さようならベトナム、こんにちはカンボジア ― スピードボートで国境を越える冒険!

We’re packing. It’s almost time to leave. Are you sad, Moss? Yes. Every time we finish something, but it’s sad at the same time happy because we start a new adventure. The boat was nice, but it’s nice if you’re Asian. you’re shorter or like blah blah for me was too much just like it was that don’t get me wrong but this morning I’m like cuz we were doing a feeling this video and I’d be like then on this side well I think we got the point the badness of being tall we are enjoying except these last moments on the boat would you recommend this to somebody I would definitely recommend this to somebody especially if you have family. It’s a very cool way of exploring the mikong and just hanging out. Just a And guys, I have an offer for you right now. If you subscribe in the next 3 seconds, I’ll jump in this thing. I’ll probably get set up by the engine, but it’s fine. So, in 3 2 1, subscribe. See, I jumped in. That was definitely not green screen. And you’re dry already. And yeah, I dried up. They The crew had to get us me. It was a whole thing. Look at all these floating houses. All of these houses that you see here, they’re all colorful. They are a big net under each house. It’s a fish farm community. They stay here because the river in this side of the country come cleaner because it’s coming from Cambodia. And Cambodia doesn’t have this traffic on the river like here in Vietnam. So the water is fresh and clean for the fish. So what they do, they put this big net under each house and they grow tilapia. It’s a tilapia farm. And you can see the small boat. They go and fishing around because the catfish that you find in the river, they go there and eat the food that they use to feed the fish that they are growing. They sell tilapia and they sell the catfish that they catch it while they’re doing this. And on the side of the house, they have a big motor. There is that one over there. Because when the water is doesn’t move, they keep moving the water with the motor underneath. So they bring oxygen to the fish. This big community, it’s mostly Muslim religion. There is actually a mosque that they serve all these community. The big red tank that you see on the side of the all the houses has it. It’s full of that fish because they use it to feed the tilapia that’s under the house. So all of these people, they sell directly to the factory. They have huge big boats. You can see the bottom is open. So they keep the boat under the water with the net, right? And the water goes back and forth. So they keep the fish alive while they’re transporting them. [Music] So, you have to put these on the shorts. Oh, fancy. And that’s how you get the hip massage. And I’m ready for a massage. Heat. [Music] Heat. [Music] [Music] Good morning. It’s like 7:00. Not even. Everybody’s up. Where are we going? That’s not saying we’re going to look at how beautiful this morning. We’re putting all the bags under. We’re sitting outside. So, we have to wear our life jackets if we want to sit outside. It’s way too hot inside. So, we are sitting outside with our life jacket. Look at the the river. [Music] exit from Vietnam. This is Vietnam and we are going to Cambodia on the side. But first, we need to get our stamps. [Music] You start from the pier. It’s 1 hour with the speedboat to arrive here to the first border. And the first border you need to stand on the passport from Vietnam. And from here to Cambodia there, it’s another five minutes. You get down again. They check everything. They want to be sure it’s you. They check the passport. They take the finger fingerprint and you do the same process like you do at the airport. Take a picture and everything. When you’re done from the border, you go straight to the capital city of Cambodia and it’s 3 hours. Basically, they took our passports and they took the money to pay for the visa. So, right now, we don’t need to do anything. You can just go there and get something to drink. There’s 5 minutes now to go to the Cambodia border. So, this is the Vietnamese border. So, those 5 minutes, that’s the line, the black line on a map that divides the two countries. So, we’re technically going to two countries, black line country and then Cambodia. See, that’s just a gray area of the countries that are just there. So, yeah. Stop number one is finished. Took forever. Hey, M. 5 minutes to Cambodia. Now we’re on the in between. Mama, the line that divides the two countries. What country is this for us? 57. Eight. Eight. That’s why I said 58. Totally. That’s what you said. Bye, Vietnam. [Music] We’re officially in Cambodia. Oh, you can see Vietnam over there. Looks great. Bye, Vietnam. Hello, Cambodia. [Music] This is the prettiest border passage we’ve ever done. Look at this statues. You feel right away that you’re in Cambodia. Yeah. Okay. Luke and I technically are in already in Cambodia. Coimo, Emma, and dad are still waiting. Me, Kosimo, and Emma, they’re going to we’re going to go back to Vietnam. and mommy and they’re going to continue. Yeah, we’re going to Cambodia. No, but it’s very quick because they take care of everything. Oh, Emma’s coming with us. Sorry, M. They do everything. You just have to go there. They take your photo. They do Oh, that mask is coming, too. The boat takes care of everything. And all you have to do is just go when you’re called, get your fingerprints, take your photos, and you’re done. Okay, we’re going back on the boat. They had to check our stamps because apparently Oh, we’re not going back on the boat. So, apparently there was a group of 10 people that was let back on the boat some time ago without and they’ve missed a stamp and so when they got to the airport basically they somebody had to come from here to stamp it. So, they check the stamps now. How do they miss it? I don’t know. But yeah, so that’s our boat and we can’t go on it yet. But this is Cambodia. Wow. We just need a giant sign plasted on the ocean. Cambodia. [Music] [Music] [Music] Okay, we just arrived. They’re giving us all our bags. It’s so hot. Look at this. It’s not very practical when you put your bags on these things. You’re famous now. This is our ride. We are going on these tuk tuks. Welcome to Cambodia. Welcome to Cambodia. This is how we’re going to That’s okay. It’s okay. We’re fine. So, this is cool. We keep on using all kinds of forms of transport that Oh, I checked the grab here. They have tuk tuk. You can do a tuk tuk grab and you can get some other thing as a grab. So, that’s cool. What’s the other thing I got? I think it’s that thing we sat in. Look, there’s another tuk tuk. Just like see that’s the usual tuk tuk. We are on a tuk tuk. Here we are. And that behind there is daddy and coffee. [Music] [Applause] [Music] Heat. [Music] Heat. [Music] Magic. Oh my goodness. Magic. Oh my goodness. Look at this. Oh my gosh, girl. One bed with you guys in one bedroom, living room, and then we have I think that’s the order, not the a bathroom, a bedroom. Walk in the building like and the bedroom. [Music] [Music]

Our Mekong River journey comes to an end, but not before one last incredible day of discoveries!

In this final chapter on the water:
🏠 We visited the floating homes and fish farms of Chau Doc, where entire communities live above water and raise fish below.
💆‍♀️ We enjoyed our last massage in Vietnam (a goodbye tradition!)
🌧 We wandered through a rainy evening in Chau Doc, soaking up the quiet charm before leaving.
🚤 The next day, we boarded a speedboat to Cambodia, complete with an exit stamp stop for Vietnam and an entry stamp into Cambodia.
🛺 After about 5 hours on the water, we reached Phnom Penh, loaded our bags into two tuk-tuks, and headed to our home base in Cambodia’s capital city.

This video captures the beauty of transition, between countries, cultures, and adventures.

🎥 Come along as we leave Vietnam and start our new chapter in Cambodia!
