真夜中の京都の歴史散策(不気味)
All right, everybody. So, it is now 10 after 1 in the morning. So, the streets are much more quiet, much more spooky, and uh let’s go for a walk. Let’s go for a walk around this area. The uh Kyoto district looks a lot different at night, so hopefully we’ll find a ghost as well. So, uh, let’s continue our adventure and start with a night walk. Let’s get going. All right, guys. So, this is what the Coyoto district, the Gillon district looks like in the middle of the night. It’s crazy because during the day this place is so busy and then at night time it really really cools off So, this is my last night in Kyoto for a little while. I don’t know when the next time I’ll be back here is, but I know that I definitely will be back here. Very spooky. I really like Kyoto. I think that if I was going to live here for like a very long long time, I think I’d move to Kyoto. It’s a really nice town. It’s got really good food. The food here is uh probably the best I’ve had in Japan. Look at that little balcony up there. Who’s that? Is that a ghost? Walking around this place at night 100% reminds me of Silent Hill. What’s down here? Somebody better not jump out at me. You can’t see it, but it’s a big m Oh, you kind of see it. It’s a giant mountain right over there. Right under the moon. Oh, do you see those orbs? I think they’re ghosts. Very strange. I know that ghost. I can smell fire. Wow, that’s a house. It’s a huge house. [Music] Yeah, I get very much Silent Hill vibes from this place. It’s weird seeing nobody around. I mean, we saw two people, but other than that, there’s no cars parked here. It’s just empty. I don’t want to slip here. It’s raining slightly right now, so I really don’t want to slip. Payones are still a very normal thing here. So, this is the area where there’s wild monkeys and there’s signs all over the place that say stay away from them because they will bite you. I want to take you up the spooky staircase. I have been told by many of the locals that this staircase is haunted. So, what better what better time to go up than in the middle of the night when there’s absolutely no one around to help me in case something happens. It seems like a good idea, right? Well, I love good ideas. So, let’s do it. Very spooky. Here it is. Spooky staircase. Apparently, spirits walk up and down this staircase from what I’ve been told. See, it’s very dark. What was that? See, at the top of this staircase, there’s a path that leads to the graveyard. So, I’ve been told by the locals that spirits come into town and they take the staircase back up to their graves. I don’t know how much I believe in ghosts, but this place definitely is spooky. That’s how dark it is. That’s where we came in. It’s nearly pitch black out here. All I have is my cell phone light. Usually when I do these night walks, I have a really expensive Milwaukee flashlight with me. But not this time. Not this time at all. There’s a gravestone over here. I don’t know if you can see it on camera. There’s a gravestone there. Someone slipped there. I just heard something. I don’t know if you guys could have here. Oh Jesus, that scared the [ __ ] out of me. [ __ ] me. I thought that tree was somebody standing there with their arm out. Good [ __ ] Lord. That’s the haunted staircase. All right, let’s continue. Here comes someone. Maybe they were a ghost. Hot belly diety of good fortune. Hoti is a Chinese Zen Buddhist monk. He is said to be the incarnation of Mary Kambatsu, god of love and kindness. Touch then with your right hand. Okay. Is it going to jump out at me? Very strange. How to touch statues? Touch them with your right hand or both hands. Okay. I don’t think uh I need instructions for that. I love night walks. I don’t think I’ve ever been on a night walk though in a place that made me feel so strange. There’s this uh forest in this house in the house that I grew up with. But there’s not a forest in the house. There’s a forest right behind the house I grew up in. And as an adult, I would walk through that forest in the middle of the night without a light or anything. I knew the forest so well that I was fine with just walking through it at night. And uh I always thought, you know, if I ran into somebody in the forest, it would be super scary, right? But at the same time, I didn’t walk around with a light. So, you never know what’s walking around in a forest because I used to just walk around in a forest. So, I got to start thinking that, you know, it would be scary for me to see somebody else, but could you imagine if somebody else saw me? Especially if they had a flashlight and I didn’t and they were just walking through the forest and they found somebody just just walking in the dark. How do you guys feel about night walks? Have you ever gone on a night walk? Wind is picking up. Looks like a hotel of some kind. Do you hear that? Can you guys hear that? Right. When I get close to it, it stops. Is this what I’m hearing? [Music] [Applause] [Music]
