前回、仙台の店舗を取材させていただきましたが、今回は北海道・札幌の新道丘珠店に密着。

2000年にオープンした新道丘珠店は、ロードサイドという立地もありドライバーや働く男たちが早朝から深夜まで利用する大衆食堂は、80〜100種類のおかずや惣菜が並び、100〜200円代のおかずから、ワンコインでオーダーできるラーメンにカレー、うどんやそば、世代を問わず、多くのお客様で賑わう大衆食堂。
