「ルイスの日本寄り道帖」in 青森・八戸｜“Louis Japan Detour” in AOMORI – Day 1
This summer I’m back to Japan from Paris to discover the local hidden gem. So today we are heading to Almuri, a prefecture situated in the north of Japan. So my name is Louis, a master student in Paris and this is Kanaka. She’s today’s our guest and a famous model. So Ali is situated 3 hours from Tokyo. And the first place that we headed was Hashuka, a super famous food mall where you can try all the fresh fishes. Here you can buy your own fish and cook by yourself. Next we headed to Hachino, a local sake beer to get some lessons about sake. We got to discover so much things that we cannot see in Tokyo and the sake tasting was amazing. Now quickly introducing you the place that we’re going to stay tonight. Today’s hotel renovated recently at old Japanese house into a hotel. They only have two rooms but the bigger room that Kanaka stayed can host five people and the smaller one that I stayed can host three people. After some quick rest, we headed to our dinner place. Kasa del Tibbo, a local Italian restaurant served us one of the best Italian I’ve ever eaten. They use local products from Almori and we had amazing sake tasting together. 八戸の“おいしい”をとにかくたっぷり詰め込んだ1日目。地元の人も観光客も気軽に立ち寄れる場所ばかりで、週末のお出かけにもぴったりです✨️
