まつりつくば
万灯神輿やねぶたが練り歩くつくば市最大の夏祭り。「わたしたちのまつりつくば。」をテーマに、1981年から開催されている茨城県つくば市最大の夏祭り。つくばエクスプレスつくば駅周辺に複数の会場があり、つくば自慢のグルメを味わうことができるまんぷく広場や、演奏やダンスが披露されるステージなど、さまざまなイベントが開催される。また、豪華絢爛な万灯神輿や、囃子の演奏、巨大なねぶたが練り歩くまつり大パレードなどが行われるほか、パレード2日目の最後はグランドフィナーレが実施され、会場が熱気と興奮に包まれる。日本最大級の万灯神輿やねぶたがそろうグランドフィナーレは圧巻。明かりの灯った巨大なねぶたが万灯神輿を取り囲む、大迫力の光景を見物できる。
Tsukuba Festival
Tsukuba City’s largest summer festival, featuring parades of Manto Mikoshi and Nebuta floats. Held since 1981 under the theme “Our Festival Tsukuba,” this is the largest summer festival in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Several venues are located around Tsukuba Station on the Tsukuba Express, hosting a variety of events, including Manpuku Square, where you can sample Tsukuba’s signature cuisine, and a stage where musical and dance performances are held. Other highlights include a grand parade featuring gorgeous Manto Mikoshi floats, musical accompaniment, and giant Nebuta floats. The grand finale on the second day of the parade erupts in excitement and energy. The grand finale, featuring some of Japan’s largest Manto Mikoshi and Nebuta floats, is a spectacular sight. The giant, illuminated Nebuta floats surround the Manto Mikoshi, creating a truly spectacular sight.

    わぁ〜✨つくば市の夏祭りって本当にすごいですね！
    万灯神輿や巨大ねぶたが練り歩く姿、想像するだけでワクワクします😆🎐
    グルメを楽しめる広場や演奏・ダンスステージもあって、見どころ満載ですね💕
    最後のグランドフィナーレ、光に包まれた万灯神輿とねぶたの圧巻の光景、ぜひ一度生で見てみたいです〜🌟
