【四国88景：癒しの苔庭「こけむしろ」愛媛】Breathtaking Moss Garden “Kokemushiro”, Shikoku Japan/ 浄瑠璃寺のハス
Hello, we are Life in Shikoku. We go to Seiyo City and Matsuyama City in Ehime Prefecture to find cool scenery and flowers. Arrival at “Kokemushiro” in Uwa-cho, Seiyo City. Shikoku 88 View Spots No. 48 “Kokemushiro”. Once inside, a beautiful space filled with cedar trees and moss spreads out before us. The entrance fee is 100 Japanese yen. This is a moss garden that has been cultivated for over 20 years by the owner of Cafe Kokemushiro. The well-maintained moss space is comfortable. The terrace seats of Cafe Kokemushiro. It’s midsummer, but it’s cool and refreshing. They say this place used to be terraced fields. The owner cleared the terraced fields, which were in a state of disrepair, and carefully continued to plant moss. Now, it has become such a fantastic moss garden. Kirengeshoma palmata is beginning to bloom. The refreshing sound of water. There are many lanterns and unique objects in the garden. The view from the top. There is a small stream running alongside the garden. There is also a small waterwheel. We order coffee at Cafe Kokemushiro. Let’s have coffee on the terrace in the garden. We just relax in the coolness without air conditioner. There is also a beautiful moss landscape around the terrace. Japanese gargoyles? Let’s leave Kokemushiro. Arrival at Joruriji Temple, the 46th temple of the Shikoku 88 Temple Pilgrimage. Let’s go to Benten Pond, where lotus flowers bloom. Various types of lotus flowers are planted in the pond. * The shooting was conducted at around 9 a.m. to coincide with the lotus blooming
time. The sky is beautiful today. Dragonfly! We can see well toward Misaka Pass. We go to the temple. The object of worship at Joruriji Temple is Yakushi Nyorai. It is said to have been founded in 708. Buddha’s Footprint Stone. Momi Daishi. Daishido Hall Various flowers bloom at Joruriji Temple, in addition to lotus flowers. Behind the main hall, there were still a few hydrangeas left. The crape myrtle flowers are in full bloom. The trumpet vines are also beautiful. Let’s leave Joruriji Temple. Thank you for watching. 西予市宇和町「こけむしろ」。四国八十八景（48番）にも選ばれている絶景です。中に入ると、杉と苔の美しい空間が広がります。「喫茶こけむしろ」のオーナーさんが、20年以上前から育てている苔の庭。真夏でも涼しく、緑に囲まれてコーヒーを飲み、すっかりくつろいでしまいました。
松山市の「浄瑠璃寺」。四国八十八ヶ所 第46番札所として有名ですが、花の寺でもあります。弁天池には多種類のハスの花、他にも桜や牡丹、アジサイなど四季の花が楽しめます。今回は、ハスの他、サルスベリやノウゼンカズラが見頃で咲き誇っていました。

Kokemushiro in Uwa-cho, Seiyo City. It is a spectacular view that has been selected as one of the Shikoku 88 View Spots (No. 48). Once inside, a beautiful space filled with cedar trees and moss spreads out before us. The owner of Cafe Kokemushiro has been cultivating this moss garden for over 20 years. Even in the middle of summer, it was cool. Surrounded by greenery, we relaxed completely while drinking coffee.
Joruriji Temple in Matsuyama City. It is famous as the 46th temple on the Shikoku 88 Temple Pilgrimage, but it is also known as a temple of flowers. Benten Pond is home to many varieties of lotus flowers, and visitors can enjoy seasonal flowers such as cherry blossoms, peonies, and hydrangeas throughout the year. This time, in addition to lotus flowers, crape myrtle and trumpet vine were in full bloom.

Vielen Dank für diese wunderschönen Eindrücke🌿. Kokemushiro klingt wie ein echter Geheimtipp. Allein die Vorstellung von kühler Waldluft, dem satten Moos und einer Tasse Kaffee mitten im Grünen ist traumhaft🤗. Und der Joruriji-Tempel mit seinen Lotusblumen und saisonalen Blüten , einfach beeindruckend👍.
Die frühe Aufnahmezeit hat sich definitiv gelohnt, um die besondere Stimmung einzufangen.
Danke fürs Teilen dieser besonderen Orte , das macht richtig Lust Shikoku vielleicht eines Tages mal selbst zu erkunden😊🌸.
