Izu Inatori Tokai HotelThis time, we’re going to a lovely hot spring inn with the sea right in front of it in Izu Inatori.By car , it’s about two hours from Numazu Interchange.By train, take the Odoriko train and it’s a 15-minute walk from Izu Inatori Station.There ‘s also a shuttle bus from the station, so you don’t have to walk.Hello , this is Testoku Travel.Today , we’re going to Inatori Onsen in Higashiizu.Since I’ve accumulated a lot of Jalan points , I’ve booked a luxurious inn with a room with an open-air bath.I’m looking forward to being able to enjoy the hot springs while looking at the sea.As I was driving along the coast from Inatori Station, I saw it on the left.This is today’s inn.There is a parking space right in front of the inn, so I was able to park without any problems.Let ‘s check in right away.The entrance is bright and spacious.It was renovated and reopened last year, so it’s very beautiful.There are only two counters, but it wasn’t crowded, so check-in was smooth.Before going to your room, let’s bring your yukata here.They’re colorful and cute. Yukata are available for rental for 500 yen. Free yukatas are here . There are a wide variety of them, and it’s nice that you can also choose a samue . Once you’re ready, head straight to your room. Room 306, Namioto, is on the third floor . Get off the elevator and you’ll see this room right in front of you . Let’s go! Open the door. As soon as you enter, you’ll see two doors. Let ‘s open this door first . It’s the toilet. It’s made of wood and is very stylish and modern. The lights turn on automatically , and of course it has a washlet. There’s also a hand washing area inside the toilet , and there’s towel paper in there. Now, beyond this door is the room! It’s very stylishly made. The tatami mats are square. This is the closet. It’s quite large and tall. There are lots of hangers, and a stylish fabric mist. I’m sure it smells nice. Wow !!! わい English: There’s even a coffee machine in the room ! Amazing ! The kettle here is a DeLonghee one . It’s very stylish, and just being here is enough to get you excited. Here, there are four of them inside. This coffee is so delicious, I can’t wait to drink it. Next to it is the free mineral water. It says it’s natural spring water . There is one bottle of water for each person, which looks like it’s very good for your health. Below is a compact fridge. It ‘s empty inside , so this is perfect. Below this is a tea set. Wow, it’s so beautiful . With four cups and coffee cups, it feels like you can spend an elegant day. There are four shiny cups as well. There’s even a bottle opener, so you can open and drink any beer you bring with you . Here is a green tea set. There are also four very beautiful and cute tea cups. The taste is great. The green tea is in packs. Inside this is a safe. It’s a combination safe . The security measures are perfect . The TV is incredibly large. I think this one is on the large side. With all this, you can watch TV clearly wherever you are. Here Inside is a towel. There is also a hot spring towel and a hot spring bag in different colors. There are four bath towels, which means the problem of the bath towel getting soaked is solved. It also comes with tabi socks, which are nice . The obi is also very shiny and a very beautiful obi . It has cushions and looks like it would be very relaxing. It’s firm and looks like it would be very comfortable to sit on. And further ahead is the in-room bath. This time , the scenery was amazing . I could hear the sound of the waves, and it was a really relaxing space. This is a hot spring, so the temperature is perfect. It feels like you could just go in right away . The hot spring water is so soft. It’s really great to be able to take a hot spring bath in your room while looking out at the ocean . And just beyond this is the sink. It’s compact, but so sparkling clean. There’s also a large mirror, so it doesn’t seem like you’ll have any problems . Hand wash , cleansing, lotion , milk, and facial cleanser are all POLA products , which is another nice feature. There are also a lot of amenities , such as a toothbrush, hair tie, cotton, a razor, a shower cap, a hairbrush , and a body towel. The hairdryer is a Panasonic Nanocare, and it looks like it will dry your hair quickly. The shower room is also simply designed. There is one faucet and shower, shampoo, conditioner , body soap, and POLA products. You can also go to the hot springs from here. You can go in as many times as you want. Since we have a private bath this time, let’s drink while soaking in the hot spring water.It ‘s so amazing that it seems to melt away all the stress from the day to day.After enjoying the private bath, let ‘s head off to explore the hotel.First , we went back to the second floor where the lounge is.There are many stylish cabin-like interiors, and it feels like we are on a ship.Here , you can use the hot stone bath chair to warm your body and the hot stone bath for your feet for free, so your body got warm and it felt great.The terrace is actually like the deck of a ship.Just looking at it makes you feel excited.With the sea right in front of you, you really feel like you are on a ship.The telescope was real, and it was fun to use it to look at the ships in the distance.There was also a big turtle under the ship , which was very popular with children.In addition , in this lounge, you can drink free drinks as much as you want! They also have coffee , popcorn, and snacks. The summer orange juice and guri tea are also cold and delicious. And you can even drink as much Mugi to Hop as you like. It’s nice to relax in the lounge like this . Next to the lounge , there is a stylish souvenir corner. Let’s take a look. There are local snacks that are perfect for souvenirs , as well as delicious dried fish and Izu Inatori T-shirts. There are also hot spring lotions and stylish fragrances, so I wanted to do a lot of shopping . Going up one floor, the third floor is a place to rest after a bath . Here you can drink Izu-exclusive milk, and there are vending machines, although they are a little pricey . Next to it is a beer vending machine, and all the small ones are 380 yen. Since you can drink alcohol in the lounge , you may not need to use it much . There is also a free ice maker. There is also a beauty salon, so it might be a good idea to relax here and relieve your daily fatigue . At the back is the large bath, Yuyuyu. There are two hot springs, which are alternated between men and women, so you can enjoy both. In front of the large bath, they offer free ice cream. It’s so nice to be able to eat ice cream for free after a bath. One floor up, on the fourth floor, there seems to be a table tennis court and a club. Table tennis is free, and you can make a reservation at the front desk. At the back, there seems to be Club Marco Polo and Karaoke Room Dolphin inside it . It was just lunchtime, so it was closed . One floor up, on the fifth floor, there is a coin-operated laundry. It has washing machines and dryers, so it’s safe for long-term stays. Next door is another large bath, Yoyoyu. Now that we’ve looked around, let’s go for a bath . There are two hot springs . At Yoyoyu on the fifth floor, You can see the ocean from both the indoor and outdoor baths. The hot spring is a salt hot spring, which warmed my body to the core and felt great. My favorite was the outdoor infinity bath, which made me feel like I was melting into the sea and sky. It was great to bathe in the hot spring while feeling the scent of the sea. The coral sauna was hot and had a great detox effect. The cold bath was also lukewarm, which felt great. I was able to sweat a lot and feel refreshed . At Yuyuyu on the third floor , there are a wide variety of baths to choose from, and you can enjoy bathing in different baths, such as a cave bath in the dark and a herbal bath where you can enjoy a view of the sea . It was fun to try out different types of baths , such as a reclining bath and a lying-down bath. This sauna is a low-temperature sauna , so you can sweat while looking at the sea . Of course , there is also a cold bath, so you can enjoy it without getting too hot. Of course, there are plenty of amenities . In addition to makeup remover and face wash , there are also packs that can be washed off, so I was happy that my skin was moisturized. It is also nice that all lotions and other items are available from POLA, so you can go there empty-handed. After the hot spring , a blissful drink in the lounge is irresistible. After drinking, I spent some time on the swings outside, cooling down my body that was heated up in the hot spring. After taking a lot of baths, I was hungry, so let’s head to dinner . We had dinner here on the second floor. First , you choose two types of fish you would like to eat when you enter. We chose red-eyed amberjack and flounder. The seats are here, a nice private room type. The meal is here. It’s so colorful and beautiful! It looks elegant and everything looks delicious. Here are the appetizers: shrimp and bamboo shoot sprouts , deep- fried mejikali, sea bream with kombu , grilled mackerel with saikyo miso and tosa vinegar. The colors are also beautiful . The red-eyed amberjack escabeche is an artistic masterpiece. The sashimi has also arrived . In addition to the red-eyed amberjack and flounder we ordered earlier , there is also tuna, turban shell, and cherry shrimp, all of which are shiny and look delicious. Now, let ‘s start with a toast with the New Summer Vinegar aperitif . The aroma of New Summer Orange refreshes the mouth . The alcohol has arrived. It was my first time eating kinmedai escabeche , and I didn’t expect marinated kinmedai to be so delicious. Now, Let’s have some sashimi . It’s amazing. The golden-eyed snapper is very plump. Let’s eat. I thought golden-eyed snapper was very protein , but it’s a fish that has a sweetness that comes after a while . Next we’ll have some turban shells. As for the taste, yes, it’s very crunchy and so crunchy that it almost makes your jaw fall off. It’s so delicious. The sashimi was fresh, of course, and the umami and sweetness of the fish were concentrated, and everything was great. Next came a beautifully colored cream stew of spiny lobster and a soy milk shabu- shabu of Shizuoka brand Fujinokuni pork. The soy milk shabu-shabu is supposed to be served with ponzu sauce and wasabi soy sauce. Let’s start shabu-shabu right away . This boiled golden-eyed snapper was also good . The soup had clams in it . It had a nice aroma. Ah, it smells good. It’s so good! Really, the clam soup has a powerful effect! Finally, here is dessert. Pudding, cheesecake, strawberry , etc. , all look delicious. The milk pudding was smooth and the cheesecake was moist. Both were delicious , and then we finished off. Thank you for the meal . The food, carefully made with fresh ingredients , was very tasty. When we got back, the futon had been laid out for us. There was only one thin futon , but for this season, it’s just right. It seems that the pillow is the type that you can adjust the height yourself , and the higher one is the lower one, which is a new type. This one is a crunchy type, and this one is a fluffy type, and you can choose that too. It ‘s amazing. The three-item platter includes sea urchin , shiitake mushrooms , grated sakura shrimp, and green laver tsukudani. In the basket, there was grilled kamaboko , grated yam soup, hijiki seaweed, and homemade tofu. The healthy salad is also colorful. The grilled fish is a dried horse mackerel caught in the waters off Izu, and it has a nice aroma. This one contains bacon, which is eaten as bacon eggs. I can’t wait to see it cooked . After waking up my body with grapefruit vinegar , let’s keep eating. Of course, everything is delicious, and it’s all something that goes well with rice . I’m sure I’ll eat a lot in the morning. It’s nice to be able to eat local foods like sakura shrimp and kamaboko. The salad and dressing are also delicious, It seems to reset yesterday’s overeating. They even brought me some tuna tataki for breakfast . It’s so nice to be able to eat sashimi in the morning . And the bacon and eggs are finished. Tesuto-ku plans to put it on rice and eat it as a bacon and egg bowl. The yolk was rich and creamy, and very delicious. Tesuto-ku started to put grated yam on the rice . After putting the tuna tataki on top, the green onion and grated yam bowl is also complete. Tesuto-ku ‘s appetite is unstoppable. The fish seems to have been grilled as well. The flesh was firm and the saltiness was perfect . It was the best horse mackerel. Next came fried tofu and minced taro with a thick sauce. The dashi was also effective, and the gentle flavor was comforting . The miso soup had a large crab in it. The dashi was well-brewed, and it was a dish that warmed the body. Finally, we finished off with some summer mandarin jelly, a specialty of Izu . Thank you for the meal. There were many side dishes that went well with rice in the morning, so we ate too much.
