親鼻祇園2025 親鼻八坂祭 【埼玉県秩父郡皆野町】2025.7.26 圧巻!夜の川瀬祭りに熱狂!

On July 26, 2025, Oyana Gion (Oyana Yasaka Festival) was held in Minano Town, Chichibu County, Saitama Prefecture. Oyana Gion is held annually on the fourth Saturday of July in Minano Town. Officially known as the Oyana Yasaka Festival, it is one of the Gion Festivals (Yasaka Festivals) held around the town around this time. It is known as a rare festival in which the Kawase Shinto ritual is held at night on the Arakawa River . The biggest feature of this festival is the Kawase Shinto ritual, which is held at night on the Arakawa River. After 7pm, a portable shrine that has been paraded through the area arrives at the riverbank. The parade begins with this flow. This is a float that parades through the city. From inside the float, powerful drums, bamboo flutes, and gongs play the Chichibu Yatai Hayashi music. This is what is being played. This is what is being pulled from 4pm to around 9pm. The mikoshi is heading towards the Arakawa River in front. When the mikoshi arrives at the riverbank, a Shinto ritual is held, and after the ritual, the mikoshi enters the Arakawa River that flows under Oyabanabashi Bridge and is washed. This is a very impressive sight, and at the signal for the event, the mikoshi is carried by men who are naked and only wear shorts. The mikoshi enters the dark Arakawa River after sunset. When the men are in the water up to their waists, they begin to massage the mikoshi, vigorously tipping it over and dipping it in the water, sometimes even spinning it around in the water, creating a truly “purification ritual. ” “Yokawase” is a fantastic nighttime spectacle. The mikoshi enters the river at night, and the bearers washing it are illuminated by lights, creating a fantastic and powerful sight. This mystical scene of light, water, and people attracts many spectators. They cross the busy National Route 140 from there and descend a steep slope to the Arakawa River. Behind the mikoshi, music is playing as the procession progresses. The sky is beautifully colored, and the lit flames are burning beautifully. The riverbank is filled with people involved in the festival and spectators. Many people are watching from large rocks and bridges. The bearers are bathing in the river water to get used to it. It seems to be very cold. Even on a midsummer day in late July, the river water at night seems cold. The mikoshi is about to enter the Arakawa River, and shouts are raised. The mikoshi was carried, and shouts were raised. The chiming of a gong signaled the start of the Chichibu Yatai Hayashi music. The chiming of a gong signaled the start of the Chichibu Yatai Hayashi music. The chiming of a gong signaled the start of the Chichibu Yatai Hayashi music. The mikoshi finally entered the Arakawa River. The scenery, which had been bathed in the setting sun until just a moment ago, had now become completely dark. The mikoshi advanced, relying on the light of the flames and lights set up on the riverbank. Powerful cheers were heard as the drums rang out. Drone footage was also taken on the day. They were flying around the mikoshi. The mikoshi was heading to the opposite bank and was in a much deeper area. It came out into shallow water and fireworks went off, creating a powerful sound. There were many fireworks this year. It felt like there were a lot more fireworks than usual. Unfortunately, the camera angle was narrow and I couldn’t capture both the mikoshi and the fireworks at the same time . The mikoshi was washed four times. This is the first time. This is the third time. This is the fourth time. After washing the mikoshi, it returned from the opposite bank. Fireworks went off again here. Washing the mikoshi on the riverbank.帰りました。 English: Having completed the ritual, the group leaves the riverbank. Marching music is played. A light truck carrying lights goes at the front. This slope is quite steep. Beyond the music, we can hear the Chichibu Yatai music. We are approaching the floats that are parading through the town. From here we follow the floats . From up ahead we hear loud calls of “Horyai!” We then arrive at Okariya (Festival Square), the final destination of the festival. The mikoshi is stored in the tower that you can see in front. The float stops on the right side of it. Here the float changes direction. It stores the ropes and lifts them with a jack to change direction. The sound of a bell is the signal to change direction. Then it takes out the equipment that was left under the float. It enters Okariya (Festival Square) with great force. The mikoshi is also stored in the tower . It was a wonderful festival. This is the end of the recording. Thank you for watching until the end. If you liked it, please click the like button and subscribe to the channel. See you in the next video
