are you ready to discover the top three best and worst places to stay in London that will make or break your travel experience I’m Ben from travels unfiled and it’s time to get into it let’s start with the best places to stay in London starting off at number three Mayfair is renowned for its luxury accommodations high-end shopping and fine dining establishments this prestigious neighborhood is ideal if you’re looking for an upscale experience with nearby attractions such as hide Park Buckingham Palace and the Royal Academy of Arts its central location offers excellent transport links providing easy access to other parts of the city our favorite hotels here are the conort and 10 Ken Street by mansley next at number two we recommend staying at Covent Garden in London’s West End this is a vibrant area celebrated for its Lively atmosphere historic market and Rich cultural offerings it’s ideal if you’re after a central location and it provides easy access to attractions like the Royal Opera House numerous theaters and the London transport Museum the neighborhood boasts a huge array of dining options Boutique shopping and street performances so you’ll have a dynamic experience while staying here our favorite hotels here are the seavoy St Martin Lane London the resident Covent Garden and the Zed Hotel Strand and finally at number one our favorite place to stay in London is King’s cross King’s cross has evolved into one of London’s most dynamic neighborhoods blending historic charm with with modern appeal ideal for travelers who want a mix of convenience and culture it offers easy access to Transportation hubs for exploring the city and Beyond attractions like the British Library vibrant Granary square and cold drops yard shopping area provide trendy dining unique shopping and Lively events making King’s cross a Top Choice for travelers seeking both adventure and accessibility our favorite places to stay here are the sweets St panras Hotel Group the Dome apartment King’s cross and clink 261 hostel now let’s get into the worst neighborhoods in London starting off at number three is brickston though rich in culture and known for its music and art scene Brixton has some areas with higher crime rates particularly petty theft and drug related incidents the area’s vibrant nlife can be overwhelming and occasionally unsafe for unfamiliar visitors especially at night brixton’s distance from Central tourist areas also makes it harder for sightseeing next at number two is pekam while pekam has a growing art scene and a youthful energy it has a reputation for safety concerns including gang activity and occasional Street crime limited underground access makes it harder to reach Central attractions and some may find the area’s Lively atmosphere uncomfortable if you’re looking for ease of access and a greater sense of security pekam is probably not the best option for you finally at number one we recommend avoiding Tower hamlets specifically White chapel and Shadwell tower hamlets has historical attractions but areas like White Chapel and Shadwell report higher rates of theft and vehicle crime though well connected by the underground and DLR these neighborhoods tend to be less safe due to occasional Street crime and crowded streets that’s why we recommend more secure Central locations for a worry-free experience for more information about the neighborhoods and hotels we’ve mentioned in this video check out the links in the description box of this video if you’re planning a trip to London then you need to check out our London travel guide playlist it has everything you need to know to make your vacation amazing like the best dining experiences mustsee attractions and much more as always don’t forget to hit that subscribe button for more travel tips and videos and give this video a like if you enjoyed it see you next time
