“天空の鳥居”といえば香川県の西部にある観音寺市の高屋神社が有名ですが、実は他にも山上に鳥居が建つ山があります。新さぬき百景にも指定されている三木町の嶽山（だけやま）です。
標高は204mと低いものの急な岩場のある登山道は迫力があり頂上から絶景を楽しむ事が出来ます！
特に朝日はとても美しくその時間帯には人もいないので日の出と鳥居のコラボを独占できるかもです。
※急な斜面をチェーンを掴みながらの登山になるので動きやすい靴と服装を用意してください。
When you think of “Torii in the sky,” Takaya Shrine in Kannonji City in western Kagawa Prefecture is famous, but there is actually another mountain with a torii gate on top. This is Mount Dakeyama in Miki Town, which has been designated one of the 100 most scenic spots in Shin-Sanuki.
Although it is only 204m above sea level, the steep, rocky hiking trail is impressive and you can enjoy a spectacular view from the top!
The sunrise is particularly beautiful, and since there are no people around at that time, you might even have the sunrise and torii gate all to yourself.
※Please bring comfortable shoes and clothing as you will be climbing steep slopes while holding onto chains.
