokaku Tower, not ones you can buy anywhere. And, as most people realize after climbing Goryokaku Tower , when they try to take a commemorative photo, their face gets completely dark due to the backlight. A handy tool for times like this is your camera flash. With it, this photo will look like this. If this video gets over 100 likes, I’ll provide a detailed explanation and tips on how to take dark photos even without a flash, even on your smartphone . If you ‘re interested , please click the like button right now! And there’s also everyone’s favorite reflection. I’ll also share some spots where you can take upside-down photos of Goryokaku . This spot is located within a 10-minute walk from Goryokaku Tower and Hotel Bleus. It’s near Hakodate City Central Library. From here, you can see this beautiful upside-down tower, not an upside-down Mt. Fuji. On this day, there were fallen leaves so it wasn’t very pretty, but you can still see that it’s a beautiful view. One thing to note is that the lights at Goryokaku are turned off at 10pm, so if you want to see this view, head there before 10pm. After enjoying the view until 10pm, you can have a yakitori bento from the Hasegawa Store I mentioned earlier. It’s open until midnight. You can rate it high or low. If you like it, please tell me what you think of this video. Oops, I forgot to introduce myself . I’m Miho from Pochi Travel. I introduce not only Hakodate, but also Hokkaido’s classic tourist spots, cheap gourmet food, and hidden gems, so please check out my other videos . Coming soon!
