Thank you for watching, everyone ! I’m Makobe, a heavy drinker. Today, I’m staying at the popular Hotel AZ. This time, I’m staying at the AZ closest to Oita Airport. Their all-you-can-drink plan is also quite generous. Please watch until the end. I came to this AZ after work. It takes about 40 minutes to get to Oita Airport from Beppu IC via the expressway. Let’s head to the front desk. At AZ, there’s a 100-yen shop right when you enter the hotel. Let’s check in. After checking in, I headed to the third floor , where I’ll be staying tonight. The hallway atmosphere is the same at all AZ hotels. My room is room 303. The lock is an autolock. You turn the key to open it. So, open the door, insert the key into the wall, and turn on the light. I’m in my room! Today, I came to the Oita Airport branch of Hotel AZ after work. There’s something new about this room, something different from the usual AZ . So, I’d like to introduce it to you. Let’s roll the camera! I’m standing at the door as usual. Turn around! This is it. Today, I’m staying in a twin room, which is unusual. There are two single beds. Of course, I’m staying with the other person. Let’s take a look at the bedside. There are actually two lights like this. There are two outlets here, and two on the other side of the bed. And, although it’s simple, there’s an alarm clock there. The wood-grain finish on this bed is also new, and the wallpaper is very white. So, it seems like the room was rebuilt or remodeled recently. Now, let’s check out the pillow. What’s it like? Yes . It’s soft. And on the other side, AZ’s pillow is a bit firmer, with a few beads in it. Now, I turned over the futon, and the mattress is, well, about half the thickness of my palm. I was wondering how bouncy it was, and it is. Since AZ is a business hotel, the beds are neither too hard nor too soft. And this bedspread is also familiar. It’s the same color no matter which AZ I stay at. And recently, I’ve been finding this linen-style loungewear incredibly comfortable. It’s so comfortable, I’d like everyone to sleep in it. There’s a similar bed on the other side, with a small picture hanging on the wall and an air conditioner above. Turning around from the bed, you’ll see a mirror serving as a dresser. I was just attending an online seminar, and this is about the size of my iPad. There are notes and tissues, so it feels like a good place to work. There are also two chairs. It’s a little long, so I think you could work side by side. And there’s a TV on the desk. I think you can watch both terrestrial and satellite channels (though I’m not sure if you can). And to the side, there’s a tea set. Oh, there’s a clock, too. There are also teacups, glasses, and a pack of brown rice tea. There’s also an electric kettle and a hair dryer. There are two electrical outlets in front of them. And can you take a look at the wall over here? This wood-grain wall is also new. It ‘s very stylish, and has a calming atmosphere. And the refrigerator is new, too. When you open it, there’s nothing inside. This is what it looks like overall. I usually book two single rooms, but today I chose a twin room. So, I think you can see what a twin room is like. Now, let’s take a look outside the window. Oh, it’s right there. If you go to the left, I think you’ll see that red light shining in the distance. This is the hotel right in front of Oita Airport. I’m planning to take a hovercraft ride tomorrow, so I’m staying here for the night. Let’s go to the bathroom. There’s the door I showed you earlier, and to the right of it is the closet. There are four hangers. There’s also an etiquette brush and two slippers. Shoes are there too. Now, if you open this door, you’ll find the bathroom. The toilet has a washlet (a heated toilet seat). And here are the amenities. Toothbrushes and razors are provided. There’s also a cup, and a large mirror in front of you. A bath towel is on top, and hand towels are on the other side. Let’s take a look at the bathtub. It’s spacious. It feels completely different from usual. It’s incredibly spacious. And the shower head seems to be the same as usual. The conditioner shampoo and body soap are also the same. But look at this. It’s the first time I’ve seen a sink oval like this. So, I guess it’s been renovated after all. I’ve been to AZ near Oita Airport for a while, but I ‘m surprised at how clean it is today, the first time I’ve stayed there . Yes. Wow, wow. There’s a coin laundry over here. By the way, the washing machine costs 200 yen, the dryer costs 100 yen for 30 minutes, and there are four of them. Wow, that’s amazing. Let’s go to the restaurant! There’s also a 100-yen shop here. Now, it’s time for the long-awaited dinner. The interior of this restaurant is quite stylish and beautiful. Let’s start with the salad. I’ve stayed at AZ-san a few times before, and this hotel has the most extensive menu, with many dishes I’ve never tried before. And, of course, we chose the 90-minute all-you-can-drink plan, so this is a must-try for those who love alcohol. Makobe, a heavy drinker, is also looking forward to drinking today. So, we’ve chosen a menu that will go well with the drinks. And as for the draft beer, you’ll have to pour it yourself from the tap. Will I be able to manage it? [Music] Oh, that’s just right…?! I think it’s about 7:3. Let’s eat. This is charcoal grilled local chicken, fried chicken, and I think this is fried white fish? Edamame and salad are always available. I’ll have some. I don’t usually have vinegared offal, so it’s a bit unusual. I’d like to try it. It’s light. Charcoal grilled local chicken. Crunchy. Yes. The aroma of charcoal grilling is just right. This is good. And beer. We have 90 minutes of all-you-can-drink again today. Oh, that’s right. We’ve raised the all-you-can-drink price. 1,210 yen. It used to be 990 yen. It’s gone up a bit. Feeling a little tipsy, I went to bed. And now it’s the next morning. We’ll have the breakfast buffet at the same restaurant. We went a little late, but this is the amount they had lined up. The service is excellent. And the menu is extensive. I’d like to take my time to introduce it to you. Let’s eat. Makobe usually prefers Western food, so it was something like this. We had salad, German potatoes, sausages, bread, and a cinnamon roll. This is mango yogurt, and since I prefer Japanese food, it was something like this. They also have raw eggs and other things. So, this time, I stayed at Hotel AZ, located right near Oita Airport.
