美しい海と奥深い山に囲まれた、自然豊かな大分県・国東半島を訪れました。
旅の一番の目的は、少し前から気になっていた「不均質な自然と人の美術館」だったんですけど、美術館を囲む自然の美しさに圧倒され、映像も旅もそちらがメインになりました。
映像の後半に登場する「行者洞穴」は、かつて山岳信仰の行者たちが修行を重ねた場だそうです。
I visited the Kunisaki Peninsula in Oita, a region blessed with both beautiful seas and deep mountains.
My main purpose of the trip was to see the “Museum of Uneven Nature and Humanity,” which I had been curious about for some time.
However, I found myself captivated by the breathtaking nature surrounding the museum, and that became the true highlight of both the trip and this film.
In the latter part of the video, you will see “Gyōja Cave,” which is said to have been a place of training for ascetic monks in the mountain faith tradition.
