ホテル山園か料理長大と申します。この 時期もう夏終わりのぐらいの時期になり ますとシャイマスカとか段に取れて 美味しいっぱりとジューシーな山梨さんの フルーツマスカット使用させてもらって ます。 今回ご用意いたしました山梨けさんの シャイマスカットゼリーは2種類予報 ゼリーと山けさんのシャイマスカと プロワインをゼリーにしたっぱりと仕上げ た食にあるデザートに仕上げております。 [音楽]

✨ 2025年9月17日（水）～30日（火）の2週間限定！！✨
山梨県とのコラボレーションにより、期間中当館にご宿泊のお客様には、山梨県産シャインマスカットを使用したゼリーをご夕食最後のデザートとしてご提供いたします🍇。

ご用意するゼリーは、2種類。1つは、シャインマスカットのブラン・マンジェ。もう1つは、巨峰と山梨白ワインのゼリーにシャインマスカットを乗せました。
※お食事会場によりどちらのゼリーが出るかは異なります😌。

さらに！当館客室の「燦里」、「貴賓室」ならびに「別墅然然」にご宿泊のお客様専用のクラブラウンジでは、シャインマスカットを使用したアミューズも2種類ご用意。

✨ For 2 weeks only from the 17th to the 30th of September✨
As a collaboration with Yamanashi Prefecture, guests staying at our hotel during this period will be served jelly made from Shine Muscat grapes growing Yamanashi Prefecture as a dessert with dinner🍇.

We will serve two kinds of jelly. One is a blancmange of Shine Muscat. The other one is a Kyoho grape and Yamanashi white wine jelly with topped with Shine Muscat.
*The jelly that is served varies depending on the dining venue😌.

In addition! Two kinds of Amuse-bouche are also available in the Club Lounge, which is exclusively for guests staying in “Sanri Suite” or “Sanri Comfort” rooms. Please spend an elegant and relaxing time enjoying delicious local fruits💖.
