If you are not by road trip 你可以回搭JR去東八森站
You can take JR back to Higashihachimori Station 然後走五分鐘就到
Walk by 5 minutes 山本酒造店

At that area 雲很漂亮
What a beautiful cloud 我們泊車在山本酒造店
We park at Yamamoto brewery 接著就去找
Let go 山本酒造的入口

Here 這邊走進去是 Labo & Cafe
There is Labo & Cafe Yamamoto cafe 的簡潔外觀
The simple appearance of the cafe 是融合了西式和日式風格
It is a fusion of Western and Japanese styles. 將清酒實驗室和咖啡館融為一體
Combining a sake lab and a cafe 其中有一個清酒的 tasting set
With a tasting set of sake ¥2000 可以喝到3杯100ml 的清酒
You can drink 3 cups of 100ml sake 還會送一個由矽膠玻璃做的山本清酒杯給你
And a gift of Yamamoto sake-cup made of silicone glass 必吃推介
Must-eat recommendations 是這個和法國Pierre Hermé Paris和白神

Tasting sake 所以我們走過去酒廠那邊看看有沒有開
So we walked over to the brewery to see if it was opened 相對CAFE很新派
CAFE is very modern as compared with it 跟著我們就發現這間有山本和白瀑的和式
Then we found this Japanese-style restaurant with Yamamoto and Shirataki 像住間的房子
Like a house 開了門
Open 門口就 display 了不同的清酒樣式在這裡
There are different types of sake on display at entrance LABEL是以不同顏色來代表去每一款酒
LABEL uses different colors to represent each type of sake 酒藏1901年創業
The brewery was founded in 1901 當時的銘柄是白瀑
The brand name at that time was Shirataki 在2007年酒藏面臨破產
In 2007, the brewery faced bankruptcy 當時的繼承人山本
The heir at that time, Yamamoto 大膽地廢除杜氏制度
Boldly abolish the Chief brewer system 同年奇跡地讓做了一些美味的純米吟釀
Miraculously, it made some delicious Junmai Ginjo in the same year 並且將銘柄改名為山本
And changed the brand name as Yamamoto 而幸運地
Fortunately 職員見我們這麼有誠意
The staff see us so sincere. 一場來香港來到
We come from Hong Kong 所以就帶我們過去cafe那邊
So he took us to the cafe 開門給我們買酒
Open shops for us cafe你除了可以坐室內
In addition to indoor seating 還有臺可以坐在室外
With outdoor seats 他故意開店給我們買東西
He deliberately opens the shop for us 好開心
Very happy 總得買點東西
We need to buy somethings 休日牌拿走了

Because it is the Akita Food Research Center 喚醒了休眠的酵母
Awakening dormant yeast 而研發出來這樣
And developed this 我們兩支都買
We buy both 藏付分離
Kuratsuki Separation 用山本酵母做的純米酒
Junmai sake is made with Yamamoto yeast 藏付分離的酒是比較難買
Kuratsuki Separation is more difficult to buy 每支酒都有獨特個性
Each sake has a unique personality 做出來的清酒是充滿果香
The sake produced is full of fruity aroma 帶清爽口感
