[Music] [Applause] This time we’re visiting Mensho Hagiwara, a restaurant in Nagaizumi Town, Sunto District, known for its extremely popular dried sardine ramen ! The restaurant is clean and tidy, with a seating area of five at the counter and three four-person tables, accommodating a maximum of 17 people. The menu includes rich, light, and light ramen, as well as tsukemen and mazesoba, which can be purchased at the ticket machine upon entering. The rich broth of the char siu and dried sardine ramen is 1,400 yen. The crisp, medium-thick noodles are topped with a rich, delicious dried sardine soup. The char siu comes in two varieties: standard and soft, cooked at low temperature. Other options include meat rice (380 yen) and the super dried sardine mazesoba (950 yen), all of which are delicious. Another popular restaurant, Ecru de Beurre, is also located in Nagaizumi-cho and is a popular spot among women. The interior is bright and stylish, with a wide selection of seasonal and whimsical cakes and tarts . Each slice is large and delicious, leaving you feeling incredibly satisfied.
