This video presents a serene walking tour of Ryūsōgataki Falls (龍双ヶ滝) in Ikeda, Fukui Prefecture, filmed in 4K with binaural audio. Ryūsōgataki is a powerful 60-meter multi-tier waterfall—the only one in Fukui included in Japan’s Top 100 Waterfalls .
This footage begins on the way to a viewing platform. There used to be a trail leading to a lookout point on the opposite side of the waterfall, which I visited and filmed in 2021. Unfortunately, that footage was lost in a fire. A signboard still stands at the old trailhead with a cover, but the trail itself is now gone.
