Starting from Ikeda Shrine at the foot of Satsukiyama in Ikeda City, Osaka Prefecture, Japan, the danjiri descends 88 stone steps and parades through Ikeda City.
When it enters Ikeda Shrine at night, the Shinmachi Danjiri climbs another 88 stone steps and even removes its roof.
