Our popular gourmet series has now reached Toyama. Starting today, we’ll be eating lots of Toyama’s delicious gourmet food, including gourmet food recommended by locals . First, we’ll head straight to the first restaurant. It’s raining so hard, it’s heavy , I can’t handle it anymore. I need to eat, so I’m going to go and eat right away. Let’s go gourmet! Toyama! It’s delicious , it’s a mystery , it’s delicious, I wonder what it is, this is the first time I’ve eaten seaweed, what is it, what is this, what is this? It’s a family-style ramen , it’s the best! Let’s start with the soup. This is a punchy soup with the signature soy sauce that really comes through. The soup has the sharp soy sauce that you can only get from a direct lineage, it’s the best! I love it ! Next up are the noodles. After drinking the soup, you have the noodles. This is the standard, it ‘s a classic. Oh… you can’t see it. Sorry , the seaweed is a bit of a nuisance. Hiyori, please eat . I’ll slurp up the noodles. Delicious ! You look happy! These are my favorite noodles made by Sakai Seimen. They ‘re definitely delicious. They’re chewy and really It’s really delicious. I ordered smoked pork. When you think of Iekei ramen, you think of smoked peach pork. This was really good. I ate the rice in my excitement. The smoky pork with a hint of smoke is the best. Hiyori is also eating rice. You could tell it was fresh, and it was delicious. The Himi udon was really smooth and went down smoothly, and it was delicious. I was also impressed. It was udon I’d never eaten before.
