This “non-tonkotsu” ramen, free of tonkotsu broth, offers a fresh flavor. The soy sauce ramen QR code can be scanned to view the English menu. Many customers order using translation apps. Oden is a refreshing dish made with a homemade dashi broth made from bonito and kelp, accented with the flavor of yuzu. Oden is a spicy noodle dish made with Buzen chili peppers . This local noodle dish boasts an addictive spiciness. Onimen is a popular yakiramen . Yes, this is fried ramen. At Manseki Yakitori , meatballs are the most popular. They’re huge and delicious! Buzen’s “nigui” is a dish simmered in dashi broth. It’s similar to Chikuzenni. Everything, from cooking to cooking, is handled by a single operator. Yuzu Shio Oden is made with a homemade broth made from bonito and kelp, and finished with a salt sauce made from yuzu from Buzen, giving it a refreshing aroma and elegant taste.
