DON’T fly TURKISH AIRLINES Business Class **Here’s why**

Why shouldn’t I fly Turkish Business Class at the moment?

I’m never been one to throw about negative reviews – just honest ones. Over the past 6 flights I’ve been on with Turkish, I can’t recommend their business class. From a consumer perspective you just don’t get a proper business class product. You may get the hard product, but the soft product has err gone missing.

Now many will no doubt shout at me here, stating that corona has impacted this. And yes of course it’s impacted airlines all over. But the fact airlines like Emirates, Swiss and Lufthansa can continue to offer similar products to usual times drums this point home. If you significantly cut a product then you should reflect this in the price accordingly.

  1. to the people who are clearly unaware of what a review is, he reviewed everything about his experience on Turkish that time around, he's previously said good things about it, it was clearly just one bad experience although the covid situation doesn't help any airline, i don't think there is any need for the amount of comments suggesting he isn't doing a good, nor professional job with reviewing it, keep on it lad

  2. On behalf of Turkish people, I apologize. Unfortunately, Turkish airlines steadily going from bad to worst. In Turkiye we mostly trying to avoid them but nearly impossible.

  3. I don't think any airlines serve a 1-hour flight hot meal service :)😉… Is there a coffee- Turkish Tea served in the left corner background 1:57 ,other than the peach drink, plus some pastries, soup, and breakfast, simit, Borak that you didn't show😄( I have been there last week 🙂 )?😄

  4. Love the no nonsense and honest reviews. Some of the negative comments are clearly by drunken tools. Keep up the great work and keep the loo reviews going ! I hate inflight loos as I’m 6’ 3” 🚹

  5. Was on Turkish airlines recently and the service was great. This is the 4th time I fly with them and I never had a problem. I was not aware that I needed a PCR when leaving Turkey and I was able to get the PRC rapid test in 20 min with the help of Turkish airline staff at the airport. Great airline and a great workforce working for it.

  7. Turkish Airlines is really bad with customer services. Stuff is uneducated, not capable of speaking decent English and rude if there is a problem and if you insist on solution.

    Customer service is done through "Feedback" procedure which is basically email reply that can take 48 hours while you are stuck at the airport. So, practically Turkish airline can not produce any solution through phone calls. So, disgusting.

    If anything goes wrong at your flight, you simply pay for it.

    Character and quality of Turkish Airlines company are totally disgusting.

  8. Used to fly to Bishkek via Istanbul in 2019/20 – across central Asia, Business is basically a larger seat. And that's it. On one occasion, crew in transfer were sat all around me and it was like being in the staff canteen for six hours. I know a lot of people will shriek "no!" but I'd rather go British Airways – there, I said it

  9. excuse me but you clearly flew turkish airways during covid, when most airlines didn't even serve food. Also, you were on a 1 hour flight, did you expect a 5 course meal. you're literally complaining about unnecessary sh*t. I've flown turkish airways for the entirety of my life, and I can honestly say that they have the best food of all the airlines I've flown with. Maybe next time take a longer flight, and maybe next time try to do your review not during a global pandemic. it's greatly misleading, and trashes Turkish Airlines's name.

My god its like all these people "How dare you attack Turkish Airlines blah blah blah no one made y'all come watch this video I personally am grateful for his honesty I don't think I be flying with this airline ever especially after his second video that he was actually yelled at by a crewmember

  13. Well my thoughts are you should get what you pay for, and here this clearly isn't the case. Still hiding behind covid excuses is just gonna lose you a lot of business through that big airport. It's just weird, I used to consider them a safe pair of hands but not anymore. Great review, heartbreaking equipment change! Working my way through your entire back catalogue btw…

  15. This was like deja vu for me watching this – identical experience with ground staff. I got my seat moved at the last minute by a member of the ground staff. After boarding the same person confronted me as to why I was sitting in the seat! Can I have your ticket please! “Because you changed it!” Very aggressive and the rest of the passengers were staring at me as if I shouldn’t be there!

  16. Airport pre covid was chaos, rude staff and i did all possible to avoid. Flying from-to HK was disapointed. No comparison to amsterdam, zurich etc. Pre covid they used to force flight crew dress as chefs….am suprised nobody commented on that lol.they made them put on even a chefs hat on the plane ….food was not good.ethihad,quatar,air france,klm muuuuuch better

  17. Thats your opinion, but if you think about it we live in a covid world at the moment. And aswell as Turkish airlines all other airlines dont have many offers. Ive been flying with turkish for years and had great experiences over the years, but after covid they cant offer many things just like any other airlines which is understandable and something that should be appreciated.

  20. 1) CIP stands for “commercially important person”. Before, airports in Turkey had VIP (“Very important person’) lounges. Later they separated the two (business passengers and government fat asses), and business became CIP.
    2) Actually there are two Turkish Airlines CIP lounges at all Turkish airports. One is for Elite (frequent flyer) members, the other is for Elite Plus members and Business class. You took the wrong lounge, the Elite Lounge, which is a bit inferior. The other one (on the left), has a few more amenities such as, shower, meeting room, 1-2 more food stations, and most importantly soft drinks in cans rather than from a dispenser.
    3) The food service (or lack of it), is a result of corporate greed of Turkish Airlines. During covid, they didn’t refund tickets, cancelled flights at will, cut payment to personnel sometime more than 50%, alll while increasing ticket prices, trying to sell empty seats, and cutting food services. Food service is back to normal now though.

I am considering a business class flight from China to Europe via Istanbul these days, am not sure about service but keeping in count the peculiar times their offer is the only acceptable for me others seems to be aligned with First class tickets but with seats in Economy

  22. Do you know when they states in business luggage allowance 40kg what does it mean 1 single suitcase 40kg or maybe 2 x 20kg…am not very sure anybody had this matter to think about ???
