前回､仙台の店舗を取材させていただきましたが､今回は北海道･札幌の新道丘珠店に密着｡

2000年にオープンした新道丘珠店は､ロードサイドという立地もありドライバーや働く男たちが早朝から深夜まで利用する大衆食堂は､80〜100種類のおかずや惣菜が並び､100〜200円代のおかずから､ワンコインでオーダーできるラーメンにカレー､うどんやそば､世代を問わず､多くのお客様で賑わう大衆食堂｡
