In this challenging moment, karaksa hotels would like to send our love through this video clip to our guests who cannot travel in and to Japan, to our colleagues, and to everyone who is doing their best to make sure everything is alright. Even though we are apart, we are sure that everyone is staying active to overcome any difficulties, hoping that one day we will be able to meet again.
To manage social distancing, the production of this video was made by gathering video clips individually sent from our karaksa hotel staff all over Japan.

旅行を自粛されているお客様、会うことができない同僚・仲間たち、そして日々懸命に働くすべての人に、「離れていても一人ひとりがやるべきことをやることで、この難局をともに乗り越え、再びお会いできる日をお待ちしています」とのメッセージを込めました。休館中のホテルを含め、各ホテルがリモートで制作に参加しました。
