パティーナ大阪🏯|ホテル内で過ごす記念日VLOG🍃|朝食ブッフェ内容,プールジムレポ,インルームダイニングディナー,ルームツアー,レストラン見学

This time, a vlog of a relaxing hotel stay. I came to a one-of-a-kind hotel with a spectacular view of Osaka Castle! Produced by the Capella Hotel Group, based in Singapore. Opening in May 2025, this is the first hotel in Japan! This is Patina Osaka! There is a driveway and entrance on the first floor. The reception is on the 20th floor, so I headed there while observing it leisurely. It is located between Morinomiya Station and Tanimachi 4-Chome Station, and it seems that there is a free shuttle bus service from each station. I have seen the exterior many times since it was under construction, but this is the first time I have gone inside. I am really looking forward to it! There is an entrance at the back. I told the staff my name and went to the reception floor! It is sunny today, and sunny with rain tomorrow. Today is the day of the Blue Impulse flight! I will watch it from my room later! I arrived on the 20th floor. A panoramic view of Osaka Castle! On the right is the lobby lounge. Check-in is here. On the left is the reception and bar. Let’s take a look around later! Exciting! I usually make reservations through the hotel’s official website, but this time I made a reservation through Ikyu.com. The opening anniversary plan includes breakfast, a 10,000 yen credit, and an opening anniversary gift. Ikyu Diamond benefits include early and late check-in and a VIP gift. The amenity gift will be a treat after you get to your room! I plan to use the credit for dinner. Exciting! After sitting down, a welcome drink and a towel are served. It was a herbal tea with ginger. It’s relaxing and calming. After checking in, let’s take a walk around the hotel before going to our room. First, let’s start with Sonata Bar & Lounge on the same floor! A free space inspired by music. You can enjoy records and DJ events. In addition to cocktails and food, there is a cake set at tea time, so you can relax and enjoy tea while looking at the view. Great! The best thing is the castle view! You can enjoy a refreshing view from the terrace seats. It’s summer now, so it’s hot, but… I’m pregnant and not drinking alcohol, so I’d like to come back next time! I’m looking forward to seeing what the cocktails and food menus are! Near the lobby lounge where I checked in, there is a spiral staircase that leads to the 19th floor. When you go down to the 19th floor and look up from the middle of the spiral staircase, you’ll see a wonderful shape that seems to draw you in. There are three restaurants on the 19th floor. We visited two of them. There were a lot of people in the afternoon, so we’ll share the situation the next morning! Tea Lounge, “NIJIRI” You can enjoy Japanese tea and afternoon tea while feeling the Japanese atmosphere. NIJIRI seen from the spiral staircase. The calm atmosphere of wood and washi paper is wonderful. With Osaka Castle, the view is quite wide. It’s an appeal that high-rise hotels with beautiful views of the buildings don’t have. The spiral staircase from the front of NIJIRI, the water room in the middle…it’s so wonderful!! Afternoon tea here must be a blissful time. Tea selection. Carefully selected tea leaves are lined up. Next to NIJIRI, there is a teppanyaki restaurant “BARIN 馬藺”. We did not visit this restaurant. On the 19th floor, there is also the main dining area “INAKI”. This is a Basque restaurant, and we will have breakfast here tomorrow! The large windows and the view are great, so it feels open. There are seats on the Osaka Castle side and on the west side where NHK Osaka and the Osaka Prefectural Police are located. These are the seats on the west side. The restaurant is spacious. There was also a private room in the northwest corner. The signature restaurant “P72” is on the first floor. The views are outstanding on the 19th and 20th floors, but P72 is also very popular!! It was crowded during lunch and afternoon tea hours…!! I took a quick look inside the restaurant! The space has a natural atmosphere. It seems that you can also get sweets to take out. The cakes look delicate and delicious!!! If I had room in my stomach, I would have liked to eat them in my room! There are also a variety of baked goods. After having lunch here, it would be nice to take some home to enjoy… The terrace seats face the Hanshin Expressway, but the road is hidden by the trees. It’s a lovely space with lots of greenery! Inside the restaurant, there are herbs from the restaurant’s own garden… There are also displays of pickles and fermented foods. I was soothed by the wonderful atmosphere of simply enjoying natural ingredients. Now, let’s head to the room. We arrived at the elevator hall, which also has a lovely Japanese taste. It is a room on the 12th floor, a deluxe room, with a view of Osaka Castle. The hallway is calming and nostalgic. The doorknob at the entrance to the room has a unique feel to it. First, the entrance. There are slippers in a small shoebox, giving it an inn-like atmosphere. The tiles and flooring are separated and lead to the room. On the left is the bathroom. I’ll take a closer look later. It’s so… lovely. A room with a traditional Japanese feel, welcoming you with lots of greenery. The view that can only be seen here, facing the symbol of Osaka, is overwhelming. Behind the bed is a piece of washi paper art made from the stone walls of Osaka Castle. The minibar has a calm green and gold color scheme. It’s a nice accent in the calm wood-toned interior. Stylish glasses. Mineral water is in glass bottles. It’s refreshing, as most of the bottles are made of aluminum these days! There are four types of Nespresso, two types of tea, teacups, and several types of cutlery. Hand-woven natural coasters, snacks, etc. It’s full of things to keep you relaxed in your room. Minibar menu. The best thing about it is that soft drinks are free. It’s the best. Yay! Let’s line them up. Ta-da! All of these are free. I’m a non-drinker, so I’m really happy. By the way, the welcome amenities weren’t ready yet. Since I checked in early, they said they would deliver them later. There’s no rush, so let’s wait patiently. There is a nice tea set on the desk. This tatami daybed was very convenient! I found it useful for stretching, relaxing, and many other purposes. There is also a minibar here. This lovely cushion is made from fabric that is made by tearing old clothes into thin strips, turning them into thread, and then weaving it again. So lovely. The light at the bedside table is asymmetrical. Oh, and the linens have the Patina logo on them. The bathroom can be accessed from both sides. It is a familiar style with a wash area. Somehow, this is easier to use than a separate shower…!! The wood, black, green, and gold make for a cool space. It is still new, so it is sparkling clean. Above the spacious bathtub where you can stretch your legs, there is a wooden bathtub tray and bath salts. Is this also inspired by stone walls? The gray mosaic tiles are a nice accent. The bathtub tray is easier to use in a room with a separate shower and bathtub! I accidentally got it wet with the shower water… The hotel’s original bath salts have a plum scent. They have a faint scent, so my husband, who doesn’t like plums, was able to use them. The bath amenities are from the organic spa brand “Bamford”. The chic colors are cool and different from the room. The wash area is a double basin. The gold color of the faucet and other items is said to come from Osaka, where copper manufacturing is thriving. The wash area has hand wash and body lotion. Recently, they are often provided in large bottles. I was looking forward to taking the remaining mini bottles home and soaking in the afterglow, but it can’t be helped… Here are the small amenities. If you need more, you can request them. The contents are like this. To reduce plastic, there are many wooden items. The hair ties were durable and easy to use. The razor has five blades. I requested a skin care set. It is a product from a sake brewery that contains ingredients derived from rice. It contains cleansing, face wash, and two types of lotion. There is a logo on the towels as well. There are logos all over the room, and you will feel an attachment to Patina! ! The hair dryer is Dyson. There is a weighing scale. The closet is compact. This time it was a two-day stay, so it was enough. I kept my suitcase here. There were hangers with a clear logo. In the drawers there was an iron and laundry service bags. The iron looked like this. It’s good to have these on hand when you need them. A safe and pajamas. The pajamas are separate. They only come in one size. I was in the late stages of pregnancy and had a bloated belly, so I slept in a bathrobe (lol). There was a yoga mat and an umbrella in the closet. It looks like the yoga mat can be used on the tatami daybed. Thick slippers. Power outlets are available in various places in the room. Both Type A and Type C are available, and the facilities are the latest. Near the daybed. On the table. The room key is here. This is a wonderful hotel where you can feel the originality of all the equipment and amenities. Chat tools are available. It is convenient to send requests by chat. There are various activities at Patina Osaka. The schedule is published on the official website. There are some that do not require reservations and some that do, so for events that require reservations, contact the essentialist in advance. In addition to chat, you can request additional amenities from the TV. It is convenient. The Blue Impulse flight is before 3 p.m., so I will spend my time until then. First of all, bath time… I was refreshing and relaxing, and the welcome amenities arrived!! I’m happy to have original goods and anniversary sweets on the sweets plate. The commemorative gift for the opening anniversary plan is a beautiful light blue furoshiki. The Ikyu.com special gift is a fairly sturdy tote bag and an original sweet rice cracker. The rice cracker was matcha flavored. Crunching and delicious! It’s been a while since I had it. I had iced coffee to accompany my tea time. Ice is a must-have for me, and I always request it when I check in. The pudding sold at P72 on the first floor was decorated with lovely fruit. It was a cold refrigerated item, so I’m sure they prepared it just before. It was creamy and delicious. There were about 10 minutes until the Blue Impulse. I poured myself some UMAMI COLA, which I’d been curious about. I was really looking forward to flying over Osaka Castle! Here it is! After flying over the Tower of the Sun and Hirakata Park, we passed Osaka Castle again and headed to the Expo site. I was very satisfied to see it twice! The time flew by and it was around 5pm. I’m going to go play at the Wellness Spa Floor! I’m looking forward to it! The 4th floor has a spa, pool, and gym on this floor. I won’t be using the spa, so I’ll enjoy the gym and pool! Actually, I came to take a look at the pool around 4pm, but it was very crowded, including kids! Kids are allowed in until 6pm, and it’s relatively quiet after that, so I’m going for revenge! You can enter the gym with just your room key, but you need a locker key to get into the pool, so I’ll stop by the spa reception. The locker key looks like this. By the way, you can rent gym wear (top and bottoms, socks, and shoes) and swimsuits for 1,100 yen each. You can go to the 4th floor from your room in a bathrobe. After this, I plan to change in the locker and work out. First, I checked the crowding situation! Wow! It was just a private room. There were a few people using it while I was working out, but it was comfortable and not crowded! I’m not familiar with the equipment, but it seems to be the latest machine from “Technogym”. Towels, water, apples, etc. are available. It’s compact in size, but it’s clean and comfortable to use. A distinctive feature is that it has a studio space attached. It seems that various wellness programs are held (reservations required and paid). The view is a south-facing view of the Naniwa Palace ruins. The view is open, so there’s no sense of oppression! After working up a sweat, it’s 6pm, so I head to the pool. I wonder if it’ll be empty… Locker room. It’s compact. There are towels and a swimsuit dryer. After passing through the washroom and powder room, the entrance to the pool is at the back of the sauna and shower room. Hold the locker key you received at the spa reception and set a 4-digit password of your choice to enter. The powder room looks like this. There is lotion. Cotton swabs and a toothbrush set. There are several private shower rooms. Fully equipped with Bamford toiletries. Sauna. Next to the sauna, there is an experience shower room. Restrooms. There is a shower sensor in front of the pool entrance. A fun pool for any age!! And it’s a new place!! I’m looking forward to it!! Wow!! It seems like the crowds from earlier were a lie!! There was no one there at the time, and I was given permission to take photos! Just behind the entrance is a large, barrier-free shower space. It is 20 meters long and spacious. The indirect lighting, wood, and the stone wall accent wall at the back are lovely!! Although it was cloudy, the pool had an open view of Osaka Castle. The pool is 1.2m deep. There are large bath towels and water. The bottles are glass, so I wonder if it’s dangerous to serve them in the pool…? There are four sets of daybeds, chairs, and tables by the windows. I wonder if they’re enough? The wellness area seems quite compact. It’s not a couple seat, so if one person lies down on the daybed, the other person will relax on a chair or another daybed. There is also a jacuzzi. The water temperature in the pool is 29.5 to 30 degrees, and the jacuzzi is around 35 degrees. My body got cold in the pool, so I warmed up in the jacuzzi and then lay down on the daybed. There were a few other people using the pool, so we left. I was just getting hungry, so let’s have dinner at the in-room dining in our room! I requested the turndown service at the time I wanted before going to the wellness area. It was nicely set up. There was water and a cup by the pillow. There was also a small box of sweets. A simple ginger candy. For the in-room dining, I looked at the menu in advance and requested a delivery time to coincide with my return from the pool! Here’s a partial in-room dining menu! (Service charge and tax included) It arrived exactly at 7:30 p.m. as requested! It was dinner time, relaxing in the room. Club sandwich, spaghetti bolognese, wagyu beef burger. There were also side dishes such as salad and french fries. The club sandwich was full of originality. I really liked the focaccia with ibugakko kneaded into it!! The wagyu beef burger also had a delicious patty with a strong presence. I took a bite of the bolognese and it went into my husband’s stomach. It was a blissful time with a drink from the minibar. Thank you for the meal! After the meal, it was time to calm down and take a bath. The bath salt made the bathtub smooth and comfortable. I stared blankly at the accents on the wall… I enjoyed a long bath for the first time in a while. The bath pillow provided was comfortable. I don’t usually use it, but it’s perfect for a relaxing bath! I turned off the lights and watched the Osaka Castle illuminated. It was a very satisfying day. I’m looking forward to tomorrow! Good night. ☆ I woke up suddenly, and it was past 4 o’clock… After feeling the vague presence of the sun, I went back to sleep… Good morning! I woke up after 6 o’clock. It looks like it will be sunny in the morning, so it will be a refreshing view from the morning! Today’s free morning program was “Morning Soundscape”. I went to the listening room on the 20th floor. Before breakfast, I enjoyed my favorite music! I was told that I could enjoy a special playlist on the OJAS speakers, but since it was a private room, they played the songs we requested. It was a private room where I could relax slowly. I don’t listen to music in such a refreshing and calm way every day, so I felt refreshed. After enjoying myself, I went to INAKI on the 19th floor. It was time for the long-awaited breakfast! I arrived at INAKI. It was around 7 o’clock. There were a few customers there, but it was empty. It’s a semi-buffet, so you can choose your main dish here. You can order as many items as you like. What should I get? I look around the buffet corner. First, nuts and dried fruit. Bircher muesli, milk. Cereals. Tofu, fresh salad. Colorful vegetables. Soy milk panna cotta and Pur Nature yogurt. Fruits. The drink corner has coffee and tea, but you can order cafe latte, cappuccino, decaf, etc. at your seat. Fruit juice. Cold cuts. Pickles. Cheeses. Tartines are served here, but they weren’t cooked yet at this time. We’ll share them later! French toast, bread pudding, etc. Tartines are lined up! There are two kinds. My favorite bakery! Recently, I’ve been attracted to croissants. Danishes and muffins look delicious too… I was impressed by this corner. Everything is homemade. The large compotes are especially attractive! Salads with lots of herbs, eggs Benedict, shiitake cream soup, bread, sausages, Basque vegetables and bean stew, etc. … A plate was served at breakfast! I’m so happy! My husband’s birthday is coming up, so they celebrated it. We added French toast, tartines, yogurt and fruit. There weren’t many items, but it was a wonderful breakfast that felt original! Now, let’s go back to sleep. When my stomach calmed down a little and I lay down in bed, I felt sleepy… If you get up early, you can enjoy your time in the room until check-out even after enjoying a second sleep, which is great! These blinds are amazing at blocking out light. Good night for a while. Yes, I’m awake. I’m wide awake! It’s 11:30. Shall I take a bath with some apple juice to wake me up? I took a bubble bath! It puts me in a good mood. I tend to do this when I stay at a luxury hotel. I slowly warm myself up and stare at the view in my bathrobe. It’s a precious time when I’m not being rushed by anything. You can request milk to accompany your Nespresso for free. Let’s make an iced latte! Once I’ve finished this, I’m ready to go home… It was a great stay. I want to come again!! I checked out on the 20th floor. It just started to rain lightly. I’m grateful that it was sunny during my stay! I’ll come again, Patina Osaka!

  1. Thank you for the lovely video.
Unfortunately, there is only a steam room for women. In the men's area there is only a dry sauna. I don't like it when men and women don't get the same facilities. As a man, I personally prefer steam baths and don't like dry saunas. Big minus point for the Patina.
