【世羅高原/ヘブリンリーブルーの丘＆ひまわりまつり, 広島】Heavenly Blue Hill & Sunflower Festival at Sera Highlands/ 世羅高原農場他
Hello, we are Life in Shikoku. Going out of Shikoku after a long time, we go to Sera Highlands in Hiroshima Prefecture to see the summer flowers. The Seto Inland Sea is also beautiful. Get off the expressway at Sera IC and head toward Sera Highlands. Arrival at Sera Town’s flower tourist farm, “Flower Village Kamu no Sato”. “Heavenly Blue” (Western morning glory) is in full bloom. A set ticket with another flower farm, Sera Kogen Farm, is also available at a special price. Heading to Marigold Hill. Marigold Hill It’s vast. The surrounding mountains are also beautiful. Heading to the Heavenly Blue area. The area of “Heavenly Blue” (Western morning glory). Beautiful blue color. Sora-iro Tunnel. Vibrant green kochia bushes over there. Go through the tunnel and head toward the green kochia. The vivid green color is beautiful. Let’s climb up the small hill of marigolds. The colorful view is beautiful. The area with yellow cosmos flowers at the far end. A refreshing yellow, “Lemon Bright”. Return to the entrance. Let’s have lunch here. It’s hot, so we ordered cold udon noodles with grated yam. Let’s enjoy! Let’s leave the Kamu no Sato. Arrive at another flower tourist farm, “Sera Kogen Farm”. See the Sunflower Festival. On the left side as we enter, the “Vincent Pomero” is in full bloom. The sunflowers shine brightly in the summer sky. The area of “Touhokuyae”. Bright yellow, luxurious double-blooming sunflowers. Let’s go to the windmill observation deck. View of the Touhokuyae area from the observation deck. Go to the flower field over there. The flowers here are still growing. There is a café where visitors can take a break. It will be very colorful in September. The area of “Sunfinity”. This sunflower produces many small flowers on a single plant. Back on the central road. View from the forest deck. The assorted potted flowers are lovely. A cute sunflower pool! The shop has a wide selection of sunflower-related souvenirs. Let’s leave the Sera Kogen Farm. We return to Shikoku via the Shimanami Kaido. We will stop by the Kareiyama Observatory on Ohshima Island. Kareiyama Observatory. From the observatory, we can enjoy beautiful views of the Seto Inland Sea and its many islands. In front of us is Noshima Island, where the Murakami pirates had their castle. しまなみ海道を渡って、広島県世羅町の花観光農園「flower village 花夢の里」へ。ヘブリンリーブルー（西洋アサガオ）が見頃。広い園内には、マリーゴールドやコキア、キバナコスモスもあり、カラフルで美しい丘を作っていました。
次に、もう一つの花観光農園「世羅高原農場」のひまわりまつりへ。”ビンセントポメロ”や、”東北八重”、”サンフィニティ”などが見頃を迎えていました。暑い夏に、元気をもらえる花を満喫しました。この風景を、一緒に楽しんで頂けたら嬉しいです。
Hello, we are Life in Shikoku.We left Shikoku for the first time in a while and went to the Sera Highlands in Hiroshima Prefecture to see the summer flowers.
Cross the Shimanami Kaido and head to the flower tourist farm “Flower Village Kamu no Sato” in Sera Town, Hiroshima Prefecture. The Heavenly Blue (Western morning glory) was in full bloom. The large garden also featured marigolds, kochia, and yellow cosmos, creating a colorful and beautiful hill.
Next, we went to another flower tourist farm, “Sera Kogen Farm”, for their sunflower festival. “Vincent Pomero”, “Touhokuyae”, and “Sunfinity” were in full bloom. We enjoyed the flowers that gave us energy in the hot summer. We would be happy if you could enjoy this scenery with us.
