【日本🇯🇵】用運動相機帶你闖進宮崎駿世界+招財貓王國!|吉卜力展×古民宅咖啡×七夕祭|開箱Insta360 Ace Pro 2|名古屋常滑一日遊
In this episode of the Nagoya trip I’ll continue the Tokoname itinerary from the previous episode Taking everyone to try breakfast at a popular local café And Tokoname’s specialty milk Definitely worth trying Later we’ll visit an amazing Ghibli exhibition Using my brand new Insta360 Ace Pro 2 To take you into the world of Spirited Away Capturing every classic scene Finally, we’ll go to downtown Nagoya To a stylish café in Shikemichi Then explore the local shopping street’s Tanabata Festival With colorful wish papers and special lanterns The atmosphere is really wonderful Want to know how I use an action camera To capture the dreamy feel of the Ghibli world? Remember to watch until the end Hello everyone, I’ve arrived in Nagoya I’ll be staying in Nagoya for five days this time Previously I asked on IG if there were Any Japanese regions you’d especially like to see me film I’ve already visited the top two places Only Hokkaido is left Hopefully I’ll have a chance to visit it later this year or early next year This is the Insta360 Ace Pro 2 This time I’ll challenge myself In Japan’s bright sunlight And in different nighttime scenes Using it to film my vlog To see how it performs Of course I’ll have other B-roll footage But for the main shots Of me talking or my POV I’ll challenge myself to use it for the entire filming If you want to know how it performs What features it has, what’s been upgraded And my review of it You’ll have to keep watching For today’s morning itinerary We’ll continue staying in Tokoname for a while And return to downtown Nagoya later If you haven’t seen the previous Tokoname itinerary Please watch the previous video first We’re now going to see the lucky cats Actually, Tokoname is full of lucky cats everywhere But I want to see the most famous and largest cat head We’re now going to see this big lucky cat head After walking for about six minutes From my hotel to this pottery path There should be many handmade pottery studios nearby I’ll go see the big lucky cat first Then have breakfast nearby Coming to these small alleys with many twists and turns But actually every intersection has many signs Like now I want to go to the big lucky cat head There are signs everywhere showing me the way I don’t even need to use Google Maps Finally arrived at this bridge It’s so sunny today In 34-degree heat I finally see the head Below is this main road We’re viewing it from the bridge above A very large cat head But it’s only half Only the front half is three-dimensional The back is flat I’m now going to this café called nuu It’s in this small alley Need to walk through a very hidden small stone path Behind the residential houses I’m now in Tokoname City near Nagoya There’s a very distinctive café I think it has a very forest-like style I really like these cafés converted from old Japanese houses It has two floors I’m currently on the second floor Downstairs is very vintage style With many Japanese countryside Vintage decorations and furniture All these tables and chairs are in a mixed style But with a very vintage feel I really like this type of café Originally I planned to have breakfast here But after arriving and seeing the menu They don’t have many breakfast options I was imagining they might have pancakes or something similar But they don’t At 11 o’clock they directly start lunch service Offering some set meals Seems like they have several pasta dishes Since I arrived at 10 o’clock, it’s too early I had to order a cheesecake This is the baked cheesecake I ordered The rest of the menu has cakes Some toast But only three or four options Not many choices More options for coffee But I always end up ordering milk coffee This time I also ordered a café au lait Actually I often don’t understand Sometimes in Japanese shops They don’t have iced latte Only something called café au lait What’s the difference actually? Can any viewers explain to me? When I poke this cheesecake It’s called a baked cheesecake I was wondering if it would be like That shop called Bake With a slightly flowing cheese center Maybe I was overthinking I thought it would have that texture But when I poke it, it’s very firm A solid texture I think the firmness level Is a bit like New York cheesecake But its surface is baked The cheese flavor is quite rich Not bad, not bad But I think having this for breakfast Feels a bit strange I’m a bit strange personally If it were afternoon tea Coming here for a slice of cake as afternoon tea I think that would be nice Although this place is suitable for Having a slice of cake as afternoon tea But they close very early Maybe the entire Tokoname City closes this early I see all shops close very early This place is especially early They close at 4 PM They’re already closed by then If you really plan to Come for cake in the afternoon You can’t come too late Maybe around 2 or 3 PM You need to arrive by then Otherwise at 4 PM They really will close When I first ordered this dessert I was overthinking again Imagining it would be something like A mille-feuille cheesecake or something It’s not It’s like a cheese cup When I saw it And thought it was just a regular cheese cup I didn’t expect It would be similar to pudding I thought it would be mousse-like Its peach is very sweet Really sweet Incredibly sweet Eating it with the cheese Gives a very refreshing feeling I think this is excellent Let me have another bite The cheese is very creamy If you like cheese This is great Outside the café there’s a small garden With some outdoor seating available But it’s too hot today so no one is sitting outside There’s also some firewood stacked nearby When the weather gets colder They probably light a fire in the outdoor fireplace Then you can sit in the outdoor seating area Next to the café there’s also a small shop It’s a bit like a handcraft studio inside Selling some handmade accessories Many are miniature food jewelry made of resin Usually just by looking at the building facade You wouldn’t know it’s a café You’d think it’s a regular residence Sometimes there’s a small wooden sign in front of the building Indicating it’s a café Or that they sell groceries When you see it You need to go in and take a look To find out if it’s a shop Like the nuu café we just visited It’s like that There’s another shop next door But I didn’t visit it Didn’t go in to check it out Now I’m heading to another attraction There are many sloped paths here Everyone should wear clothes that are easy to walk in And comfortable shoes This vantage point is quite nice You can see the view of the entire small village Now I’m going to find another photo spot The photos I saw online looked quite beautiful I’ve now arrived at this very Instagram-worthy place It’s called Tokoname Milk Behind me you can see a small stall It’s a retro nostalgic Showa-era milk stand It’s not open today But across from it there’s another shop Called Fusha It’s a bakery They should be collaborating When this stall isn’t open Fusha across the street sells their milk You can see these retro packaged milk bottles here Perfect for taking photos I highly recommend it You can buy milk from the bakery across the street They only have two flavors One is the most basic Tokoname Milk The other is coffee milk The two flavors people often drink after hot springs The weather is very hot today Actually I want something refreshing to drink But there’s no choice Coming here I must try Their Tokoname Milk Now opening it to try I’ve never had this kind of Retro nostalgic packaged milk before Very nostalgic This cap is made of paper The milk is bubbling out Rich milk flavor Smooth Even though I just had coffee I can still drink coffee milk So sweet Is coffee milk supposed to be this sweet? I don’t know Because after hot springs I always drink plain milk I’ve never had coffee milk before Is it supposed to be this sweet with added sugar? I’m shocked I recommend the original milk flavor You can’t go wrong with milk Absolutely can’t go wrong This area feels very relaxed Even the cats aren’t afraid of people Now we’ve come to this area With many pottery classrooms Or some pottery workshops On the surrounding roads You can already see many kilns After completing pottery It needs to be fired Those kilns are placed outside You can see many red brick kilns They’re quite distinctive This place looks like something from a Studio Ghibli animation It’s all like this Built with pottery pieces Just got back to the car For this trip to Nagoya We’re actually doing a self-drive tour But the pottery path we just visited Isn’t very suitable for driving You need to walk uphill And there are many narrow sloped paths to walk I don’t think it’s very suitable to drive there I parked the car at the hotel’s parking lot Now we’re driving away Recently our Causeway Bay store has some new items Giving you a small preview Besides figurines There are also some hanging ornaments And new stationery items For lifestyle goods There are new fabric bags and women’s clothing Our brand has also reproduced Some previously out-of-stock styles Such as small pouches and tote bags They’re back in stock now I know everyone is used to shopping online And rarely goes shopping in person Actually you can check out my online store All online products are synchronized with the physical store But some discounts are in-store only I’m preparing to leave the hotel for Ghibli Park Actually I didn’t plan to go to Ghibli Park originally Last night I was wondering where to go today Coincidentally I saw there was a Toshio Suzuki exhibition So I immediately went to Lawson to buy tickets I’m now going to Ghibli Park to see the Toshio Suzuki exhibition I’ve seen photos and it looks quite interesting There will be some scenes from Spirited Away Especially since Ghibli Park is in Aichi Prefecture They’ve created some new settings For photo opportunities Other exhibitions don’t have this bathhouse setting I’m specifically going to Ghibli Park Just to see this exhibition When I set out, I was already a bit hungry But I looked for several restaurants on the way They were either closed for the day or closed early In the end I gave up And decided to figure it out when I got to Ghibli Park Quickly eat some curry rice I just finished viewing the Toshio Suzuki exhibition Toshio Suzuki is one of the three founders of Studio Ghibli The whole exhibition introduces his rise to success What manga inspired him as a child And later how he did a lot of creative work for Ghibli About half of the exhibition Covers his creative inspirations And some hand-drawn manuscripts That section doesn’t allow photography There are also some recreated scenes from Spirited Away Or No-Face for visitors to see And a library and such The other half allows photography And has some interactive elements It’s quite interesting There’s a section with Yubaba Where you can draw lots for love fortune Or for your overall fortune After drawing a card, it’s like praying at a shrine The card has a number on it You can take a fortune slip To see if you have good or bad luck It’s quite fun Those interactive sections allow photography This one I drew for someone else This one is mine On the back of Yubaba is Zeniba Yubaba is for love fortunes Zeniba is for overall fortune Because this time it’s being held in Aichi Prefecture They specially came to this Ghibli Park To hold the Toshio Suzuki exhibition Originally it was touring around Japan Now it’s returned to Aichi Prefecture So they specially created a bathhouse scene The bathhouse from Spirited Away Also the restaurant where her parents turned into pigs All those restaurants have been recreated Those are available for photos It’s quite interesting I think the most special part is seeing the bathhouse section They recreated the day-to-night transition It has daytime lighting That gradually changes to night You feel like you’re seeing the entire world of Spirited Away During the day it’s a normal place At night it transforms with many spirits appearing The restaurant has pig sounds Like if you sit inside You’ll turn into pigs like Chihiro’s parents The whole process is quite interesting For the whole exhibition, I think I arrived at 2:30 PM Now it’s 4 PM I’ve spent about an hour and a half There are some interactive sections in the middle Actually you don’t need to queue much Maybe for some photo spots Like taking photos with Totoro Or with No-Face Those might require queuing Mainly at the bathhouse You often need to wait for the day-night lighting to change To take photos Otherwise when it’s dark you can’t capture much You need to queue there for a while The exhibition runs from July 12 Until September 25 During this period at the Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park The Toshio Suzuki exhibition is being held Later it might tour other places I’ve seen it previously in Kyoto and Fukuoka Actually many places have hosted this exhibition Of course now with the bathhouse section it’s most special If you have time And happen to be in Nagoya from July to September You can come see it And visit Ghibli Park while you’re at it But I couldn’t get tickets on short notice this time Next time I might find another opportunity to return After playing the Yubaba fortune-telling game The exhibition ended Outside the exhibition there’s of course a souvenir shop Many souvenirs this time feature Spirited Away Some are regular Ghibli merchandise And some are exclusive to this exhibition After leaving the exhibition I went to eat something Because the curry rice I had earlier was very small I wasn’t very full But for brevity’s sake I’ll put that footage in the members’ channel If you want to see some Extra footage beyond the main video You can join my members’ channel Actually walking two or three blocks from our hotel Going a bit further You suddenly feel like you’ve entered another time This place is called Shikemichi It preserves many old Japanese houses A small district of historic buildings There are some cafés and small shops here I plan to have breakfast here first Somehow walking down this street Feels a bit like walking through a small street in an old Japanese castle As if there’s a castle behind Walking along the castle walls Today I plan to eat at this place called SaRa We’ve now arrived at this place A small café in Shikemichi I saw on Google reviews that During breakfast hours There’s often a line I was a bit worried before arriving But when I got here today The whole street was empty No one was queuing The café wasn’t very busy either I’m sitting at the back of the café But I think the lady owner is a bit stern Because she doesn’t smile much When we first walked in She told me We don’t have food, only drinks I said okay Ordering drinks here Comes with complimentary desserts A set for 600 yen About 30 HKD Includes a cup of coffee Cake Almond tofu And a piece of toasted bread crust Some small snacks Is this almond tofu? It should be It has a slight almond flavor I thought it was milk pudding But it’s actually almond tofu This should be toasted bread crust Toasted bread crust And there’s also what should be A regular small cake This is quite soft I originally planned to eat something for breakfast This is okay for me I originally wanted to eat toast If you come in the morning Ordering the same 600 yen coffee Would come with toast With different toppings Like jam or egg For breakfast But no choice She told me there’s nothing to eat So I tried this dessert set It’s now around 11:30 AM I think the whole afternoon they only serve this dessert set There don’t seem to be many attractions nearby Coming here is mainly to see the buildings Or find a café Find a restaurant to eat something It’s the same story Shops in Nagoya are often closed When I came today Not every shop was open You might need to select a specific shop Confirm its opening hours Before coming here The street is quite distinctive But there aren’t too many shops Actually walking further from Shikemichi You reach Endoji Shopping Street Immediately transitioning from a historic street Back to modern society We’ve now arrived here At Endoji Shopping Street I’m visiting on July 30 Starting from today Until August 3, there’s a Tanabata Festival You can see behind me Lanterns are hanging everywhere You can see colorful ones above Besides the small colorful lanterns above Every shop on this shopping street participates Making some larger lanterns Like this one behind me A large sumo wrestler lantern This is the special feature of the Tanabata Festival You can see on both sides of the small streets Many stalls are preparing Later they’ll be like regular summer festivals With some food stalls Some small games But coming today It might be too early They’re still preparing I didn’t capture their lively atmosphere Some shops made very distinctive lanterns I don’t know if they match Each shop’s characteristics To decide the shape of their large lanterns I see some made into rice balls Sumo wrestlers Lucky cats Some are pandas Owls and such Some are more traditional Japanese style But there are also some small animals It’s quite interesting This is the post office lantern Made into a small mailbox Maybe because this is Nagoya Their lanterns specially Use Ghibli characters in the design Like Kiki’s Delivery Service and Totoro Actually the Ace Pro 2 has many accessories That can be used together The newly launched street photography kit Has a metal cage When using it as a handle Filming becomes more stable An action camera can be transformed into A street photography camera Plus it has a cold shoe shutter button The pressing feel is like a traditional camera Taking photos with the built-in Leica color filter Without needing much photography skill You can take high-quality photos The Ace Pro 2 with this metal cage Adds an extra grip position For taking photos and videos Being able to press this shutter is really convenient Its response is quite sensitive It really starts when pressed and stops when pressed again Usually I find it hard to press that button Now with this it’s much more convenient I’ve been using this Insta360 Ace Pro 2 for filming most of today I’ve also used the Insta360 Go 3 before I already quite liked its audio recording performance Compared to similar action cameras It’s better at capturing human voices But at that time the Insta360 Go 3 Could only record in 2.7K And I usually record in 4K 30fps So in terms of resolution It didn’t fully meet my daily filming needs Now the Ace Pro 2 Can record up to 8K 30fps If I record in 8K Compared to my usual 4K recording Recording in 8K allows for more cropping options Making post-production more convenient If I record in 4K directly It can record up to 120fps I can add slow motion in post-production Creating different effects It really satisfies Most of my daily vlogging needs Now I’ve arrived at Nagoya TV Tower That’s it behind me Many people come here to take night photos For night photography, it’s best to use The Ace Pro 2’s Pure Video mode When filming at night Normal mode has more noise Maybe due to insufficient light sensitivity But Pure Video can enhance details So there won’t be as much noise I’m almost at the base of the tower now But this time the Ace Pro 2 has improved Its ultra-wide angle to 157 degrees Even when I get very close I can still capture the entire tower Now let me demonstrate What effect its ultra-wide angle produces Modes include Ultra Mega Action You can use different modes For different situations I’ve used the Ace Pro 2 for a few days One feature I like is When I flip the screen for selfies There’s a small screen next to the lens The screen shows my current recording resolution Frame rate or remaining battery When filming I can confirm I’m recording Won’t realize halfway through That I had the wrong settings all along The next episode will be The food special everyone is interested in Whether it’s Hida beef Local izakaya or oyster specialty restaurants I’ll show you everything at once If you’ve watched this far Please like and comment to let me know Besides subscribing to my channel Also follow my IG @tiny.breeze Many contents beyond the videos Are posted on Instagram See you in the next episode
