so I moved here. Wrapping xiaolongbao at high speed. I’ve been working since I was 15. in the restaurant industry. I’ve been working in the restaurant industry for a long time. When I was 22 or 23, I wanted to study abroad. I thought I’d go work for a real estate agency. I had no idea about the world because I’d been working in a kitchen. I asked a friend of mine to work for me at a real estate agency, and I got a job there. Before I knew it, I started my own company. I opened a real estate company. That was when I was 27. I started my own company at 27, and I opened this store when I was 41. I’m 56 now. I had a child when I was exactly 40. It was around the same time this place opened. Spicy Savory Cold Noodles ¥500 I ordered freshly made xiaolongbao. I bit into a piping hot xiaolongbao. The fragrant soup oozing out from inside. It’s delicious when dipped in black vinegar. The restaurant quickly filled up… They keep wrapping them even during business hours. Ordered eight pan-fried xiaolongbao and jjajamen. The xiaolongbao arrived. First, we took some photos. And then we toasted with beer! Break the skin Enjoy the soup… Delicious! So delicious! I also ordered the jjajamen. They’re still grilling it. The juices gushed out, and it was absolutely delicious. It tasted great. But it was hot. 12:00 Because of the piping hot soup, It almost feels like it’s burning me. I always bite into it after drinking the soup. The meat filling and the crispy grilled bottom. The soft skin is a perfect match.
These xiaolongbao are incredibly delicious. My favorite. It’s also very close to the station. I really like jjajamen.

    南森町に出来たのも知ってましたが中々行けずでしたね
    斬新な感じに思え熱いお汁が最高で、お持ち帰りで注文で家族で食べてましたね、懐かしいです
    機会あればまた食べたいですね。

    てっきり南森町が一号店やと思ってたから、玉造なくなって食べる機会減って、残念やった。けど今鶴橋にもあるみたいやね!

  6. 南森町で働いていて、よく買って職場で食べたり、家へのお土産にしたりしていました。店内で食事したことはありませんでしたが、寒い冬の夕方持ち帰りして帰ると子供たちがすごく喜んでくれたことを覚えています。いつまでも続いてほしいお店ですね。
